This upper floor, oceanfront villa 10 yards from the beach features stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Edisto River. In the evenings, you’ll witness spectacular sunsets painting the sky in a breathtaking array of colors. If you are an artist or writer, you will find inspiration here. Surrounded by the island beauty of salt marshes, tidal creeks, maritime forests and miles of unspoiled beaches, you will experience nature at her finest! From the villa, you will see diving pelicans and other shorebirds, dolphins gliding through the surf, and deer grazing in the dunes. You’ll be glad you rented this upper floor unit. Not only does it have a more expansive view, but also a vaulted ceiling and no overhead noise, This lovely villa has HVAC, water heater, built-in microwave, granite-tile kitchen countertops, stainless kitchen sink, laundry facilities, and raised-height seamless sinks and countertops in both bathrooms.
