About this condo rental
A spacious (1800 square feet), comfortable condominium right on the beach (Beach Palms), with wonderful views of the sunset, ocean, and beach. Includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, new washer/new dryer, dining room, very roomy and comfortable family room with SmartTV, a brand new eat-in kitchen with all new appliances (including new dishwasher, beverage fridge and ice maker), new cabinets,granite counter top, new tile flooring and new back splash, overlooking the heated pool and beach, two patios,there is a very spacious patio off of the family room and another private patio off the master bedroom with king-size bed, Smart TV, and walk-in closet. WI-FI. We have WI-FI throughout the whole condo. Also 2 reserved parking places. Condo has all newer mattresses. Master bedroom has a wonderful king size bed with a private bathroom and roomy shower. There is also a full-size futon for additional guests. Master bedroom has a Smart TV. Every TV in the condo are Smart TVs. Second guest bedroom with two double beds and Smart TV. Third bedroom with two twin beds and a Smart TV. All rooms have brand new mattresses. Very clean! Great views of the beach and ocean. Also, overlooking the pool. Families will love it, coming from a mother of four, my children are 14 through 24 year old. We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. About one-half hour from Busch Gardens and one hour 15 minutes from Disney World. Fly in to Tampa and 20 miles to Indian Shores - Gulf Beaches!!! Keywords: Condominium

Condo was perfect for our family of 5. Each child ciild have brought a friend and still had enough room.

Our week was very comfortable at the condo. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everything was clean. The balcony overlooks the ocean/pool and the bay. Beautiful sunsets every night. The kitchen had lots of appliances. Keep in mind, there is nothing there such as spices, coffee filters, 1 extra trash bag, saran, foil, takeout containers, condiments, laundry detergent. There are 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a wagon to carry it down to the beach, this was very helpful! The pool area was nice and cleaned every day. There was plenty of seating at the condo to enjoy either dinner inside or on the balcony. Don't forget your beach towels!

We had a great week with family here. The condo is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. View from the deck is beautiful, and the beach chairs were perfect. Kitchen is very well equipped. We loved vacationing here and will be back!

Everything was very clean and the condo was spacious. The new washer and dryer were great for all the loads of towels and clothes we did! Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of unexpected items too....like a crock pot! Everything was great!

Perfect place to stay if your ready for relaxation, the host was very accommodating and the place was very clean and had all the amenities one needed for a great vacation. Would definitely stay again

509 is AMAZING !!The owner was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Condo is spacious, comfortable, spotless and modern. Plenty of room and we all felt at home. Great views and breakfast nook was a hit with the family for morning coffee and breakfast. We will be staying in this unit again!!!

Location is great, right on the ocean. View from balcony is pretty decent as well. Pool area is also nice. It was a great week away with my family.

We had a wonderful and very comfortable week stay! The location is perfect, right in the middle of day and night life.
The ocean view is picture perfect! Every day we walked the ocean for miles, we found great coffee houses and wonderful breakfast places!
We look forward to returning!
The only bummer was we couldn’t find the WiFi network to connect our mobile devices. We even tried connecting to every single network ID that displayed.

Great location and enjoyed our stay! Had plenty of beach toys and chairs. Loved that a wagon was in the closet as well! Walls could use a fresh coat of paint, new rugs, and bedroom furniture could be updated. When we first arrived there was bird poop all over both balconies, but the cleaning team came in minutes to get it taken care of. I really have no complaints! If you are traveling with kids around age 4/5 and under be sure to move all the games and books under the TV out of reach of their hands:) I would definitely stay here again!!

The condo was clean and spacious. The layout was perfect for two families and young children. Easy access to the beach and pool. Good parking as well. Modern, well-stocked kitchen made meals easy. Would definitely rent again!

Condo is excellent with sooo much room and very well stocked with more cooking utensils and dishes than you need. View and location were excellent! Beautifully decorated- even the kids were commenting on how nice it was. Will definitely try to rent again.

This property was a great find! I have stayed at many locations over the years in the area and this one has by far been the best. The house was well stocked all around. I was astonished when I saw all of the beach gear available, the collection of books and games and cookware provided. The appliances were updated and allowed us to cook and do our laundry without issue. On top of this, the furniture was very comfortable and allowed us all to feel at ease. We were able to play cards, eat dinner, watch tv, sleep, etc as comfortably as we would at home. There are few faults with this place. If I had to critique anything it would be the balcony furniture and the blender. The balcony furniture was a little oversized and made it a bit difficult to sit outside with our group of four. The blender was not able to make the correct consistency for mixed drinks due to it leaving large ice chunks. That being said, I highly recommend this place. It was a great value overall.

Lovely property! This was a very well maintained and the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in, and we’ve been coming to this location for years. Had everything that a large family would need for the beach. In fact I kept commenting that I wish I knew how well stocked it was so I didn’t need to bring so much. The washer and dryer worked really well too which was a huge plus. The only feedback I would recommend would be to downsize the patio furniture on the balcony. There was already so many nice eating tables/areas inside that it was overkill to put such a large table on the balcony as well. The space was so tight with furniture out there that we didn’t utilize it and that was a huge disappointment because you want to enjoy the view and be outside as much as you can. Overall I would definitely book this condo again.

The condo was perfect! The beds were comfy. The location was great. The only complaint we have is the air conditioner doesn’t work well. You are told to not drop it below 70 degrees or it will freeze up. We didn’t do that and it still seemed to freeze up. The beginning of the week it was chilly outside so it wasn’t an issue but towards the end of the week it warmed up and the condo was hot. It made getting ready to go out to dinner hot and challenging.
