This completely exceeded my expectations! So beautiful and cozy.

Enjoyed the home tremendously. Nice layout and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and easy to get to anywhere we needed to go. Took several walks around the neighborhood - felt safe at all times.

Excellent location for family. Close to activities on the main strip and easy access to Dollywood. Quiet. Clean. Charming. Safe. Great place to stay and highly recommend. Will stay again. Pictures were accurate.

Great place to stay, clean, easy check in! Only thing could say bad is only one vehicle can fit in garage but has plenty of room in driveway for another vehicle! Would definitely look at staying here again!

The entire stay was extremely pleasant for all of us that stayed.

Nice convenient location in a quiet setting. Very helpful in checking in early. The master bed mattress was worn out and very uncomfortable- it needs replaced. We noticed a lot of ants in the kitchen and had to be careful to keep our food sealed up tightly.

We have been to TN and usually stay in a cabin. This time we opted for this cute place. The neighborhood was cute and close to the main strip, the house had everything we needed. It was quiet and clean and we would recommend!

My family loved the condo. It was nice and cozy. It was clean and close to EVERYTHING! We would definitely recommend/book with Old Mill Lodging again.

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage!! It was clean & had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in the living room, & the garage is a great bonus! We were a bit thrown off when arriving because the number on the listing booked said #325. We arrived about 10 min before check-in & waited until exactly 4:00pm to enter the door code. A resident came to the door & said that it was her home. Thankfully, she did let us know that this has happened before & it is actually the unit next to her that people stay at (unit #327). We felt really bad for disturbing her. We moved to the unit next door & all was fine. The only other recommendation that I would ask for is window curtains in front of the blinds to keep some of the light out at night. All in all, this cottage is a great place to come back to after a long day of exploring!!! We will definitely look at booking this cottage when we come back if the price falls in our budget again!

The house was clean. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the showers. We had to go buy drain cleaner for both of the showers because they were clogged with gunk and wouldn’t drain (we chose to just do this ourselves rather than fussing with calling maintenance, no biggie), and the master bath had black stuff around the jets in the tub that would flake off as you showered. I would have been very upset if I had a baby to bathe in it. One small recommendation - PLEASE get a bigger/better TV for the living room! It does not have a good picture, and is quite small for the space and difficult to see from across the room. Otherwise everything was perfect and we will be booking here again!

We really liked this property - the location was good and the property was easy to get to. The only note to make is that it says sleeps 6. I don't know that I would recommend for 6 adults. The living room accommodations include multiple sitting chairs and a couch that is love seat size. The couch is a pull out and would sleep fine, but may not work for 2 adults. Other than that, we really enjoyed the ease of this property. There are no steps, which might be important to some. I would definitely stay again.

Property an location was good close to everything we first walked in first impressions was nice then air freshener wore off garage stunk of cat urine an house had flees an then hot water tank quit called at 1030am called again around 8pm repair man showed up around 10pm couldn't fix took till 1pm next day before any hot water wasnt impressed at all i am a multiple home owner with rentals of my own i considered this totally unacceptable call was made at 1030am hot water should of been back on no later than 4pm that day thank god we wasn't traveling with r 4 children an 5 grandbabies like we normally do

Nice condo in a quiet neighborhood close to the main drag, it was a very busy weekend so traffic was heavy. Very clean with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.
