We are located on Appalachian Ski Mountain, between Boone and Blowing Rock, less than a mile to the slopes at Appalachian Ski resort and 2 miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway. 'Serenity' offers beautiful long range mountain views from the main living areas and covered deck. It is equipped with central heat/air, is fully furnished, has a well-equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for 6, and a spacious living room with a stone fireplace with gas logs, and a large (50-55”) flat screen TV. The home is approximately 1000 sq. ft. and has a 2-bedroom 2-bath split floor plan (will sleep 6 with the use of a pull-out sofa). One bedroom is equipped with a king bed, dresser, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and has an attached bath with tub/shower combination. The other bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, nightstands, flat-screen TV, and an attached bath with shower. Basic cable is provided in the livingroom and high speed internet (WiFi) and NetFlix are included in all rooms. Washer/dryer is in the unit. This unit is on the second floor. The entrance to the unit has stairs, but once inside, all rooms are on the same floor. There is paved access and parking for a maximum of 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking, no pets.
