About this bed and breakfast
Nestled in Pennsylvania, this lovely bed and breakfast for $147 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Come experience the hospitality that so many 5 star reviews talk about! This luxury loft apartment is your next relaxing getaway! It features spectacular views of Amish farmland, rolling hills, winding creekbed, and forests. Built with old world craftsmanship, from the field stone walls to the walnut counters. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. It is a 700 sq ft loft apartment nestled on a 200 acre Lancaster County family farm. Offering a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a spacious custom island. Features wide plank wood flooring throughout and a heated marble bathroom floor. Built-in "his and hers" closets. "Live edge" black walnut breakfast bar with WiFi ( a great place to use a laptop). Authentic antique roller track barn door. This property offers plenty of space for walking or hiking. Nearby Wolf's Hollow County Park and The Enola Low Grade Trail offer plenty of outdoor exploration also. The Octorara Reservoir offers kayaking and bird watching. The sofa is a quality full size pull out bed, to be used to accommodate extra guests. Guests have access to farm fresh vegetables from our family garden. In season, you can find asparagus, strawberries, lettuce, tomatoes, fresh herbs, peppers and onions. Some farm fresh brown eggs are provided for breakfast. There is no guest access to farming operations. While this property is private and secluded, we are close to many of Lancaster and Chester Counties abundant attractions. Shopping, Hiking, Entertainment, and Restaurants are all in the local area. We are in the heart of Lancaster County Amish farmland, but our location offers easy access to the area's abundant opportunities. Local attractions: Longwood Gardens, Strasburg Railroad, Intercourse Village, Lancaster City, Tanger Outlets, Exton Square Mall, Sight & Sound Millennium Theatre, American Music Theatre, Christiana Mall (tax free shopping), etc. Hiking at - Enolalowgradetrail.com and Wolfs Hollow County Park. Day trips: Philadelphia, Hershey, Gettysburg, Baltimore, Washington DC, etc. There are many options for dining out nearby, including restaurants, buffets, coffee houses and cafes. A list of recommendations is provided. We want you to enjoy the quietness and privacy of this setting. If you have questions or need clarification on anything, just call or text us. We live next door in the restored farm house. The Loft at Jackson Farm is for adults and not suitable for young children or handicap accessible. No smoking, no pets, no candles. We keep this property very clean and well maintained.

This was our 2nd stay at The Loft at Jackson Farms. There aren't enough words to express how we feel about staying here. It's a quiet, authentic, peaceful, welcoming and relaxing place to stay while visiting Lancaster. We love how clean, the attention to detail Alex and Amanda put into each of their guest and there is absolutely nothing you need to bring except yourself, your things and a good book. Definitely our go to for our future Lancaster visits. Some very nice touches with eggs at arrival and snack tray just a bonus to our stay.

What can I say, my wife and I stayed 4 nights. Check in was seamless. The Loft has everything you need and is cozy and perfect. The temperpedic mattress was a plus! The whole farm is beautiful. Alex and Amanda are great hosts from their farm fresh eggs that were from their chickens, to the sweet treat they left outside our door. Looking forward to our next stay!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. The place is cozy, quiet, and immaculate. Probably one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at. The owners even provided delicious treats one evening! Very nice dwelling and exactly as pictured.

This property is in a setting that just says relaxation. The apartment windows over look fields and forest and there is a path you can walk down to a stream, which we did, and saw 2 deer! The apartment itself is beautfully decorated, comfortable and was equipped with most everything you would need. The family is friendly, welcoming and the epitomy of what I would call family life. The property is also very close to many of the local attractions so there was no problem in getting anywhere. As you can tell, we loved it and would not hesitate in going again!

The Loft at Jackson Farm is just as described online and the photos correctly reflect the nice, clean and extremely cozy loft/studio apartment (it was even better than expected). There are so many nice touches in and around the loft, you immediately feel comfortable and at home. The loft offers just about anything you might need during your stay and while we didn’t cook, the kitchen appeared very well equipped and we would definitely recommend this lovely Vrbo. The hosts Amanda and Alex are very friendly and helpful. We chose this place to explore Lancaster county on our road trip up from Washington DC to NYC and couldn’t be happier we found this place. There are so many interesting things to explore in the region and the "Jackson Farm" offers a relaxing quiet retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. If we pass through Lancaster county in the future, we will surely try to stay at the Loft at Jackson Farm again.

The loft was beautifully appointed and represented well in the photos. The owner was very responsive and helpful... The unit was very expensive for our short stay, largely due to VRBO associated costs. Had a debacle with VRBO website switching dates as well. All of this only soured our feelings toward VRBO. I gave the LOFT 5 star rating.

We had an amazing weekend stay at the Loft. The accommodations were immaculate and the hosts thought of everything…from the comfy bed & bedding and the nicely equipped kitchen, to the the heated bathroom floor and evening dessert tray! The views of the farm were breathtaking and we enjoyed discovering local shops and restaurants. We hope to be back in the summer to see the farm at its greenest!

We loved our stay at the loft. The space was lovely, warm and inviting. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend and more. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful in answering questions that I had about our stay and things to do and see. I especially loved that they had farm fresh eggs in the fridge waiting for us! We enjoyed them after a challenging hike. It was so cozy and peaceful, just what my husband and I needed. We would love to return soon!

The Loft is very clean and decorated nicely. While it is located on the owner's property, they were very good about giving us space and privacy yet available by phone if needed. The eggs in the fridge and evening snack were a nice added bonus. I would highly recommend The Loft for a relaxing getaway.
While in the area, check out Sadie's Bakery - an Amish bakery just a short drive away that makes delicious donuts! Wolf's Hollow County Park and the Enola Low Grade Trail are also worth visiting.

One of the best I’ve stayed at! Such a beautiful loft on the inside and outside. The perfect place to stay for a nice, peaceful, relaxing weekend getaway. Alex and Amanda were so sweet and even brought us a warm homemade brownie sundae! They also left farm fresh eggs for us!

The Loft was perfect for our sisters’ getaway! The property is beautiful and the loft (which is very roomy!) is laid out nicely and impeccably decorated. While we didn't meet Amanda during our stay, she responded quickly to our questions. Being able to pick fresh fruit and veggies from the garden was a wonderful bonus, and the fresh eggs awaiting us in the fridge made for the perfect farm-fresh breakfast. We will return and refer our friends!

This was our second stay at the loft. Amanda and Alex are wonderful hosts…and Amanda makes a mean cherry dump cake! The loft is spotless, super homey and comfortable, and the location is exactly what we wanted…away from all the tourist craziness. We seriously love this place!!

The title says it all. This is my second time staying @ this rental. This place is immaculate and the hosts give you your privacy. I will always look to see if this place is available for my anniversary…..Oh Yea, there are great antique shops in the area and the Lancaster outlets are close by when looking for things to do
