Great option for a small family or 2 couples. Easy access to major attractions in the area. Owner was very accessible and helpful.

The casita was just as described in listing. We had very few questions but the host was very prompt in responding to the few we had. We were in Santa Fe during a heavier than usual snowfall and cold temps but the casita was quite cosy. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy. We didn’t get to make use of the outdoor sitting areas due to the cold and snow but we did admire their charm from the inside! Nice linens and robes provided. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again!

Nice place. Quiet, clean. Close to a walking trail that takes you to the Railyards. The one downside was managing the portable heaters in order to stay warm including pulling one into the bathroom when showering. The kitchen was nicely stocked other than no ice tray. Unfortunately the refrigerator froze some of our food. Nice sheets and good mattresses!

Great, clean, convenient place for my family and one dog. We loved the outdoor spaces when it was warm, and the fireplace inside when it was chilly. November turned out to be a wonderful time to visit SF!

The casita was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The bed had nice sheets and lots of pillows. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to prepare meals. Outdoor space was peaceful and comfortable. Location was great with walking trails close and convenient to many shops.

The property was as advertised. Perfect place for two senior ladies wanting to explore Santa Fe area. Convenient to downtown. Nice neighborhood. Great communication with our host/property manager. The host provided comprehensive information about “rules”for our stay as well as points of interest in the area.
Casita was well stocked and nicely decorated. Morning coffee on our front porch was delightful.
Give the place 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quiet, clean and had everything we could want or need. Beautiful patio with lots of trees, plants and flowers. Easy parking. On-site host was friendly and helpful. Coffee maker wasn’t working correctly and she replaced it the same day. Very quick and responsive to all of our questions and requests. Good location too.

Beautiful setting with 2 private outdoor sitting areas. We used one for breakfast and one in the evening to relax. Had everything we needed and was definitely a home away from home. The only issue was the dryer did not work very well but it did not interfere with our vacation. Would recommend this for a wonderful getaway. And it was only about 10 minutes away from all the museums, art galleries, churches, etc. that we wanted to see.

This is a really lovely casita with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable!! Close enough to the railyards and plaza but is situated just outside the hustle and bustle. It is a wonderful, relaxing place that is close to everything in Santa Fe. I will definitely stay here again.

The Casita is well-supplied and the beds are quite comfortable. Very nicely decorated, including fresh flowers to greet us.
A minor complaint - no sports channels provided.
There is a step up to the bathroom and master bedroom. Something to note if you have mobility issues.
Overall, this is a nice little place to stay for two.

We enjoyed our stay at your property. It was surprisingly spacious! Loved the front patio and backyard! We love to cook but the pans were hard to clean. Maybe at least one nonstick pan would be helpful😉 We would definitely stay again!

We were warmly welcomed by the comforting kiva fireplace and soft slippers for our tired feet at Casa Alissa. The space seemed bigger than the pictures represented online and the beds were terrifically comfortable. We didn’t have success utilizing the Dish service with the TV the one time we were trying to watch a movie, but we also didn’t reach out for assistance as we were also content to play our games we brought. We would recommend this stay to people with young children or adults!

My wife and I brought our dogs to Santa Fe during Spring Break. This little house on Baca Street was perfect for us. It had everything we needed and then some. Great location near the Railyard. 2 minute walk to a really good coffee shop/bar and cool art district. Nice walking trail right across the street. Plus, very nice front and back outdoor patio and deck. Definitely recommend it for up to four people. Pro tip: If you are going skiing, you can catch the Blue Bus at the South Capitol Rail Runner station right down the street from the house, or at several other stops throughout Santa Fe. It drops you off right at the base area at Ski Santa Fe. Not only is it free to ride, they actually give you a $5 credit for the mountain that you can use toward food, rentals, or lift tickets.

Good location. Property manager very helpful. Beds comfortable. A few issues with heat b/c there’s no central heating. The dryer needs to be replaced; no heat at all which made more trips to the house outside basement location.

