Get to know a real Seattle neighborhood with coffee shops, boutiques, restaurants, Green Lake and Woodland Park Zoo, all within walking distance, and a short drive or bus ride to downtown and Seattle Center. The Phinney Guest Cottage can accommodate 2 adults and a child (infant/toddler gear available upon request: PacknPlays in travel or regular sizes, high chair, etc.). Additional twin air mattress is available for an older child. This stand-alone house is decorated with a charming blend of antiques and contemporary furniture, and thoughtfully appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stackable washer/dryer. Relax in the cozy living room and stay in touch with free Wi-Fi. Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening on the sunny enclosed deck. Phinney Ridge is a truly walkable neighborhood: no need for a car since you can walk everywhere and take the bus downtown (and avoid parking hassles!). The bus stop is a few steps away, and schedules and details are all provided for you. Restaurants close-by include Mediterranean, Thai, American, Greek, vegetarian, Mexican and the best burgers and onion rings in Seattle at Red Mill. Because this is Seattle, there are six excellent coffee shops within just a few blocks, including our favorite half a block away. May through September, the farmers' market on Friday afternoons is a great place to find delicious local produce. Seattle is a spectacular city, and we hope you enjoy your visit! Perfect location for our base of activities. Beautiful landscaping and flowers in the neighborhood - all in bloom while we were there. Host was very helpful providing information for places to get specific items I needed. Quiet area and deck was a pleasant place to take a reading break. Well equipped kitchen. I plan to stay there again on my next trip to Seattle.

Lovely little Adu cottage in a great neighborhood full of restaurants and close to downtown Seattle. It is street parking but gas no issues finding a spot. Has a nice little porch sitting area and lots of privacy. Highly recommend

I came in for Memorial Day weekend to meet a friend and see a concert. Phinney Ridge is my favorite neighborhood in all of Seattle so finding LInda's cottage was a total score. It's located in the perfect part of Phinney Ridge, close to everything and very private and quiet. Linda is an amazing host and I could not have been happier with my stay. I would highly recommend staying here and I will again for sure!

My husband and I stayed for the second time at Linda's charming cottage. It's very comfortable and has everything we needed. It's nice to have a small well-equipped kitchen so we could fix breakfast and lunches there. Since our daughter lives close by, we ate dinners at her apartment. The patio is the best (if it's not raining). Fortunately, it was sunny for two of the days we were there. We love the quiet neighborhood and the restaurants and taverns are great and within walking distance--just up the block. Linda is a great communicator and her cottage has lots of information on things to do in the Seattle area. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay again.

Wonderful experience in Seattle! This tidy cottage has everything you need and well beyond that. The kitchen is small, but exceptionally well stocked with equipment (e.g., I didn't need a rolling pin or hand mixer on this trip, but it was there just in case!). This host has great pride in this property, and should. On-street parking was always available at the end of the walkway. I'll be back the next time I am in Seattle.

Linda really had everything here I never thought to bring or that we’d need, and the pictures hardly do it justice. This place is so cozy! The perfect “home base” to explore Seattle. The neighborhood is super walkable and convenient, lots of cute parks and yummy restaurants nearby.

This rental is located just off Greenwood with easy access to cafes, restaurants and groceries. It is easy to catch a bus to downtown Seattle, Northgate or the University district. The cottage is well appointed with all of the necessities. The owner is gracious and available if you have any questions.

Linda's place was exactly as described, and as the photos show. It was meticulous, and tastefully decorated. And, there's a bus stop a couple hundred feet away for a line that takes you to the Seattle Center and downtown. We would definitely stay here again!
