About this villa rental
Located in Holmes Beach, this attractive villa for $325 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This newly renovated , upscale villa, on a quiet island street, minutes from the beach, is on the east side of a raised duplex, very PRIVATE with covered parking and a porch that overlooks your own private pool, for use by this rental suite only. Its central location makes it minutes from the beach ,close to the free island trolley and near the central business area , with its restaurants and stores . Inside, the 2-bedroom--2-bath accommodation presents a Master bedroom with a king bed and a new bathroom featuring a walk- in shower. The guest room has 2- x-long twin beds with an accompanying tub/shower bath. With a maximum of 4 guests a night. Outside , the PRIVATE heated pool will give our guests a place to relax when not at the beach enjoying our crystal blue waters, amazing evening sunsets or exploring the island. The suite features travertine floors throughout , an extended kitchen with granite countertops , new washer/dryer and many custom details. Included are plenty of beach towels , comfortable beach chairs , beach umbrella with beach cart and some sand toy. We rent Aqua Beach Retreat Villa from Saturday to Saturday. Please note, we provide enhanced cleaning steps for our vacation rental home based on CDC guidelines and uses a professional cleaning service for linens and towels to provide a great guest experience.

We enjoyed very much our stay at this place. The house and kitchen is perfectly equipped and we appreciated the heated pool at our colder days. The location and in particular the proximity to the beach is a huge plus. We will consider again next time we come to AMI!

The villa was a great place to stay, and exactly as depicted in the listing. It has a clean and private pool. Wow, there were only two of us on the trip, it would easily accommodate 4 to 6 people with any amenity that you could possibly need. The property is close to an outstanding beach. There are plenty of excellent restaurants on the island and quite a few within easy walking distance. We highly recommend the villa to anybody looking for a quiet vacation in a lovely part of the country.

It was a beautiful week on the island and staying at the Aqua Villa was very comfortable and enjoyable. Really enjoyed the pool! Great communication with the host, excellent check in/out instructions, very accommodating. Everything you could need is provided. Looking forward to coming back for another great week!

First, Duane and Rhonda were excellent in their communication. Second, it’s nice when the property is actually as described. Finally, I was a little concerned anyway about the distance to the beach, but it was an easy 5 minute walk at best. Unit has everything you could possibly need, and the beach gear was great since we flew in.

Great place in a great location. Nicely updated interior. Close to the beach and restaurants, but still in a nice and quiet spot. Enjoyed spending time at the pool and evenings sitting on the deck.

This property was well-maintained and decorated, and included great dishes, glasses and pots/pans/bakeware. Nice touches were spices, starter kits on paper products and dishwasher tabs/laundry soap. Backyard with pool was gorgeous, a bit too cold to use much week we were there, but perfect size for small family. Owners offered great suggestions for meals and places to walk or hike. Overall great experience, and I highly recommend this property and these owners. Would definitely return here if return to Anna Maria Island!

Villa is very comfortable, inside and out, nicely decorated, close to many restaurants and about 7 -10 min walk to the Gulf beach. More than expected kitchen supplies, utensils, cookware and appliances . Also lots of pool and beach umbrellas, chairs. floats, kids toys and several trollies on wheels to make it easier to cart them to the beach. And we were surprised to find several bikes and helmets available. The place was spotless and looked almost new. Host responded quickly to a few questions we had. Also, just after we reserved we received a nice letter giving us a great listing of local places and restaurants which was appreciated.

We had a great time in AMI and this unit was perfect for our family of four. Everything we could have needed was there and we were just a few blocks from beach access, restaurants, ice cream, shopping. The hosts were easy to communicate with and ensured our stay went well. The pool was perfect and a nice feature after the morning at the beach.

An Absolute Dream
I have never been to a more cozy and completely immaculate beach home. Everything was thought of. The pool was so much fun and also super clean. Upon arrival there is a starter pack of soaps, detergents etc to get you going. There are beach accesses everywhere that are so convenient. After a day at the beach there are plenty of places around the property to wash off all the sand. We will definitely be back and plan to stay much longer! Thank you so much again for an amazing week.

Excellent place to stay
This place is one of the best properties we have rented and suited our needs in every way. The location was great and within easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the little pool and beautiful landscaping! Finally, our hosts were so helpful in providing terrific restaurant recommendations and other tips. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful property…the private pool was amazing!
My family had a wonderful week at Aqua Beach Villa! The accommodations were extremely clean and within a short walk to the beach. The owners were great to work with and made it extremely easy to check-in and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and other activities in the area. The private pool was by far our favorite part of the property! I highly recommend Aqua Beach Villa if you’re coming to AMI.

Wonderful place to stay!
Owners thought of everything in this villa! It was the perfect size for our family and the location was close to many restaurants. We loved the pool (nice and shaded in the afternoon). Everything was so clean and it was nice to have a covered garage for our car. Beach access was very easy to get to and only about 300 steps. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect location and amenities!
We had a great stay here! The place was in a great, quiet location with a quick walk to the beach and in the middle of the island so a quick bike ride or drive to shopping and dining. They had everything you would need to enjoy the beach (towels, wagon, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, cooler etc.), bikes available to use and all the kitchen tools you would need. They even had sound machines in the rooms and night lights also so very kid friendly. And if you want to just stay in and relax the pool was perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here. We had a great time!

Had so much fun and loved the atmosphere and location
We had another great trip visiting Anna Maria Island. They have thought of everything and we loved the decor and atmosphere. The location was also very nice - just a short trip to the beach. We were able to go bay fishing and cook our own fish, kayak in the mangroves, ride the waves on the beach, and relax by the pool. It's in a great location close to many restaurant's and Publix. We did bring our own umbrella and chair but it looked like they had all of that if needed and bikes. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

I would HIGHLY recommend booking Rhonda’s villa…you won’t be disappointed. We are already planning our next trip to AMI!

Great Vacation
This was our 5th time in Anna Maria, and as always, it never disappoints! Especially staying here for the week, it was very clean, tidy, as well as providing us everything we needed for the beach, pool, shower, and cooking. We had a 14 month old as well, and we were offered a high chair and pack n play! The location was also perfect, not far from the beach at all! We enjoyed our stay very much!
