We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful time at this location. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen was very convenient since we were able to prepare meals many days. Communication with the owners was easy and responses were fast. Our only wishes during such a long stay were a washer/dryer, a big bathtub and carpet on the concrete part of the floors that were very cold this week! I would recommend this to friends and family and would stay here again when I come to Nashville! Thank you for having such a cute place.

This was our first trip to Nashville and we couldn’t have picked a better location to stay. Clean, quiet, and cozy. Such a homey feel and would definitely stay here again. Just minutes from downtown. Tenants were the absolute best by allowing access to the driveway which puts you just steps away from the guest house.

We didn’t experience a single problem during our stay. The check in process was easy and smooth. The hosts answer every question I asked with patience even though I asked several questions. The bed is very comfortable. If ever in the Nashville area again I wouldn’t hesitate to choose this Private Guest House!

Such a cute little guest house! Very clean and comfortable for our short stay. It was a haven during a bit of a stressful trip and we really enjoyed staying here! Host was very professional, kind, and responsive. Definitely deserving of five stars!

Spent Thanksgiving here and it turned out great. On Friday my son drove up from Chattanooga and chauffeured us to downtown Nashville. It only took about 15 minutes to get there and parked !! Had a great time checking out Broadway street hot spots. The trip back to VRBO only took about 15 minutes also. Great place to stay for easy access to Nashville attractions!

Was in town for a couple nights for an audition with the Nashville Symphony. Quiet location in great proximity to downtown and the highway. Loved the high shower head -- I'm 6'5" and I could stand up straight to take a shower, unlike in almost any hotel. Everything you need for a short stay is already in the house. They even have a filtered water pitcher in the fridge! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful place to sleep near downtown.

This was our first getaway to Nashville and we seriously could not have stayed at a nicer little place!! WAYYYY better than a hotel!!! It was quiet, well stocked, clean, super convenient. We had a couple of questions for the owners while we were there and they answered right away and were soooo helpful! Not sure we'd ever consider staying anywhere else if we went back. Charlie and Erin were amazing hosts!!!!

We loved staying at this charming guest house. Everything was just perfect. We felt like we were at home. They thought of everything you could possibly need. It was close enough to downtown and far enough away from the hustle and bustle. We recommend this property to eveyone!

We loved the guest house! It has everything you need for a vacation home, well stocked with all the appliances and utensils you need if you want to eat in for every meal. The A/C was a welcome treat after spending all day downtown in the heat. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood so if you need a break from the Broadway sounds this is the place to stay. Quiet doesn't mean you are staying far away from the action - we were 15 minutes from everything we came to see. Erin was very easy to deal with and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We'll be recommending this place to our friends who are currently planning a trip to Nashville! We'll be back as well.

Simple and cozy hideaway for your trip to Nashville. The guest house has everything you will need to be comfortable during your visit. Erin and Charlie are great host that allow an open line of communication if needed during your stay. We had zero problems and really liked the location of the property. Everything we had on our “must see” list was easily accessible by personal vehicle or ride share. I will definitely recommend Erin and Charlie’s guesthouse to family and friends planning to visit Music City.

Property was represented well in the ad. Lots of space, set-up inside was functional and open. I thought it would actually make a great place to stay for a couple of weeks if needed. We only had two days but found using Lift to and from Nashville was more covenant and less costly then parking. It’s absolutely a great spot for a weekend getaway. Whether for a concert, game or a little retreat with your sweetheart you won’t be disappointed. I thought it was also a great value for our two night stay.

My fiance and I did a quick weekend getaway to Nashville. We first looked at the previous hotel we stayed at in 2021, then we went to VRBO and my fiance found this hidden gem! It saved us tons of money and it has everything and more than a hotel room can offer. You're just minutes away from Broadway. Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to any messages/questions. Highly recommend!

I was in town briefly for a training, and I was traveling by myself. This was the perfect amount of space and very well done. It was very clean and exactly as shown. They even had a noise machine, which was a very thoughtful touch. I would definitely stay at this property again!

This place was fantastic! It was the perfect amount of space for 2 people, and the amenities such as coffee and makeup wipes were a very nice touch. The location was a cheap Uber ride to Broadway and 12 South even during busy times, always under $10 during our stay. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We had a good time, Nashville is a lot of fun! It’s like a mini Las Vegas. The home was cute, cozy, clean, and a convenient location. We had trouble with the lock box and they came right out to help. I will definitely be coming back.

This spot was great for a girls 3 day weekend. Close enough to downtown but also far enough to not break the bank. It only cost a $10 Uber there and back. The third guest has to sleep on the couch but there is space for an air mattress and I would recommend as a year old adult. The bed was a little too firm for my preference.

Great location! Easy access, very secure & off street parking was a plus. Small bathroom & shower, but fine for average sized people 😁. Just a personal preference- a bed topper would be quite nice. Only used kitchen for coffee. Would certainly stay here again & again!!

My husband and I stayed with Erin for a vacation get away! We had a great time and there garage was so cute! The only thing I would say is the bed is rock solid, other than that our stay was great! So close to everything and right in the middle of everything you would want to do while in Nashville! Thank you for the great stay!
