An outdoor pool, tennis court, basketball court, volley ball court, and playground is available for you to enjoy! The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The private guest suite includes parking and entrance. The two fully furnished bedrooms have new queen beds and are spacious and comfortable. The newly remodeled bathroom and tiled shower will leave you clean and refreshed. The living room has a lounging area with plush couches along with a pull out bed. A 65'' 4K SmartTV is yours to enjoy with Dish DVR and a Blu-ray player. The game room has a pool table and darts for enjoyment. The outdoor patio is yours to enjoy the view along with seating and a gas grill. The kitchen also includes a full size fridge/freezer, convection oven, induction cooktop, microwave, kuerig coffee, toaster and kitchen utensils. A complimentary variety of coffee and breakfast snacks are provided. Complimentary laundry machines are also included for you to use. Lyft and Uber services are available for transportation if needed. The total area is approximately 1,500 sq ft. This Property operates as a vacation rental and is licensed with the State of South Dakota. We live in a section of the property and are available if needed, yet your area is a completely private section. We welcome you to come and see what the Black Hills has to offer!

My husband, our 2 pups, & I stayed one night on our way home to Michigan from our honeymoon in Montana. Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the view because we got in after dark & left early to catch the sunrise over the bad lands, but we had a great time playing pool! We didn't realize the unit is connected to the owner's house when we booked, but we had a separate entrance, it's completely private & we didn't the hear any noise from upstairs.

It was just as advertised, accommodating kitchen / bathroom / entertainment. We loved the pool table and the electronic darts board that had a 'heckler' button. The couches were incredibly comfortable, and the view was fantastic. We watched deer come within 15 feet of the house, wild turkeys came through the yard, and the blackhills view did not disappoint. The air smells sweeter with those pine trees all around. We will gladly use this again. Fantastic experience.

My husband, daughter, dog and I loved it here! Beautiful back drop of the Black Hills. Convenient location for the tourists attractions, MT Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, Custer State Park. Ryan was so friendly and communicated quickly if we needed anything. The neighborhood pool was perfect to cool off in when we got back. We would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for one night on a long family road trip. ( 2 adults, 2 children ages 6). It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the opportunity to do our laundry. The view out the living room window was great! We would definitely stay again.

The place is clean with a fabulous view. The host left us with coffee bar and breakfast muffins and danish. That was a nice touch. We were under the impression we were staying in a guest house, but it was more like a downstairs apartment. But none the less, it was clean, had all the ammenities we needed. And the view was a bonus!

This property was perfect for our family. My husband and I took our two young grandsons. It was extremely clean and comfy. We enjoyed the pool table, and dart board. The location is great to see all the attractions. Ryan also was great! Responded immediately to any of our questions or requests . The property is truly lovely. Beautiful view with a lot of wildlife. We would stay here again.

It’s a gorgeous property with beautiful nature. You can see different wildlife. Friendly place for small kids. Only negative is you can’t control ac and heat. It was freezing at night. Overall i will come back at hot summer.

The rental was clean, well organized, and stocked well with all the essentials needed, which was really appreciated for a 3 week stay. Ryan was quick in responding to any questions we had....such as streaming and needing propane for the grill. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive into Rapid. We highly recommend this property!

We were traveling cross country with our dog-this property served our needs for room to spread out and recharge! The place was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, shower fabulous, beds super comfy! It was a beautiful neighborhood; quiet, and we were rewarded w/a wonderful view when we woke up (as we had arrived in the dark). There was even a decorated Xmas tree which added to the homeyness of the place! Unfortunately, we were too tired to use the pool table!

This split level duplex was large in size for my family of five and two pups. Loved the grill, outdoor view, pool, basketball court, tennis court and all the small touches that the owner included. Everything was clean, had a coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, fan, games for the kids and even treats on the counter. Easily accessible and about 60 minutes from Mt. Rushmore, but closer to Lake Sheridan where we rented a boat. Spent four days here and we loved it!

The house was perfect and the owner was great. It snowed the day we checked in so he sent us a map of the area and the roads that were safe to travel on and checked in on us a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. The view was great and deer came right up to the patio.

Just as advertised! Very close to everything. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Views were spectacular. We arrived after dusk and there were deer everywhere which to some it might not be cool but we thought it was amazing (our dogs enjoyed the extra sniffs). Very much enjoyed the complementary keuirg coffee. The beds were the best beds we have EVER slept in. All in all this place is a gem :)
