Located just one mile from the Nashville strip of Broadway it has everything you need for your trip to Nashvegas! The condo sleeps 4 and has one king bed and a queen sofa sleeper! The kitchen is full of all amenities you need during your stay. Parking is FREE and you will be located right on the greenway, great for a morning run or just a walk to see different parts of the city. Easy 20 minute walk to downtown or a $10 Uber! Located a mile from Broadway and two blocks from several of the new Germantown restaurants and hot spots! This area is a popular stay for many locals as well as guests traveling to Nashville. The space This unit is located on 1st Ave, next to the river. We're in between downtown and Germantown, and you can easily walk to both. Near all the biggest attractions including the honky tonks, restaurants, Bridgestone Arena (Predators), Broadway, Ryman Auditorium, Nissan Stadium (Titans), First Tennessee Park (Sounds) and much more. This Cozy and Comfortable condo is on the second floor. It will provide you with the comforts of home during your stay in our beautiful city. It can accommodate 4 guests. CONDO LOCATED ON THE SECOND FLOOR.(FIRST FLOOR IS ON THE GROUND LEVEL) 16 STEPS TOTAL. Free covered parking SORRY NO PETS ALLOWED Guests will have access to the entire condo and the amenities of the complex including the pool (April to October) fitness room and laundry room There is a security deposit for the key that gives you access to the pool, laundry room and fitness facility. It the key is not left after departure the security deposit will be rendered.

This property was EXACTLY as advertised. The only thing that surprised me was the couple of homeless people sleeping in the small park near the property. There was no interaction with them and it was not a problem just surprised. The location was close to downtown and we walked everywhere we went. Wish we would have been able to spend more time there.

We booked this property for a 2 day getaway birthday weekend based upon its reviews. Once booked, Harry immediately confirmed our booking and touched base. He stayed in touch the entire time to ensure our stay was perfect. Check in was a breeze and the property was in perfect condition. We took an Uber to Broadway on our first day which ran about $10 including tip and about an 8 minute ride. We attended the Opry on the other side of town on our second day and it was just as easy to catch an Uber for about $25. Very easy property to get in and out of and very centrally located with lots of local eateries just minutes away. The condo has free covered parking which is great. Downtown hotels charge $60 or more a night! We will 100% book this again when we come back! Well priced and half the cost of staying at a downtown hotel!

Visiting Grand Old Opry and Ryman were places we wanted to visit. We chose this place to stay on the river with a little balcony. A perfect choice for the two of us and had everything we needed! The walk to downtown was only a mile and while we did that once, Uber was most convenient and less expensive than parking downtown.
The only reason I gave a lower score on cleanliness was because the rugs were stained and dirty. Overall the rooms were clean and very nicely decorated!!! My family enjoys Nashville and will definitely recommend that they stay here!

With the condo located within walking distance of Germantown and downtown Nashville, car rental is not needed unless one plans to explore other areas in Tennessee. We had our coffee while enjoying the view of the Cumberland River framed by foilage. Being 10 minutes from the airport was a bonus as well. The host responded promptly to all queries, although these were few as his instructions were clear prior to arrival.
If we return to Nashville, we would definitely use these accommodations again.

Overall, great spot. I was excited to have a patio over viewing the river for morning coffee, but the patio was not clean and we were not able to use it.

This is a great little place with the most amazing view of the Cumberland river. The location is perfect, the pool was enjoyable and the host provided just the right amount of amenities. My only complaint is the neighbor upstairs. I found their constant stomping rather annoying. Aside from that great place.

Property was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the view from the balcony. There's critters that come out during the day. Like a couple ground hogs and a raccoon. If you intend on walking anywhere. There is a homeless camp right across the railroad tracks. But they keep to themselves. Otherwise. Close to downtown and plenty of neat things within a short walk. The owner is very friendly and stayed in touch during the stay. All in all good experience. Would stay again.

The condo is conveniently located to downtown. It was clean and very comfortable.
I would suggest that you download the Verbo app because replying to the emails that you receive from Verbo/the Host did not appear to work because we did not get a response when I replied to the emails.
Overall, it was a good experience.

The property we stayed at was everything we imagined. It was relatively close to Broadway, downtown and the view of the river was amazing. When we come back, we will definitely be staying here again. Harry was a great host. The condo was clean and neat, and there was a stock of essentials (sugar, coffee, etc.) that was awaiting us when we got there.

This was a great place for our first visit to Nashville! 20-30 minute walk to Broadway with plenty of other awesome Germantown options even closer. Communication and cleanliness were excellent! My only, very minor, complaint is that the condos are located on the railroad track and they happened to be doing construction during our stay....starting at 7AM

The location was great for attending an event at Nissan Stadium. Close enough to walk to Broadway as well. The place was well stocked and communication perfect. Loved having covered parking. Be prepared for no elevators. But the climb not bad at all.

Host Harry was great and very helpful with questions. Place was very nice- perfect size for 2-3. Loved having the balcony with seating so we could have coffee in AM and watch the River and wildlife(lots of birds, muskrats, a raccoon, several geese’s, etc.). Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the coffee maker and ground coffee! Walk to the action on Broadway was about a mile, but we felt safe walking even in evening. Also lots of E-scooters available in the area if you are not up for walking.

This is a great little place! It is close to downtown Nashville and Germantown. So many great places to eat and visit. The balcony overlooking the river is peaceful and relaxing. The place is quiet and everything we were looking for. Definitely recommend if planning a trip to Nashville!

Harry was great. We had a small issue with the thermostat upon arrival, I messaged Harry, within 5 minutes he called to discuss the issue and had maintenance on sight within the hour.
It was a little further from downtown than we had anticipated but turned out to be nice to be further away from the hustle. Plus the view was great!

Really, everything was very easy. From emails about places we should go to (our first time in Nashville) to ease of entry and communication with the owner. It was cooler/rainy so we did end up parking closer to Broadway instead of walking back and forth.

We stayed for two nights in Nashville and when we come back I'm definitely booking this place again! Perfectly clean, location was great, and our car was safe. Host was excellent and kind, he gave us very clear instructions and gave us local recommendations. Overall experience 10/10.

Harry was very easy to work with. The process of checking in and out was very easy. Cute place and space was great. We did not cook this time but it looked like if we did it would have been fine. Bed was comfortable! Covered parking was nice. Took Lyft to and from downtown, best way to go…less than $10 per trip. Great city!
