FRESHLY PAINTED, NEW FLOORING, HD TVs, AND UPDATED "SEASONAL" DECOR FOR the 2023 - 2024 SEASON (Check out the NEW photos)!! This townhouse boasts a spacious family room - big enough for TWO families, a large private deck with two picnic tables, a dining area that seats 10, and a well-equipped kitchen. The "Winter" bedroom prides itself with high ceilings, wooden rafters and two double beds. Snuggle in the warm beds while gazing at a beautiful winter scene after a day on the slopes! The "Spring" bedroom includes another double bed and a sliding glass door that allows you to look outside at the spring foliage. Relax, regroup and rejuvenate after spending the day outside in the fresh spring air! The "Summer" bedroom includes a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top. You'll think you're walking in the sunshine when you catch a glimpse of the bigger than life sunflowers. Unwind, slow down and continue destressing after a day at the pool! The "Fall" Master bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and private bath. Get cozy and soak in the autumnal colors and textures after you have taken a lovely hike in the crisp mountain air. The "Treehouse" Loft is the perfect spot for kids...although adults will enjoy it, too! Go up the steps to the loft and you'll feel like you're really in the trees. Play, relax, and imagine in this super cute hideaway. We're going to go out on a "limb" and say that you'll love this snug spot! Even if you are staying with your extended family or a large group of friends, there won't be a wait for a bathroom - 2 full bathrooms and two half baths make sharing super easy. The kids really loved the place.. only thing that could of made it a lil better is if we coulda used the fire place.. but other than that great place to stay.. plenty of room for family and friends..

We really enjoyed this townhome for the holiday weekend. Our family loved how cute the rooms were decorated and space for everyone to spread out. The home is very close to seven springs and the shuttle service so convenient when kids wanted to come back n forth at different times of the day. We look forward to coming back again !

We enjoyed our stay at this cute chalet near Seven Springs. The hothouse was quaint yet spread out enough that we all felt comfortable. The kids loved the spacious living room to all sit on the couch to play games and snuggle up for some tv watching after hitting the slopes. The shuttle to and from was perfect as we didn’t need to drive the entire time. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Seven girls stayed here for the 30th Annual Seven Springs Wine Festival for the third year. We keep coming back because we love everything about this place and this year they did some updating even more to love!!! We stay very comfortably with many of us having our own room, we walk to the pool, walk to the shuttle that takes us both ways from the event. Very clean, the owners reply to any questions right away I strongly recommend this villa!

This was the perfect location for our annual trip with friends. There were plenty of beds, lots of space to spread out & relax, kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs, and most importantly - the shuttle service makes transferring back and forth from the property to the resort such a breeze! Highly recommend.

Great property for a family ski vacation to Seven Springs. Plenty of room, well maintained and very clean! Frequent shuttle service to the slopes on the weekend was a plus - but shuttle is much less frequent on weekdays. Host was great and I would highly recommend this property.

Can't recommend this property enough! My four siblings and I celebrated my Mom's 70th birthday along with her 2 little grandchildren and some other extended family members. It was so nice having a weekend of being together as a family. The location was beautiful. The house was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owners were quick to answer any questions we had ahead of the reservation. The check-in/check-out process was so easy and the place had everything you would want in a house rental. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

We had 5 adults and 4 teenagers staying for 9 days. There was plenty of space with enough beds (not sofa beds) for everyone. We would definitely stay there again. Having laundry was convenient since we were there so long. Our issues were really minor ones. We had three cars, so having only two keys was at times inconvenient. After one night of someone coming back without a key late, we fixed that going forward, but more keys would have been helpful. The property is also showing its age, so things like doors have trouble closing or opening properly. Regardless, those minor issues are not showstoppers. The property is very close to the main hotel and that is convenient if you are going there often. We come back to Seven Springs every year and if we have similar numbers in the future we would gladly return.

Good place to stay with family! Not fancy but solid family friendly and comfortable. Quiet and easy place to be. Kitchen is ready for family meal prep and time. Walk to pool, golf course, and excellent shuttle service to seven springs.

Great place. The split level made all the sleeping spaces an extra private feeling which was nice for my group. We loved the living room area and huge deck. Table is big enough for 10 to eat at! House is well equipped, tho I would take "fireplace" off the amenities list! We brought firewood from home to burn but couldn't use it. Also, it's not explicitly stated but there's no grill either for insurance purposes. I'd definitely book here again, just don't bring food you intend to grill!

Very comfortable sleeping quarters upstairs and well heated with a specific well working thermostat . Our family (7 of us) huddled in the kitchen/dining room instead of enjoying the large below family /living room every night . Setting the specific thermostat for the living room to 75 was not responding much and the living room stayed in the low 60’s . There is a Beautiful fireplace and not allowed to use it . This is supposed to be a mountain /skiing condo and not having a fire going when relaxing is totally contradictory for a weekend in cold winter and snow . there was firewood and obviously the owners have the pleasure of a roaring fireplace for themselves . The family room is terribly insulated and we tried to sit on the comfortable sofa to play games and watch TV with our coats and gave up and spent our two evenings in the kitchen/dining area.!!! We were not happy . Further more this large 4 bedrooms is very tired looking and needs to be updated (looks like not much has been changed since it was last build )! This condo should be rented in the summer only until this heating problem is fixed… FYI we enjoy wine with our dinner and there was no wine glass, we had to use small OJ glasses,!!!

We had a wonderful time and LOVED staying here. Everything we needed was in this house, there was plenty of room for a large group in the living room and around the dining room table to play games. We all had our own beds, spent two evenings at the pool which is very walkable and the people at the pool were so friendly. The shuttle service was great! It took us to and from the festival. The golf course is across the street from the house. I highly recommend staying here as long as it's not when we come back next year lol!
