This was a special occasion for my wife and I (our 5th anniversary), and we couldn’t have picked a more romantic place! The property managers were wonderful to work with, the views were amazing and the hot tub was really great! Highly recommend!

Super nice. Not a great access to beach. The walk down to the beach is beautiful past the houses. But the access is terrible. Not the owners fault. So I would definitely drive to a better beach access.

Wow, where do I start? First trip to the Oregon coast and couldn’t of picked a better place. The views were fantastic! Being able to sit in the living room with the French doors open to the beautiful sounds and view of the ocean was marvelous. The master bedroom upstairs has a fireplace and another view of the ocean.
This home has been really planned out by the owners. I have rented a lot of homes but this one has everything. I basically brought my house to make sure I would be without but this house was fully equipped. There was two coffee makers, one in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom along with a mini fridge. Great idea so we didn’t have to go up and down the stairs for just a cup of coffee.
Lastly, when I first entered the home it smelled like Clorox which was great, especially after a year plus of Covid. They definitely have a great cleaning company because this house was spotless.
We had a family of 4 and dogs and there was plenty of room. Everybody was comfortable. Thank you to the homeowners for sharing their lovely home. It was a great vacation so much that we are thinking of moving to Oregon.

We have never slept so good!
Nothing beats the sound of the ocean while you sleep. There are plenty of clean towels everywhere, and the decor and layout are perfect. 2 minute drive to beach access, hot tub was ready to go when we checked in. The driveway is a little bit hidden, we drove past it twice so be ready for that. Was a wonderful experience.

Lovely home, great kitchen conveniences. High ceilings, light bright, beautiful oceanfront views.
I gave the 4-star on cleanliness due to some things needing repair or maintenance, but even that was not bad. I noticed the large upper window as you go up the stairs was not completely closed, which you may want it to be.
The master bedroom door to the outdoor balcony sticks to open/close which over time is hard on the door (bar soap rubbed on the inner door frame works great to fix this); also something left to specifically stop/hold the door in place might be a good idea due to the wind. We used the chairs, but something there only for this purpose would help remind people to do so. We loved having the door open to hear the ocean better, at least a little bit, anytime we were in the room.
Ditto the above suggestions for the lower level door leading to the deck.
Only one more suggestion. Possibly provide a small curtain at the entrance door to hang for privacy at night from the (lovely!) breeze way in between the two suites.
Very well equipped home -- kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Excellent and very much appreciated! .
LOVE the fireplaces and ease of turning on and off.

The house is one of the best stocked homes I have ever stayed at. The variety of appliances, utensils, plate and glassware was excellent along with a nice supply of items in the cupboard. We enjoyed several remarkable sunsets, and the ocean was stunning as always. Our hot tub was lukewarm, so we didn't use it, but we had a wonderful roaring fire outside the last night. I highly recommend staying here, but be warned that you might have neighbors in the other unit, and you'll need to share the fire pit.

The grand "Birthday" week!
My husband and I stayed at The Hacienda Beach House the second week of October and it was every thing I had hoped for and more. We felt as though it was under used by just the two of us. It is much bigger and roomer than the pictures show. The upstairs master bedroom looks right out on the ocean and I spent a lot of time in the big comfortable chair by the window doing just that. A great vacation. Thanks

Ideal Location
The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. Location was ideal for exploring the Redwoods in California and the Oregon coast. I do not believe we missed one beach between the Ca line and Coos Bay. For a family vacation it would be nice to rent both sides of the duplex. Relaxing venue with views to die for.Looking forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in this fully stocked home/duplex with incredible views! The walk to the beach was not too far at the south end of Niseka Rd. Very hard to find when first getting there, no obvious sign or address, but that makes it very private, although you do share a deck with the duplex beside you but its divided and not a problem. I would recommend this for 4 people and people with dogs too.

The Hacienda Beach House was everything a beach house should be. Beautiful views, easy beach access, safe, private, short ride into town, and one of the most well appointed kitchens we have ever had!! It made cooking at home a lot of fun! The inside of the home was clean but in need of some freshening up with paint and deep cleaning of carpeted areas. Besides that, it was a fun, easy, enjoyable week at "home."

Beautiful Spanish style place!
The place was gorgeous! The only two things I wasn't crazy about was that it's a duplex and I didn't see that in the property description anywhere. Also, the beach is so close, but you have to either walk 10-15 minutes or hop in the car and drive over. It would be nice if there were closer beach access.

What a wonderful place to ring in the new year! We love Mexico and the ocean and Hacienda Beach House blended the two in Oregon, who'd of thought! The pictures accurately reflect the home and we were immediately comfortable. Our dog also felt right at home, with a great yard for her and a deck to catch some sun. Yes, we were blessed with beautiful weather for Dec/Jan; sun and low 50s made for great walks on the beach! The home has everything you need. Much appreciated all the little notes around regarding how to operating things in the house. If we could change anything it would be stronger jets in the hot tub, a door for the master bathroom, provide some binoculars, and remove some of the MANY crosses (they're a bit much).

WE MET SOME WONDERFUL PEOPLE AND ATE AT A WONDERFUL ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN GOLD BEACH CALLED MANGINOS SO YOU HAVE TO GO BUT ITS TOUGH TO FIND BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY!
THE HOUSE HAS A SETTING THAT MAKES YOU WONDER IN AWW, IF YOU WANT TO GET AWAY FROM IT ALL THEN DRIVE THE COAST AND CHECK OUT VIEWS AND SITES BUT REMEMBER TAKE SOME TIME AND STAY HOME WITH A JUG OF WINE AND ENJOY THE PEACE AND SERENITY, BECAUSE YOU MIGHT FIND YOURSELF STAYING IN THE HOUSE FOR 2 OR MORE DAYS WITHOUT LEAVING, THIS PLACE WILL TAKE YOU THERE!

The Hacienda House surpassed my expectations, the pictures don't depict the spaciousness, it was a little hard to find tucked back off the road.
The neighbors have some sort of music system with the base set very high, it played all day and all night.

My girlfriends & I spent a nice relaxing weekend here recently. We were blown away by the view and enjoyed the Southwestern decor. We felt like we had left Oregon and were in our own world for awhile. I have no complaints whatsoever. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. I would recommend going for the Hacienda, despite the greater price. We were able to see the Casa Del Sol as well and the Hacienda is well worth the extra dinero! :)
