About this condo rental
Located in Pennsylvania, this lovely condo for $115 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The guesthouse is a nice, spacious upstairs apartment in newly built home on a quiet back country road surrounded by fields & forest. We are located in the heart of Amish country in Lancaster County away from the hustle and bustle, where you will hear the sound of horse and buggies. There is a one room school house a short walk up the road. You can watch the school children walking to school every morning while school is in session. You will enter the front entrance into private foyer to upstairs. It is a private area on the second floor with two bedrooms, a queen bed in each. The sitting area includes 2 full sofas, one folds down to a bed. Also a dormer with a single sofa bed. The kitchen is made with old barn wood from the family farm. It includes an apartment sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric skillet, a table which seats 6 people. A large flatscreen TV is in the sitting area. It is not connected to cable TV but is connected to the WIFI giving you access to many of the popular streaming sites. You will need to provide your own login credentials for subscription based streaming platforms. The entrance has a keypad for easy come and go without needing a key. This will be a wonderful home away from home to stay and relax and see the sights. We do not allow pets We do not allow smoking on the property. We do not allow parties. We enjoyed a wonderful girls’ weekend at this gorgeous home!! The apartment is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra welcoming touches such as breakfast, yummy cookies, coffee and half and half, and homemade bread and butter. The location was quiet and peaceful yet close to area attractions. The check in/check out process was straight forward and simple. I would definitely return to this lovely home on future trips and highly recommend it to others !! Thank you for a fantastic stay and for your hospitality!!!

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously!! Charlotte is a very sweet, kind hostess!! I enjoyed my visits with her! The property is just as described: plenty of beds, linens and towels provided, washing machine/dryer, kitchen with a toaster and electric frying pan, and a loaf of fresh bread and milk & cereal!! Homemade cookies and fresh fruit were also enjoyed! :) The atmosphere, hospitality, and location are exceptional!! We will be back, Lord willing!

The living space was larger than expected. Kitchen was stocked with everything we would need. The location was quite and peaceful. We were about 1/2 hour from sight and sound and American music theatre. The owners were on sight and were very nice. We will be going back for sure.

What a wonderful place to stay! We highly recommend it. This vrbo was extremely cozy and clean. Charlotte and her husband were gracious hosts! They had lots of breakfast goodies and games, puzzles, and books for the little ones. There was even a nice swing set area and outdoor space.

Recently spent a girls weekend.We came for the Lititz craft show.We loved it!Charlotte was so gracious and welcoming to their beautiful home.Our rental was clean and organized.Delicious homemade cookies welcomed us.Some bagels,milk and small boxes of cereal were supplied.The area around their home is just so beautiful.Very pleased with everything.Highly recommend.Will definitely go back if the opportunity arises.

We truly enjoy visiting the Lancaster area but do not like hotels - this VRBO was priced appropriately and offered muck more than a hotel could. The owners provided a continental breakfast and all of the comforts of home! This home is in a very quiet farming community yet minutes to the community of Ephareta. Restaurants, gas stations and pharmacy s are minutes from this beautiful home.

This was an excellent property in a peaceful neighborhood.It was immaculate and very spacious. The beautiful decor and furnishings made it very inviting. We were welcomed by the owner, Charlotte, who made sure our stay was perfect. The chocolate chip cookies and great selection of breakfast items were a nice bonus. We definitely recommend this property.

Close to Shady Maple Smorgasbord, they have a delicious breakfast and dinner plus market to buy the most delicious donuts for your stay. About a 18 minute drive to Dutch Wonderland and close to Hands on House.

The only thing I could say is that The online presence does not do this property justice. It is the best rental I have ever stayed in. New, clean, beautiful location and everybody was friendly. I would go there again definitely!

She even baked a fresh plate of chocolate chip cookies for us. The fridge was nicely stocked with milk, juice, yogurt, and blueberries. She also had bagels, cream cheese, granola and cereal for us. There is a microwave, dishes, coffee maker & wonderful local coffee in the fridge. There is also a washer & dryer in the closet in the bathroom which was nice since I got a stain on my shirt and needed to wash it. I highly recommend this property. I have already shared the listing with friends and would definitely stay again. It was centrally located to all we wanted to do in Lancaster Co. with a beautiful view. It is a second floor property. It also has a den area and tv and a 6 person dining table. I think you will enjoy your stay. :) Definitely a 5 star VRBO.

Convenient distance from all we wanted to do Lancaster county. Such a comfortable & relaxing stay! Charlotte and her husband were so kind and welcoming, we felt right at home. Upon arrival we were able to check-in easily into our private entry & upstairs. Although apart of their home, it was very quiet and nicely seperated. Bright, clean, inviting, charming, peaceful - so many positive words to describe this home & hosts! And the location was perfect for us as well. The continental breakfast items really added to our stay and we were grateful to have them! We were very pleased with the entire experience and would love to return again in the future!

We stayed for 3 nights and we added an extra night which ended not to be a problem. Charlotte could not have been nicer. We booked golf and a guided fly fishing afternoon in the general area. We would visit this area again.

The place was amazing! It was spacious, quiet, beautifully decorated, and comfortable with all the needed amenities. The owners were friendly and provided all the information we needed. We couldn’t get there till the evening, but they were at the door to greet us. It was close to Lancaster and an hour ride to Longwood Gardens. We highly recommend this beautiful rental apart and hope to come back again.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. Charlotte was very responsive to inquiries prior to our arrival and the home was even more beautiful than expected. It was so convenient that sheets and linens were provided too. I have never had the host greet us upon arrival and it was a simple but welcoming gesture. It was a great experience. We so enjoyed having this lovely Guest House/Apt. to come "home" to in between soccer games as we were in town for a weekend of a soccer tournament. It was luxurious for the two of us to have so much space in which to stretch out and relax. As others have commented, the Guest House was immaculate and comfortable with everything one needs. The homemade chocolate chip cookies upon arrival sealed the deal! Thanks so much to Charlotte and husband for making a perfect "get-a-way" to share with others.

We were in town for a sight and sound show. The sight and sound theater is 25 minutes away from here. This place was absolutely beautiful. The views around the area are stunning. Location was remote but not too far from stores/restaurants. The place was super clean! Had all the basic appliances in the kitchen. Checkin process was super easy. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The apartment was in the middle of farm country, but was only about 10 minutes from main thorofares. The quiet was most appreciated. Not one sound at night. Very different from our current residence.

This was a beautiful getaway for our anniversary! We loved this guest two bedroom apartment.! Beautiful Views from all windows right in the middle of farmlands! Charlotte was very accommodating- everything we needed was there. We loved being greeted by Lucy the family pet-very friendly dog. I would highly recommend this place for a quiet vacation. Has a fully equipped kitchen or if you prefer near to various restaurants. If elderly or have trouble with steps, it is on second floor. I would suggest a grabber bar in shower for those who have health issues but other than that it is perfect! Thank you Charlotte for your wonderful hospitality!
