Property host was wonderful. She met us at the door shortly after we arrived and provided good information on things do to. The apartment was as expected; clean, cozy and comfortable.

Christie was an amazing host who had everything provided that we needed and even things we didn’t know, like shampoo and conditioner in the shower! She was easy to communicate with and we would stay here again in the future! Thanks for everything!

The property was absolutely adorable. Very comfortable for the short weekend we had. Christie was super sweet and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We loved staying on this property. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Perfect location, close to the beach and everything actually. Felt like we were staying in "old Florida" all the homes in the area were so charming.

Christie was great, and I love her place! Would absolutely stay there again.

Other VRBO hosts should take a note from Christie. Her check-out instruction were, "Don't do a thing. It's your vacation and we'll take care of everything". Other hosts usually have a long list of things you need to do before you leave which always makes me wonder what the cleaning fees are for! This unit has so many windows which make it light and cheerful and ceiling fans and a good A/C that keep it nice and cool, even in late July. The neighborhood is great for dog walking and there is a park nearby with a nice shady trail. We hope to return to enjoy some more great food at Yoder's, The Columbia, and Das Dutchman.

Went to Sarasota to attend the Ballet and stayed four nights at this very charming property. The place was clean, the kitchen well-stocked (even though it did not have teaspoons), the neighborhood was walkable and full of properties ranging from the bohemian to the almost grand; a cozy, friendly, and artsy enclave near restaurants and other amenities, close to Laurel Park. My favorite feature of the property was the wrap-around windows that made one feel suspended among the trees and gave it a chic European flavor. Some of the furnishings showed signs of minor wear, but not anything that would detract from the overall impression of being clean and taken care of. I did not meet the owner in person, but true to her messages, she was very available. I requested an extra set of linen, and it was delivered and left at the door promptly while we were away. Wish I could have stayed longer. I would consider staying here again when in Sarasota.

My wife and I (with our dog) returned this year. We really enjoyed our stay in this second story apartment. The apartment is bright and airy with windows on three sides. Clean with all the amenities. The owner, Christie, was very welcoming and helpful. This apartment is located in a very quaint neighborhood and in an art community - within walking distance to all major sites in the old section of Sarasota. We are looking forward to our next trip next Winter.

Our space in the artsy Towles Court area was sunny, quiet, private and a most pleasant and easy walk to downtown and the waterfront. Christie is an extremely friendly and helpful host.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend to escape below zero temps. Several excellent restaurants within walking distance of apartment. Siesta Key beaches are about 10-15 drive. There were beach towels, beach bag and chairs for use which was great. Very nice courtyard in the back where you could enjoy some beers if inclined

How awesome it was to stay in this place for our vacation. Christie is the perfect host and provides everything you need to help make a great vacation. The location to Main St and all the downtown restaurants could not be any better. Christie was so helpful in directing us to a lot of great places to eat. She even provides everything you need for a fun day on the beach!
