We had a wonderful week in Destin at this house! Location is great, it’s a quick walk to the beach. The house is the perfect size for a family. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. Kitchen is large enough for family members to cook together. My favorite feature is the HUGE jetted tub in the master bathroom. Even on nights I chose to shower I still appreciated the space and the awesome water pressure. The cleaning crew could do a better job, but I understand they service multiple homes in a short amount of time. There are cleaning supplies in the home so it wasn’t a big deal for me. Patty is great to work with…she was very nice and quick to respond when I had a couple of questions. I would definitely book this house again!

My family and I really enjoyed the house snd the the neighborhood. The pool is awesome and the walk to the beach was not that far at all. We really enjoyed the kitchen with all the pots and pans and utensils.Our dogs had plenty of space and the people dd too. Definitely will be back again. Thank you !!

We had an absolute beautiful vacation. The home was lovely just a short walk to the beach. We traveled with our adult children and their spouses. Plenary of room for all. We enjoyed the convince of being able to bring our dog with us. We were not ready to go home.

We had an awesome time. The house was perfect except bathrooms could have been cleaner. But overall, great house and would go again. Patty was very helpful and prompt answering any questions I had.

A few very minor issues (remote, blind) but nothing I complained about. Nice place. Nice area. I would rent again. Did not communicate with property manager, no need.

We had a great experience renting this house. Plenty of space for all 8 adults, fenced in small space for the dogs to go out, & well stocked kitchen. The pavilion access on the beach as part of this rental was one of our favorite things! Would rent it again!

The neighborhood is laid out very nice and the double access to the property is a plus. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable.

Everything was awesome, the house is nice, love the layout. The bathrooms can use some updating and on the outside of the front of the residence, the grass had been cut and all the grass was stuck to the cobwebs around the door and window frames.

Everything was as stated. Had a slight hot water problem due to a new water heater but the handyman was there quickly and it was resolved. Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

The property was perfect for my family. There was a small fenced area for our small dogs to out. It was a short walk to the beach. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Pictures do not do the house justice. House is beautiful and spacious, stocked with everything you need. (Even a beach wagon) The pool is steps from the from door. The beach is not as close as I thought it would be but not terribly far. Extra parking is available at pool area. Overall a great experience and I would book this house again and again! :)

Location is great!!! Short walk to the beach so don’t even wait for a shuttle. We will be back!!! Had a little issue with adjusting the thermostat but I reached out to the owner and got a quick response and she was very helpful!!! Highly recommend!!!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at this home! It was the perfect location from the beach and directly across from the pool. We were able to walk to many local restaurants and also used the kitchen often. We couldn't ask for a better place for our adults only getaway!

Beautiful house in a neighborhood of all vacation properties. Two pools, golf cart shuttles to and from the beach. Quiet, safe and clean.

La Villa Di Capo was everything we hoped it would be. It was spacious for a family of 4 adults and 1 child. There was plenty of space for each to have their own bed. The home is in great proximity to the community pool and the beach. There is a community trolley if the walk to the beach is too far. Although we had to clean the upstairs tub before bathing the baby, the home is nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked. We prepared all our meals at home, including a BBQ in the cozy backyard. Unfortunately, we were unable to connect our phones/laptops to WiFi; however, the owners provided NetFlix for entertainment. The view of the pool from the upstairs balcony was perfect for my Mom to enjoy. We would reserve this home again in the future.

Great location to stay for the Destin area. Steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach. There are several local restaurants close by and the beach was a great place to watch the fireworks!

The Emerald Shores area is wonderful! Beautiful beach! Casual neighborhood just a short walk from the beach or grab a ride from the beach shuttle! Super friendly area and close to all you need for a fun Florida get away!

All we can say is that we want to live in this awesome House/community. It’s just the best and the owners are awesome. Florida is our home away from home and this is the best place we’ve ever stayed! Would book over and over.

The property was exactly what we were looking for ... My wife and I, our 3 daughters, and their 3 significant others, and don't forget the 2 dogs! Everybody had their own space with 4 bedrooms upstairs, along with plenty of room to hang out as a family in the living room / dining room, and kitchen - all downstairs. We loved the pool being literally across the street, perfect for a quick dip to get the sand off, after being at the beach all day. The private beach was a Short 5 minute walk, or we caught the golf cart shuttle which was always coming and going to the beach. Location is slightly away from Destin proper, which cuts down on the traffic in the immediate vicinity of the neighborhood, but still just minutes away from Walmart, shopping, and the bottle shop - ;-) Patty - our hostess, was always quick to respond and took care of every question we had. Price was extremely reasonable for a week long stay in the middle of High Season in Destin with the excellent location and all the included amenities!!! (And don't forget those Dogs - they loved it, plenty of grass and pet friendly complex) We already miss it -- We WILL be back!
