Beautiful view, the weather was wonderful. House in need of some upkeep. Should just take hot tub off listing as it doesn't work,probably needs to be replaced, cover is duct taped together. Oven worked sometimes and not others, stove top 3 burners work. It could be an amazing place if a bit better cleaned. Turned on the ceiling fans and dust flew everywhere, it was thick. The hot tub was the reason we rented the place would have been nice to have a heads up before arriving.

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa del Sol. The decor was Mexican to the T. We loved the bright colors, the tiles, the art, and the comfortable beds. The hot tub was a plus and the private location was lovely. We opened the window at night and listened to the ocean waves lull us to sleep. We'll be back!

The view is spectacular. The hot tub is very old and was almost impossible to lift the lid. The patio chairs are old and bolted to the floor so they cant be moved so the fire pit is very far away from where you sit. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. The master bedroom has a nice view. I would not recommend having more than 4 people. The futon is not a good bed. The owners also are right next door in the other attached casita so you have no privacy. There is a double garage you can use. The beach is a long walk and very steep to get on. Very nice beach and not crowded. If you have dogs beware the yard is full of nasty stickers.

This place is beautiful. It is like staying in an art gallery on the ocean. The view is priceless upstairs and down. Both the balcony and the deck are great! The place is so comfortable. There are numerous spots in the home where you can find a cozy chair to lounge. Lots of pillows and blankets were a plus!!! There is no item in the kitchen you could possibly need, it has EVERYTHING!I highly recommend. I would definitely go back!

We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful home. Everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable bed, nice recliners for watching a movie or show and the views were from every room. Highly recommend. Info from online contact not received until several hours after arrival…did obtain info when we initiated phone call. Not good service for property owner. This is an awesome property.

If you love Southwestern decor, this is your place! The entire rental is a treasure house of pueblo art, mission art, crosses, and many many armadillos. Great vaulted ceiling in the main room, niches in the walls to house saints, angels, native arts and crafts. I would need a week to fully examine all the arts and crafts.The views toward the ocean are beautiful and wild. Beds were very comfortable, shower water was hot and tap water was very palatable. The kitchen is especially well-stocked with equipment. The kitchen table is also a work of craftsmanship- a huge polished slab of myrtlewood with matching chairs. The room is set up to view sports on the big screen tv, and we were able to get the bowl games on it. Also good cell service, due to a cell tower on the hill to the east. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub while it rained, although there was a distinct musty odor to it. We would definitely rebook this rental.

Everything a person could want and the view is amazing! Manager very easy to contact and deal with. When in the upstairs bedroom, you feel like you're on a cruise ship. Very relaxing during storms.

I was hoping to get all my info via the VRBO app, but this listing must not use it because it was never updated. I had to hunt down contact information to call them directly to get the info I needed. A bit of a headache that could have been avoided if they also updated the info on VRBO. Minor complaint, more of a heads up! Check your spam like a month out.

This was a perfect place to enjoy the Oregon Coast. The property was exactly as advertised and we could have sat and watched the ocean for hours. Located a few minutes away from beach access and just a short drive from many wonderful spots on the Southern Oregon Coast including Arizona Beach, Sister Rock, Secret Beach and more. The family had a wonderful time exploring the area, including an easy trip to Redwoods. Not far from Gold Beach for a grocery store, etc. We would definitely go back!
