Callfor same day bookings. Time Well Wasted is a luxurious 4 BR; 3.5 Bath cabin located in Lakewood Estates development near Broken Bow Lake. Your stay at this luxury cabin will provide the relaxation of a secluded cabin stay while also allowing direct access to Broken Bow Lake and local attractions. Girl's Gone Wine, Abendigo's Grill and Patio, The Blue Rooster, and The Grateful Head are all within 1 mile of the cabin. Enjoy a peaceful stay at Time Well Wasted in one of 4 bedrooms. Downstairs you'll find a spacious King Bedroom with luxurious linens and a Queen bedroom with access to the outside covered decks. These bedrooms share a gorgeous full bath with a double vanity and granite counter tops. The combination deep tub/shower features a gorgeous slate tile. Upstairs you can choose between two spacious King Bedrooms each with their own attached bath; one bath is a tub/shower combination and the other bath is a multi-function shower. The kids or other adults can enjoy comfort in the loft complete with 2 daybeds with pop up trundles to sleep four. A Queen Airbed is also available for extra folks. A half bath and laundry room are also located downstairs. Time Well Wasted features an open floor plan with a wall of windows in the family room. You'll surely enjoy the view from these huge windows. The spacious kitchen and dining area are perfect for preparing a wonderful meal for your family and friends. And, the huge island bar is perfect for friends to gather for conversation. There is plenty of room for everyone both inside and outside the cabin. Upstairs in the loft you can compete in a game of shuffleboard while watching your favorite sport on the loft television. And, the kids will have fun with the video game system in the loft. There are televisions in every room of the cabin programmed with a great Direct TV package. Plus, free wifi is included as well! Spend time with friends and family on the covered deck and outside dining area with lounge seating and a large Smart TV with Direct TV programming. Relax in the 6-person hot tub on the back deck. Roast s'mores at the outdoor fire pit with firewood ! Kids will surely enjoy the wooden playset outdoors with swings, a slide and a lookout tower! And, you can challenge your friends and family to a game of horseshoes or cornhole! You and your family will certainly make many lasting memories at Time Well Wasted!

Well equipped kitchen with plenty of space for our 12 person family. Love all of the amenities, games, yard games and hot tub. The Christmas decorations including the tree were a special touch. Our family Christmas here was awesome.

This cabin had plenty of room for 9 friends to relax over the weekend. We took full advantage of the wine fridge, firepit, hot tub and all cooking utensils and amenities. The cabin was well stocked with linens and towels as well as plenty of washer and dishwasher soap. We had room to do yoga on the deck, have in cabin massages in the living room and plenty of space to work on journals, craft projects and to snuggle up and watch movies. This is a great cabin for groups with lots of different interests!

I took my adult children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren ages 10, 8, 6, 3 and infant. We had a blast. The home was perfect for us. It was VERY clean (I have a daughter who is a stickler regarding cleanliness and she was impressed) and stocked with basic necessities. The location was convenient for the activities we did. I highly recommend it for a family! Hopefully we will go again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous cabin. Great beds. Plentiful games. Gracious hosts from start to finish.
Our only recommendations to the host would be to clean up the poison ivy around the outside of the house, provide more hand towels and newer cookware for the kitchen, more toilet paper and paper towels for the guests, and soap in all the bathrooms and showers/tubs. We also thought it a bit odd to be required to do all our dishes, wash our towels and gather up all our trash and throw it in the bins outside. One would think the hefty cleaning fee would take care of more than stripping beds, cleaning floors and bathrooms, dusting, and replacing used paper goods.
One other addition that would make the trip through the development to the cabin a bit easier would be for the road in to be graded, and given several loads of gravel to even out the potholes and bumps.
Kindest regards and thanks, though, for a wonderful time with family in a beautiful home. We hope to visit again.

All 3 couples enjoyed our weekend at the cabin Time Well Wasted! The cabin was beautiful and very clean. Kitchen well stocked. One small thing was the back porch was very dusty and not real inviting. Fire pit and wood supply was great.

Very clean and nice cabin that is located really close to the zip line, bowling alley, and several eateries.
This is a true cabin. It is a little bit older than what I expected but it is nice. The beds downstairs were too soft for me and not comfortable at all. The guest that slept upstairs said the beds were fine.
We didn’t get a chance to get in the jacuzzi but it was fully prepared for us. We had all of the amenities that we needed.
Overall, I would recommend this cabin.

We stayed at Time Well Wasted for 4 days and three nights over spring break. The lay out and cleanliness of the cabin was great. We had three kiddos with us so the two sofa sleepers in the upstairs game room was perfect. We enjoyed our time and would definitely go back in the future :)

This cabin was amazing. It had absolutely everything we needed and then some. Rooms were nice and spacious. Plenty of seating in living and dining areas. The outdoor space was our favorite with the campfire area, horseshoes and corn hole. Would definitely recommend booking this cabin.

My friends and I we all liked this cabin. It is close to restaurants and entertainment and far enough from the main road. Cabin was very clean and roomy. It has a big dining table for all guests to sit all together at the same time. That was as important to is as the number of beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. We saw deer roaming around the cabin. Management company was responsive to our questions, professional and friendly. I would definetely rent this cabin again if available.

This cabin was amazing. There are so many things we enjoyed. The hot tub and wonderful wrap around porch was a hit. We enjoyed nights by the fire pit. The game room with extra bed and trundle was great. We had 4 couples and 3 singles. It was a plus that we got to bring out dogs as well. Wonderful place to stay and enjoy family time. The rooms were large and having the upstairs with rooms that had bathrooms connected was a major PLUS! TO say the least we loved it here the location and the cabin size!

This property was great. It was clean and beautiful. Management response was quick. We chose this cabin because the listing stated it spelt 16. We had 16 people and the cabin actually slept 12 plus a queen air up mattress. That was disappointing but we made it work. I would rent from this property again if we had a smaller group.

Overall this was awesome. Other than nature deciding to spend time with us, the place was amazing. We wanted a place we could relax, enjoy one another company and it beyond surpassed our expectations. We'll be going back annually.

Amazing Property
We had an awesome time at this location, family from Arkansas and Texas as well as Oklahoma joined in and we all agreed we would stay there again!! When I needed to contact the managers regarding a broken light outside by the wind, they responded immediately and someone came out and fixed it quickly. Would definitely recommend it!

We had a large group to celebrate my daughter's high school graduation. There was plenty of room for everyone. The property was clean but was missing a horseshoe and beanbags for some of the games. Also one of the ladderball bars was broken. My family had a wondeful time and would definitely stay again with a large group.

Time Well Wasted is a wonderful 4 bedroom/3.5 bath cabin that is very conveniently located in Hochatown. They offered very nice amenities like coffee, firewood (a REAL PLUS for us!!), lots of games both inside & out, DVDs, comfortable living room furniture, drink frig in kitchen as well as full-size refrigerator/freezer, lots of towels, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Often many of these things only an initial supply is provided and we have to provide more ourselves. They provided more than an ample supply. The beds could use an upgrade, too soft and you sorta roll to the middle of the bed. We were missing several kitchen items and the management had them sent out very quickly. Wonderful BIG walk-in closets in each bedroom, loved that, however not enough hangers provided. The neighborhood is wonderful as well as the location. However, the roads in the subdivision are awful! They could use some major maintenance. The cabin was very comfortable, loved our time in Broken Bow/Hochatown and can't wait to visit again next year.
