Wake up everyYou can cook out on the grill and enjoy eating outside on the patio, the screen porch or inside. The master has a huge walk in closet, TV, DVD player, king bed and plenty of drawer space. There is a sliding glass door that leads out to the deck. The first guest room has two twin beds. The second guest room has a queen bed and a view of the lake There's a queen futon and a couch to fit 2 additional people if needed. The kitchen is fully supplied. There's a laundry room with an iron and ironing board. Utilities, cable and wi-fi are all included. There are 2 different working areas with desks. 30 minutes to the theme Parks 15 minutes to Sanford airport and 30 minutes to the Orlando Airport. The space is cozy, quiet, comfortable and extremely well located. It has all the essentials to get you started: toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bath soap, hand soap, trash bags, coffee, tea and trash bags. Guests must have valid credentials/subscriptions to use any and all streaming services. Basic tv is included as well.morning and enjoy a cup of coffee while listening and watching the wildlife.

We stayed at Dana’s house for a month and really enjoyed it. There was plenty of room and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking gear. It’s on a nice quiet street away from a lot of traffic. Dana always got back to us with any questions right away. Will stay here again.

The house was in an easy location for my family and I. The lake was beautiful to see in the mornings and all of the wildlife made for quite the show. Birds everywhere! Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

We very much enjoyed the hottest Feb. in FL history. Although the property is in the middle of suburbia, the setting on the lake made this an oasis for us. We are nature lovers, into photography and wildlife and were graced with some new sightings, a pair of sand hill crane chicks, and a lake that changed colors with the time of day and the light breezes. We entertained some family and the design of master bedroom on one side of the great room and the guest quarters on the other worked well. Dana was easy to work with and met all our needs.
