Directly on the river, you will enjoy an 8,500 square foot private pool area with a 16x40 in-ground pool (operational from May 1st thru Labor Day), covered gazebo area with kitchen facilities, gas grill, full restroom with shower, and large outdoor fireplace. The upper level has three bedrooms - the cottage room has a queen bed and a full bathroom, a bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a queen as well, and a hallway full bathroom. Also on the upper level is a large loft area with lounging and a game table for card or board games. The main floor has a mud room with washer and dryer adjacent to the attached two car garage, 1/2 bath, pantry, large kitchen with six burner Viking gas range with two ovens and griddle, breakfast bar (seats six) and custom kitchen table (seats ten). There is also a separate dining room that can accommodate eight people. The living room has floor to ceiling stacked stone wood fireplace and an entertainment center with flat screen TV above fireplace. On this level is the master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, stacked stone wood fireplace, and full bathroom with double sinks, steam shower, and large jetted tub. The lower level has a large bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds, a full bathroom and access to patio from the bedroom. There is also a living room on this level with a flat screen TV, stacked stone wood fireplace, sleeper sofa, game room with 9' pool table, air hockey, and Pac Man 67 arcade games. Access to patio from game room and living room on this level. For relaxation, enjoy the night sky and the mountain views in the private hot tub located outside on this lower patio. Every level has great views of the river and the breathtaking mountain views. The screened porch is a great place to grab a nap, use your laptop (we have WiFi), or just enjoy the afternoon with your favorite beverage and watch the river glide by.
