About this condo rental
Located in Carolina Forest, this charming condo for $115 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. First Floor, Handicapped Accessible, Beautiful, very clean 2 bed/2 bath end unit, fully furnished condo located minutes from the beach, shopping, and attractions. End unit with lots of windows and light It is a one mile drive to the beach. This unit is Building 45. Laminate floors in main areas (kitchen, living room, dining room) and new carpeting in both bedrooms. We welcome your dog with a non-refundable fee of $150, and look forward to hosting you. You will receive the door keypad code 3 days prior to your arrival. The address is 4631 Wild Iris Drive, Unit #101, Building 45, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. This unit is currently for sale. Any showings would be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance with the guests permission. We want your stay to be relaxing and enjoyable and we make you the priority! rest assured we go to great lengths to avoid any interruptions. This is an end unit, with beautiful outdoor views from your patio. The complex has 5 pools for your use. There is (1) FOB's in the cabinet next to the stove. They allow (5) guests per FOB to the pools, and you must carry it with you. Please don't lose it or we must charge $100 for its replacement. Moments away from Broadway at the Beach, as well as Barefoot Resorts, Tanger Outlets. Beautifully maintained and cleaned meticulously.. Located in Myrtle Wood/Magnolia Place, right off of 38th and 17th Bypass. It is approximately 6 blocks to the beach. Golfer's Delight, Family Friendly, Kid Friendly. . Must be 21 or over, unless special arrangements are approved. Check in is 3 pm, check out is 10 am. If you need special arrangements, please let me know prior to booking to make sure we can accommodate your needs. The $145 Cleaning Fee includes linens and amenities for all rooms. This includes linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, full bar soap, dishwasher packet, Palmolive liquid. Dog hair on bed sheets, had to rewash. Upstairs neighbor woke up at 1am and 5am and woke me up both nights.

The stay was nice We had our 2 well behaved dogs with us I was just a little annoyed that some dog owners didn’t pick up after there dogs Otherwise o complaints Parking was great and being on the ground floor and end unit was awesome I actually loved the location I would stay there again even though some dog owners are irresponsible Thank you to the listing agent and company

We enjoy staying in this area because the neighborhood is safe and quiet, yet we're close to everything. Great condo, loved the patio, very comfortably furnished place.

We received an email whike enroute from vrbo with a key code that said it expired in in 15 minutes which was a bit confusing since we had never used vrbo before. I tried to use that code to get in but it did not work so i reached out to the host by phone but number was no longer working, this worried us considering there is no way to contact anyone, thought we were scammed. I emailed host also. Started to drive away and checked original email with code sent and it worked. I let host know we got in and that the floor was sticky, there is not a broom, mop or vacuum so we just dealt with it. When i found only one fob i reached out to host and finally did receive a reply that there is only one fob which was not an issue just did not want to be charged for one. It was a very nice place to stay, location is fantastic. Living room furniture was not comfortable, says sleeps 6 but only 2 beds and no sleeper sofa?

Nice location. Condo was advertised as handicap accessible but the only thing handicap friendly was parking lot ramp. The shower had safety bar but floor was dangerously slippery.
Silverware was filthy. Furniture worn and uncomfortable.
Property mgr was unresponsive to all of my phone and emails.

Good property to stay at with 2-3 people, central location. Everything was in good condition except for the communication.

The unit was quite dirty and smelled strongly of cigarettes. The sheets were stained yellow with sweat and the towels had hair on them. We spent the first evening washing linens and cleaning the unit. Every single surface had to be wiped clean of dust and grime. The floors were sticky and the toilet seats look like they were stolen from a bus station. Just a grubby place. If forced to rent here bring your own sheets and towels. Emails to the owner went unanswered.

My family and I were travelling for a baseball tournament, located at the Cal Ripken Facility, which is a very short drive from the condo. I had contacted the property manager prior to my arrival, letting them know I had a child with mold sensitivity. My concern was a build up of mildew that often occurs on shower curtains. The PM was extremely gracious and replaced both curtains, and saw to it that the condo was cleaned very well prior to our arrival. I was so appreciative of this personal attention- it absolutely made our stay not only comfortable, but also made me less anxious. I would highly recommend this well-cared for and centrally located home for anyone traveling to Myrtle Beach!

