Your invited to enjoy By the Sea, a spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom, 3 bath house nestled on the magnificent white sandy beach of the Forgotten Coast Shoreline. You will find a humble slice of paradise often referred to as Mayberry on the water. By the Sea offers 2 levels of spacious living with breath taking views of the glistening emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The main level boasts an open floor plan with a fully functional kitchen, dining and living space, full bath, and bedroom. A gas log fireplace is perfect for cool evenings. French doors open onto a spacious balcony with an outdoor dining table to enjoy sunset dinners. The upstairs level offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, French doors opening onto a spacious balcony overlooking the sandy beach and beautiful emerald waters, master bath, two additional bedrooms (one with a King bed, the other with a Queen bed) and an additional full bathroom. Enjoy magnificent sunsets on the tranquil shoreline from the downstairs social area. A hanging swing, captain chairs, and a gas grill make for a perfect hangout.
