This location is so much better than ski in/ski out and the perfect place for summer mountain biking and hiking too! Being only 40 odd yards from the Gondola AND in downtown Breckenridge, you absolutely do not have to get into your vehicle once you arrive - walk to restaurants, bars, shops, etc.! You're right next to The Cantina restaurant and across the street from the Blue River Bistro and Daylight Donuts restaurants. Although the complex has no amenities the Breckenridge Recreation Center is within walking distance.
