This unit is part of the newly constructed River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! River Gorge Excursions offers 2 hour pontoon boat private cruises through the beautiful river gorge, this is a guest favorite. They are located 5 minutes down the street. There is also a Kayak/Paddleboard rental company next door, River Canyon Adventures (seasonal May-Labor Day)! Our Guests receive a discount there as well. We also can offer last minute booking discounts for all seasons except the summer and holidays! The Condo has all new Kitchen appliances. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv with basic cable and wifi. There is also a community grill that is available for use! If you love the water, we have a brand new double-decker boat dock! It's perfect for fishing, swimming, or putting kayaks into the water! The roof top is a great place to relax and enjoy the views and the sun! Our location is just minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. Prentice cooper is only a few minutes away, and Signal Mountain is just 10 minutes away! Both have great trails with bluff views! We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions down there. Great place and location. The views were beautiful. We were able to paddle board and enjoy the water.
Visited Chattanooga a couple of times and the drive there was short and easy.
Everything about the condo was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The scenery was fantastic. The condo was very clean and well laid out. We utilized both air mattresses in the property. One was in good shape, the other didn’t hold air. Even though there was only one bedroom there were plenty of places to put air mattresses to accommodate our family. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the views of the river and utilized the paddle board and kayaks from the rental next door. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and the bank. The upper-level deck on the dock was so relaxing and breath taking. We wished we had more time to stay and explore the river on the pontoon boats. Our check in process was super easy. The location was great, close to restaurants and stores. My only suggestion would be to add a few items to the kitchen, like a wire whisk, a spatula, mixing bowl, and a 9x13 pan. We are really hoping we can get the opportunity to come back!

This property & unit were AMAZING!!! First of all the cleanliness of the unit was impeccable! It had ALL of the creature comforts one might need- plus updated appliances & countertops throughout. Next, the view…Huge windows looking out onto the TN River, & a private dock where you can sit on top & enjoy the view 😍. Now let’s talk about the location!!! Walk right next door & you can rent kayaks @ a really reasonable price!! Want to visit downtown Chattanooga & all it has to offer? Don’t worry about a long drive!! This property is 15-17 minutes away from a plethora of options. Communication with the owner was easy & responses were timely. I really can not say anything negative about this property! My husband & I will be back!!!

Wonderful views, riverfront. Quiet and gated. Condo was very nicely equipped. Stairs are a challenge to get suitcases up, no elevator. Great location with good roads and easy access and close to town and caverns.

Great property with great views and amenities. Gary the property owner was easily accessible and informative, when/if needed. Due to the snow, cold and winds I did not get a chance to take advantage of the deck top nor the pontoon. Definitely a property I would like to visit again.

This property location was top notch! The river with the mountain view was stunning, we staying in alot juat to enjoy the scenery. The condo itself was nice. The bed was very comfortable and waking to the fog on the river was beautiful! The decor of the condo could use some attention. Overall amazing weekend by the river. We will be back!

Our captain shared interesting history and facts about Chattanooga and the river. They picked us up and dropped us off at the dock on the property.

We had a great stay at the condo. The location was absolutely perfect. The river is your backyard. And it was a huge bonus to just walk next door to rent Kayaks. The scenery was amazing and it was just a short drive to downtown Chattanooga. There was a minor issue with cleaning but the owner handled it in a professional way. Overall, we had a really great experience.

The unit overlooks the Tennessee river and we were able to sit on the floating dock that was just outside our 'home'. The furniture and decor was lovely and comfortable. Bed extremely comfy. Kayaking for 10 dollars a person was so much fun. Kids stopped at a rope swing and challenged themselves, but mom stayed in her kayak! Full kitchen, shower and sink in one room, another sink and toilet in a other room. Nice when several family members are getting ready at the same time. Great location for days trips to incline train, Ruby falls, and Rock city. Highly recommend this location.
