About this condo rental
Located in Breckenridge, this attractive condo for $256 per night is a great option for your next break. This beautiful 2-bedroom, fully furnished apartment is surrounded by the mountains at Crystal Peak Lodge. The ultimate Breckenridge vacation getaway sleeps 6(plus have air mattress for 7)with true ski in/ski out access. Located at the base of Peak 7, steps away from the Independence 6 person chair high speed lift. Step out the front door and the Breck-Connect gondola will take you on a short ride to Peak 8 or all the way to the beautiful town of Breckenridge (this is a free service). Convenience is a promise here. The condo is 1260 square feet, on the top floor with high vaulted ceilings. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 large baths, a full kitchen with all appliances, a washer and dryer and all the comforts of home. Spectacular views from the every room and a deck with views of the continental divide. This property requires extra lodging taxes of 3.27% which will be paid directly to owner which will be calculated on each rental agreement Rental includes: Heated garage parking, 1 private ski locker, ski rental and lift tickets available on site, just downstairs from the condo. Gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, 3 flat screen TVs, DVD player, free wifi, pull out sofa in the living room. This apartment has full use of all One Ski Hill place amenities which include: -Free shuttle bus service to town with Breck connect right outside -Free gondola service -Private bowling alley -Private movie theater -Swimming pools and spas -Fitness Center with steam shower As our guests of Crystal Peak Lodge, the facilities of our sister lodges are also free for your use so in addtion to One Ski Hill Place, just 500 yards by gondola or walking, enjoy the indoor pool complex with a dry sauna, the theater rooms or the bowling alley; there is, Mountain Thunder Lodge, at the bottom of the gondola, offers a year ‘round heated OUTDOOR swimming pool and a heated pool house for an easy change of clothes. Condo is very nice and quiet. Kitchen is more spacious than other places we’ve rented. The owner is very involved and super helpful. There are lockers that store you stuff with a door directly to outside and right next to a Breck ski rental place. I’m not sure the Gandola for the ski slopes could be any closer without touching the building. There is a separate Gandola on the other side of the building that takes you to downtown or over to Peak 8 at no charge. Just an awesome place.

This unit was amazing, was not too far off of the main lobby so it was quick getting in and out and getting to the parking garage if you needed to run down for something. We used all the amenities and it all lived up to our expectations. We took full advantage of the shuttle service and never had to wait more than 10 minutes on a ride. I didn’t see a hot tub listed in the amenities but there is one on the property!

This is exactly what we envisioned! Get geared up in the ski locker room and walk out the door just steps away from Independence Chair leading to endless corduroy cruisers. Finish your day off in the hot tub and wave to the day trippers lugging their equipment to the gondola. Peak 8 is a quick gondola(also just steps away) stop or walk to pick up your pre bought lift tickets and breakfast. Rental equipment available steps from the ski lockers. The gondola can also bring you into town for apres fun. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. Parking is simple in the indoor first floor garage. This is as easy as it gets at one of North America's top resorts. We do hope to return only next time we will stay longer!

It was nice to have the locker at the hill. The ski in-ski out were very convenient. We wish the gondolas ran until 10 p.m. so it was easier to enjoy the downtown at night.

Yaiza is a quiet town perfect for touring the island yet peaceful and comfortable.
Pool lovely and warm and perfect for a swim after a day walking in the hills and coast.Good restaurants nearby in Yaiza,El Golfo and La Quemada make for variety.

If you love to ski, pack your bags and this is the place to stay. Hosts are gracious. Accommodations were clean. Building is right off chair lift. We had a wonderful stay here and would stay again.

Crystal Peak property is very nice and accommodating. Their shuttle from property to Breckenridge Main Street was convenient, especially since there are parking meters to pay, along every street, to parallel park at on Main Street. We were there in September 2022 and the Gondala was shut down, so we were disappointed we didn’t get to ride that. Enjoyed seeing the beautiful mountains!!

This condo seems larger than it really is and had everything we needed for our stay. It's located right at the base of peak 7 so would be ideal for true a ski-in, ski-out stay. Ross was great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ross!

Our only issues were the ultra firm mattresses and a broken ice maker in the freezer (no ice trays, either). Otherwise, our stay was delightful.
