About this condo rental
Located in Angel Fire, this charming condo for $125 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is located in Racquet Club Commons Condominium Complex on the 3rd floor. Our mountain cabin condo sleeps a maximum of 12 guests to include 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, plus one sleeper sofa. We have a fantastic location, being only a short 7 minute walk to the ski lifts! If you are a golfer, the Angel Fire golf course is only a short 1.5 mile drive down the road. Our Condo makes an incredible "get away" from the hassles of everyday life. It comes complete with all the normal essentials you would expect to find at home. We have a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, George Foreman grill, electric griddle, crock pots, cookware, dishes, etc. We stock towels and fresh linens for each use, as well as common amenities you would normally find in your home, such as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and washer and dryer. All three bedrooms have televisions with cable tv. There is a lockable closet on the deck for outdoor equipment storage. Our covered deck includes a table and chairs and allows for outdoor relaxing as well as enjoying a meal outside. There are two downstairs bedrooms, both having queen beds. A full bathroom downstairs is also conveniently located for access by all. There is a loft bedroom upstairs, which makes a great place for a separate family or all the kids. The loft bedroom has a cabin decor theme with two queen beds, two twin beds, and a full bathroom. All bedrooms include 32" flat screen TVs plus a 42" flat screen in the living room, all being equipped with cable TV. Our condo complex has FREE WIFI, so be sure and bring along that lap top. Our property is premium lodging, yet we choose to offer affordable prices, making it easier for families and couples to experience this beautiful and fantastic area called ANGEL FIRE. Our Condo is SMOKE FREE and NO PETS **Our standard cancellation / refund terms remain in effect. We really enjoyed the place with our family of 8. Two bedrooms downstairs and a loft bunk room that can sleep up to 6. It's a short 3/10 of a mile walk to the slopes, or you can catch the condo shuttle.

This condo was exactly as advertised: super comfy and the perfect size for us! The beds were great, and the porch/deck was perfect for sitting and relaxing on. I loved hearing all of the hummingbirds outside our room. I also appreciated the explicit instructions and explanations for everything; I'd much rather know exactly what to do than have to guess. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an overall amazing exp. The condo was clean and well taken care of it felt like home to us and our children. The hard part is it being on the third floor the stairs kill, we could not find the pool, and the downstairs beds were hard as rocks very uncomfortable. Other than those issues it was great and we are grateful for the exp.

The condo was very clean and nice! The loft has 4 mattresses on the floor which was great to have so many beds plus there are 2 bedrooms downstairs. The living room was a little small for our family of 6 but the kitchen was well stocked and having 2 bathrooms/showers was very convenient. The only real drawback was climbing up and down 3 flights of stairs but there is a bus stop closeby that we could ride to the ski lifts for free. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean place. On the third floor which wasn’t excepting that but other then that very nice little getaway. Hosts was very responsive when contacting them about update on fire to make sure we still could come from Colorado for The Red river run.

The condo was nice and cozy. The kids loved the upstairs loft with four beds and plenty of space. It is on the third floor so be aware that there are stairs. We just kept our ski gear in our vehicle. The best part was the shuttle stop 150 ft from the condo. It was free and came within 5 minutes of calling. The shuttle people were friendly. We loved the easy access to/from the condo. Highly recommend this condo and Angel Fire!!

Great little condo!
Stayed for a week in July with family and had a great time here. Was roomy enough for our entire family. Is on the 3rd floor but we did fine with it. Would definitely book again!

We stay in Angel fire every year. This was definitely one of the best condos we’ve stayed in. The owners were awesome at communicating with us before and during our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything you need. The only reason it wasn’t our #1 was because it was on the 3rd flood which was a pain carrying everything up and down and with 2 small children. I suggest adding that in the description. However, after staying there we would still climb the stairs for an awesome place! It’s in a great location, we had no issues with parking. The shuttle stop is close by and we even walked a short distance, 5 minutes to the lifts a couple of times. There has 1 propane heater to heat the entire condo and it does the job! We were skeptical at first but had to turn it down once it warmed up!

Great Location, Nice Property
We only stayed here for 2 nights, but wished we had been able to stay longer. The condo is exactly as advertised. It was clean, nice and came stocked with lots of thing--detergent, extra towels and sheets, which I appreciated. My kids loved the upstairs loft area, since they each got to have their own bed.
We were able to walk to the base of the mountain for dinner and see lots of wildlife along the way. It was really wonderful to see. We went rafting on the Rio Grande, hiked and biked on a nearby trails. It was a great visit to Angel Fire. We hope to return again!
