Situated close to a village Mall, lodge, and tennis courts, this four-bedroom vacation home can accommodate up to 10 guests. A king bed, two queen beds, and two sets of bunk beds are provided. The 1,764-square-foot rental welcomes only one pet (must weigh less than 20 pounds). Many amenities are provided, including a CD stereo, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and gas barbecue. Keep your vehicle in the double garage, watch shows and movies on one of the four TVs (VCRs and DVD players are also supplied), and make use of the 8 bikes. The two-level home also has a highchair. Ensure a memorable vacation by visiting Benham Falls, going fishing, and trying out snowshoeing. This home provides 8 Unlimited SHARC passes, free tennis and free access to the Sunriver Marina! We have stayed at sunriver many years for family vacation.. kitchen is beautiful and master bedroom.. carpets filthy bathrooms weren’t clean nor was bedding and bedrooms.. first time I used VRBO to rent.. likely won’t use again.. pictures of home very deceiving based on reality.. definitely won’t re rent this home or utilize VRBO next year.

Great location for access to The Village and paths to Sharc, airport loop etc. House layout was perfect for family holiday visit. Kitchen supplies could use some replacement or additions but overall acceptable.

We took friends with my family of 4 for my 50th birthday, including my son's professionally trained service dog and a friend's dog. Everyone had just what they needed -- biking, hot tub, swimming, lazy river float, quick drive/ride for coffee/groceries, well stocked kitchen, and perfect weather. We had a few things break and the property management/fix-it folks were responsive, kind, honest, and gave us a bit of a refund for the things that affected our trip. Wonderful way to be 50!

It was pleasant. Location was nice. Nice big patio. The house was not fully stocked on the kitchen very limited utensils, bowls serving trays,Paper towels a sponge to clean, so we had to go down to the store there buy a few things. The fire place we wanted to use but there was some weird stuff in it so we opted out. Lastly, the couches had lots of dog hair on them. I'm a dog lover so I didn't mind to much. The hot tub was amazing. The home was roomy, the rooms were big and bathrooms as well. Lots of towels and space. Close to the other side of the village where you can walk to stores, food etc. It did state there was bikes for all guests but there was only 4 in the garage and 2 had flat ties so that was a bummer too (you can rent them at the lodge) But we still had a wonderful time and had a great trip.

Great Home for 2 families
We loved the location of the home. We had 5 kids total and they biked everywhere! The house is very cozy. Our only inquiry to stay here again would be if the refrigerator has been replaced. It was too small to have a full 5 days of food for 2 families. Plus a Thanksgiving feast. Highly recommend and the affordable nightly rate was untouchable!

This house was in a good location and I enjoyed staying in sunriver but for the price we paid I felt like this place could have been a lot cleaner. Some of the dishes were dirty, the rooms looked like they were not vacuumed at least not around the edges. The beds were very uncomfortable, they were very springy and needed to be replaced. I also saw two droplets in the upstairs room with the queen bed that looked like hardened rat poop. I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Perfect for our family vacation. More family in another house on the same circle. Enjoyed riding bikes, kayaking on the Deschutes and soaking in the hot tub. Close to everything! Management very helpful.

This house has no AC. But. We stayed there on the hottest days in Oregon history and it Wes perfect! It had some kind of air circulation from outside cool or inside warmer depending on on the temperatures inside and out. Brilliant!
The people were super helpful! So quick! The garage door didn’t go all the way up and we wanted to keep our car cooler. We called. The guy was there in 5 minutes AND fixed it! It’s smallness is very cozy, yet easy to retreat to your space and be alone/private. So what if the tap emblem came off sometimes, so what that the outside plugs didn’t work. It’s a great place to keep cool!

Excellent value Sunriver accommodation
House had all the requisite Sunriver amenities including hot tub, garage with free loaner bikes, and well-appointed kitchen. Decor is a little dated but that's fine when, like us, you have youngish kids and are there for the outdoor activities and family time. Would book again.

Perfect getaway spot
House was great, clean, and had everything we needed. Lots of room for our 2 families and the kids loved being able to stay in one room with the double bunk beds. Location was perfect and we were very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend!

Clean, nice get-away spot!
House was great! Everything worked well, other than the dryer (sounded pretty loud so we didn't use it). Otherwise very happy with our stay! Would definitely recommend.