We were there for my daughter's dance competition.Check in was at 3 pm. Arrived at 3:15 to the TV going,messy kitchen/living room & with the laminate floors being installed. A man came running in from the back patio. He told me the hot-water heater leaked and they had to repair/replace the flooring.I was told it would be another hour before the condo would be ready.So we had no choice but to leave.Came back at 5:15 and right off the condo had a strong odor of cigarette smoke.I always do my check list of the beds,bathrooms and overall cleanliness. This was a quick check due to having to turn around and leave for dinner at 6.Upon getting back at 10 pm. did a more thorough check,linens had what appeared to be blood on the pillow cases. The bed sheets were tussled underneath with just the bed spread thrown over. Luckily we had brought our own sheets and towels with us.My daughter & I were cleaning until 2 am.I notified Tricia of what we found. She said she would refund the cleaning & linen fees and even would bring fresh lines, but I told her we had our own.That I would appreciate the credit though. The next evening at around 11pm I did get a message that there would be a showing as the condo was also for sale (150 DOM) again no notification of this otherwise I would have found another condo way before check in time. Dishwasher was broken,but we ate out most of the time, so I didn't worry about that. Love Myrtlewood Villas,but I will stick with private owners.

NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR TV OPERATION. HAD TO CALL FOR A TECH. mOST SEASONINGS WERE UN-USEABLE, COFFEE CAN WAS EMPTY BUT STILL IN THE CUBOARD. STORM DOOR CAN'T CLOSE (SPRUNG). SOME PROBLEM TO FIND PARKING NEAR OUR ENTRANCE.

Already addressed some of this with owner. Live roach on cabinet first morning. Blood on pillow case. The ceiling fans need to be cleaned! Black dust on them, didn’t see until lay down in bed and looked up! Unit smelled like smoke and my allergies definitely didn’t like that. We were unable to use the indoor pool as it is not open to this rental! The property was nice other than these things mentioned. Great location for quickly getting to Cal Ripken stadium.

Unit was as advertised - A couple of things that bothered us - 1 minor - 1 major.
Replace the shower liners. They are disgusting. If I had been here with my wife and not my golf buddies this would not have ended well.
On our 2nd day, we got a message from the property management company that the unit is currrently for sale and there would be a showing during our stay. We expressed a strong objection to having someone looking through the unit while we and/or our stuff was inside
After some back and forth the mamangement company told us the showing was cancelled but we were still uncomfortable forthe rest of the stay. Additionally, we believe someone did enter the unit while we were gone. There were some items moved around on the back porch while we were out. The porch is accessable without entering the unit so It could have been a random person who jumped the handrail and rearranged patio furniture.....but I doubt it.
Had the episode with the showing not occured, we would have given 5 stars across the board.

Unfortunately, we were unable to access the property with the code given. After 2 hours on the phone with VRBO and Myrtle wood, we were given a place to stay. We were very disappointed that we couldnt access the property.

It smelt like cigarette smoke, and generally felt unclean. The king bed was not properly made (top sheet was folded at the bottom of the bed underneath the comforter), the towel rack in one the of the bathrooms was missing, and the kitchenware was dirty.

My wife and I celebrated our birthdays here in this well maintained, clean condo. The kitchen and bathroom well stocked, it has a great location which worked out very well for the shows (Polynesian fire show and GTS theater) we attended. Alot of great choices of places to eat all of which were superb. I Highly recommended.

AMAZING STAY
The property owner is unbelievably kind. She made the entire check in process seamless despite my lack of direction. The unit was IMMACULATE and well stocked. terrific location accessible to everything!! Well kept grounds amd felt safe allowing kids to play at pool and in grounds. Will def use again!

GREAT PROPERTY
The property was a good place to stay. I would recommend to anyone else. I would like to suggest that the place be thoroughly cleaned before the next guests arrive. We found things behind the dresser, the toaster oven was left uncleaned, and someone left behind their hygiene bag but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
