Welcome to Camas #21, the PERFECT spot for your next Family Vacation! Camas 21 is centrally located and just down the street from Fort Rock Park... At the park you can enjoy playing a game of basketball, tennis, or baseball, or just take the kids to enjoy the large playground space. In the winter, this is a great place to practice your cross country skiing, build a snowman or have an old fashioned snowball fight! Cooking in the updated kitchen with the new stainless steel appliances will be a delight while you're on vacation! The light and bright kitchen with open concept seamlessly connects to the dining room with new gorgeous high boy dining table that seats up to 8. There are 3 more seats available at the kitchen bar on the new bar stools nearby. The dining area opens to the living room space so that the whole group can be together while preparing meals and enjoying each others company. Sit and relax after a day out cruising on any of the 8 included bikes (located in the bike shed near the front entrance) and enjoy a movie on one of the many new flat screen TV's. There are over 30 miles of paved trails to get out and explore on the bikes or to take a long walk. The Living Room space is also perfect for curling up and reading a book in front of the cozy fireplace or sneaking in a nap after a busy day. This home is great for a group retreat and families alike! There are 2 King beds downstairs (one is a master bedroom), 1 Queen upstairs, also upstairs you will find a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (perfect for the kids), and 1 twin with an attached bathroom. The bunk room also has a separate space for relaxing with a couch and 2 comfy chairs perfect for a lounge space. There are plenty of sleeping areas for up to 10 guests, and with every bedroom equipped with new flat screen TV's, everyone is sure to be satisfied and comfortable. You can always retreat to the hot tub to warm up and relax, or stargaze after a fun filled day enjoying one of the many activities Sunriver has to offer. Some of the furnishings needed repair (one of the bar stool and one of the kitchen table chairs were broken falling apart. The bedroom decor definitely needs updating. The dresser in the bunk room has a broken drawer that can't even be used. This was a nice home overall, and it fit our large group nicely, however spending over $3,000 for one week I expected a place that was a little more updated!

Stayed with 8 family members in Camas 21 at Sunriver for 5 nights in July 2023. We visited the water park, observatory and took a day trip to Crater lake as well as Lavaland. Our house was very well equipped...the biggest complaint was that the floors and carpet were filthy dirty.

Camas 21 was perfect for two families. Plenty of beds and private spaces for everyone. The grill was in excellent condition for our many evening BBQs. The location next to Fort Rock park was super convenient and great for the kids. Having access to the SHARC for everyone keeps the kids busy. Overall, great property and we had a fantastic stay.

Our family traveled from Oregon, Washington & Idaho to stay here for the long weekend. It was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for. Kids could have their own space upstairs while the adults had their own space/rooms downstairs. Hot tub was lovely and relaxing. Location was fabulous! Just across the street from the park. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend for families with kids/teens!

We really appreciated how this house was set up for families. It had everything you could want for small kids on up. We also liked its proximity to the park and the SHARC passes…… again, those things just helped our kiddos have the best time! On the adult front….. the kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was quite large and comfortable.

This house was in a great location (we could walk to fort rock park)! The layout was great with the bunk room for kids and downstairs king bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. We had all the pots and pans, soaps and shampoo that we needed which was nice. One downside was the outdoor deck. The chairs and tables outside are not very usable. Cushions are ripped, chairs are broken. Table was not cleaned off and umbrella was broken. Kind of a bummer because the outside space would have been lovely to utilize more.

We very much enjoyed our stay and especially loved the upstairs bonus room with all the options for sleeping kids and they loved having their own living room.
The downstairs master bathroom shower head does need some attention as it sprays up and out of the shower.

birthday cabin
The cabin was amazing! The setting was perfect and the neighbors were very nice. My only problem with this property was communication with the owner, he was very nice but nonetheless did not respond to 99% of my messages inquiring about the property, how to get in, and stuff like the door code and locks to other things in the house

Location was very close to Ft. Rock park, ideal for walking over to enjoy the amenities there. The house was in need of some maintenance - some of the windows were hard to open, some of the blinds were also difficult to open and close, the wooden deck was roomy but needed sanding and refinishing - not safe for bare feet. The front steps were also wood, and I’d recommend adding some safety stripes along the edge of the steps to provide better definition between levels.