Easy to walk to many spots in town, quiet location at back of lot.

This property is excellent for a visit to Santa Fe. It was incredibly clean and delightfully decorated. There is a small, fully fenced yard for pets and a fenced front porch for privacy. We visited during December and found the casita to be delightfully warm and cozy. The location is near restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and the plaza. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. The home was in a wonderful location for everything on our list in the city. The home had everything our group could need for cooking a few meals at home as well. The host was very responsive to an early check in which we much appreciated. We stay anytime we are in town.

Was the most comfortable and enjoyable stay we have had in the last several years. Highly recommend!

The Casita was perfect for what we needed. We were 2 adults, 2 young kids and 2 dogs. The casita was warm and had everything we needed. There’s some galleries, a great restaurant and a little playground just down the street. We spent a lot of our time closer to the plaza because of some family staying down there but would definitely consider this spot again and exploring the area more next time. Thanks for the great stay!

Casa Alissa was perfect for our girls getaway, made for some fun memories of our Santa Fe visit. Located in a quiet neighborhood not far from town. Felt like a local. The Casita as a whole was wonderful, clean, needed for nothing. We had everything we needed to have our coffee and breakfast in the morning before our adventures. In the evening it was a $10.00 Uber ride to town for dinner and Margaritas. I would recommend without hesitation this Casita for your visit to Santa Fe. Loved it!

Great little property with everything you need. Extremely clean, bed was super comfortable, and the cat on the property was a welcome addition.

We enjoyed our stay in this "perfect"
Casita. Great off street parking and location.
We would return again and again.

Overall enjoyed the stay. Drawbacks were not enough coffee in the container, we had to buy it to have it for the next couple of days. Sugar and coffee filters were at the top shelf of the cabinet and not reachable for short individuals like me. My husband was there to help get those items. I could have liked to have at least bread to make toast, but that is just an individual preference.

We'd definitely come back here.

Perfect place for my friend and I to meet!

This was a very efficient place to stay for what we wanted in Santa Fe. It has all of the necessities but is no frills. It is priced fairly for what you get. The positives: comfy king sized bed, location to the art district, private front and back patios, safe location. Negatives: The fridge. It was small, and there is only one tiny ice tray. I had to buy a bag of ice and it took up the entire freezer. Also, no matter how many times I adjusted the temperature, our milk had chunks of ice in it. The fridge also wobbled...
The couch in the family room wasn't comfortable and the TV was too small. This might not bother you if you're not in the home in the evenings, but we're homebodies and spend every vacation evening relaxing in a family room, so that was a drawback. No room for a kitchen or dining room table, but that was okay with us since we ate out a lot, plus there's a cute table on the front porch where we played cards. You're out of luck, though, if the weather is bad.
Overall, the property was a great value for the money, and I would rent there again. The issues we had were very minimal and subjective.

While the location was not within walking distance of the town center, it was in a good central location and an easy drive to everything we needed. The small backyard was also great for our dog. We will come back.

We had a wonderful stay. There were a few minor hiccups, neither of which bothered us, but need to tell the property manager: someone's dog must have peed on the rug by the bed, creating a horrible stench. I put the rug outside in the rain so I could sleep, but it needs to be professionally cleaned. The coffee pot was the wrong size for the maker. Luckily. I had a French press. Did a guest maybe break the carafe and replace it without assuring it was right? Lastly, the place needs to have pest control, inside and out as we kept finding small ants and bugs. So, the place is great, we were comfortable and happy. We'd like to visit again, hope these small annoyances are taken care of.

The house is close to a spectacular walking trail that takes you into the Railyard district for food & beverage! The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe.

Rental description was accurate and the process of renting, paying, and receiving instructions was smooth and efficient. Beds were comfortable. Great little patio for outdoor coffe. Parking safe and right by the gate. Enjoyed by everyone in our group.