Room for everyone
We enjoyed our stay, there was plenty of room for everyone. It is really nice having three full bathrooms when there are multiple families as no one likes to give up the master. The only thing I can suggest is a better set of pots and pans.

Our first time in Sunriver and really enjoyed it. The property was great. Spacious and very clean. The only small nit was that the barbecue didn't work (perhaps too cold?) Couldn't get more than a 'trickle' of a flame. Not a big deal though.

We love Sunriver. The Sunset Lodging folks are great! However, the house is in need of much upkeep and repair. Carpets are gross. Every pillow is old and gross. Kitchen needs cabinet pulls. Bikes needed repair/replacing. Grill igniter was broken. Nails sticking up on deck bench. Paint peeling off of house. 2 inch gap under deck screen door. (A bat got in one night!!). Freezer door pops open when fridge door gets closed. We are very disappointed at the discrepancy between the way the place was advertised, and what we encountered. Am upset to have paid as much as we did for a house in that condition.

This property was falsely advertised and absolutely filthy. We checked in to find marijuana on our night stands in the master bedroom. The Kitchen is old dirty and not updated as the listing had stated. The dishes and pans in the cabinets were full of old food and in such poor condition they flaked off onto our food when we cooked and had to throw our food away. Garbage was left in the laundry room and by fireplace from previous guest. The upstairs chair has a huge sticky red glob of something on it so we could not use. The floors, counters, chairs and table were still dirty. The BBQ was left filthy. There were not enough towels in the home . The listing stated new hot tub which is not true. The hot tub is old, missing head rest and was green. The home is very old, not kept up. The property managers told us they needed extra time to clean due to COVID which was a lie. They did nothing to clean. The carpets are all filty and have tears. We were so upset and disgusted with this home. We have contacted the property managers multiple times and they have refunded our cleaning fee (clearly NO cleaning was done). They said they will let the homeowners know the situation and get it fixed. This is obviously another lie. There are many reviews regarding this property and they keep saying they will address them and they do not. I do not recommend CAMAS 21 or Sunset Lodging in Sunriver.

Peaceful stay at Sunriver close to family friendly park
We had a wonderful time in Sunriver. Our stay at this house was peaceful. We had 2 adults and our 4 teens so we had plenty of space. The boys enjoyed the space in the upper loft and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. We didn’t use the patio much. The patio furniture was old and there were crumbs on the patio table that we had to clean off before using. The kitchen/dining area was our fun gathering spot but the utensils, pots and pans were old and outdated. The bikes were well maintained and we used them daily. We did not get to use the SHARC passes for SUNRIVER pool/slides/river (due to a Covid restrictions- pool open Thursday to Monday) but there was still plenty to do. The huge Fort Park (baseball field, volleyball court, open grassy space and nearby jungle gym) is a quick bike ride away and not to for from the Village Mall. Check-In and Check-Out was easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week in this house and it fit our family perfectly! The upstairs bunkroom was perfect for a crew of teenagers and gave them the space away when they wanted it with room to spare. The layout was great, and the beds/furniture was all clean and very comfortable. The deck could use refinishing, however we really enjoyed the space every afternoon- and were always able to find shade when we needed it. The house doesn't have ac- however by managing the cool nights and closing shades during day, it always felt comfortable inside. The kitchen was easy to work in- and there were enough dishes, etc to fill all our needs. I always travel with my own knives- so I'm not sure how we would have fared with the ones onsite. Location was perfect- and there were bikes for every size- and the cruisers were comfortable as well! We will definitely look at staying again!

Home is in good location close to Ft. Rock Park, but is in need of some TLC. The home had large upstairs area perfect for kids, but was dusty throughout with many cobwebs, and old, stained carpet. Deck areas were very worn and home exterior had a lot of peeling paint. Kitchen was not well stocked, and faucet was so worn out we could not get cold water. We would not choose to stay in this home again.

Met Our Needs- Upstairs Great for Kids
We had a nice time at the house. The upstairs room is a great room for kids to play and sleep with lots of space. We had six kids there and they spent a lot of time up there playing and watching movies. The house itself is fine. We wish it had a few more of the household amenities. Standard cooking ingredients would have been nice. Much of what they had was either empty or low. The hot tub and deck are good sized for hanging out.
