We had a wonderful time in Whistler over spring break! The location of the condo was great, it was very clean and the owner was very attentive to any questions we had. We will be back !

We were looking for a last minute getaway to Whistler and lucked out finding this gem! All the comforts you could want and need in a very central location. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils, pots and pans, the suite is furnished with laundry, a spacious bathroom, a loft with bunk bed (great for a family!) and a very spacious living/dining area. We loved sitting on the sunny deck enjoying the Mountain view. The queen bed was comfy and the large L-shaped couch provides lots of room to relax. We appreciated the parking spot and how close we were to the grocery store. The building and suite were clean and well maintained, very quiet and in just the perfect location for daily walks or exploring the Village. A huge bonus that our furry family never, Ozzy, could join us. He was very happy! We hope to come back!

We give this property 5 stars in all ratings and would enthusiastically stay here again. Whilst it caught our interest because dogs were allowed -- we brought our golden retriever -- we would stay here with or without a pet. In addition, we thought the written directions about facilities and amenities were exceptionally clear and easy to follow. Thank you!

This is a really nice property in the North Village, close to everything. Only about a 10 minute walk to the lifts. Allot of restaurants real close, and a grocery store nearby too. The condo was very clean and plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great two week stay at Dave’s apartment. It was cosy, spotlessly clean and just perfect for our family of four. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking all our meals and the high ceilings made the lounge area feel spacious and bright and airy. Noise does travel in from the hallway but we didn’t have any problems at all with it during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when next back at Whistler. A wonderful stay!! Thanks Dave!!

As a family of 4 this condo provided us a great amount space for our stay. It was great to have the kids toboggan hill and skating rink right in front door. Food market and many restaurants near by, about 10minute walk to lifts. We enjoyed our stay.

Loved the spacious condo! Was super cosy and the furniture was great (such as the sectional couch, kitchen table, bunk beds, and the armchair). This was the best location EVER; everything was within a 5min walk so we didn't have to use our car after we arrived. Dedicated parking spot was also a nice change. Ski shuttle was also right around the corner! Can't wait to come back!

The location was perfect and in the center of the village. Perfect for our adult family of five. Parking is tight but expected. I’ll book this again and pass it on.

We've stayed at this condo before and enjoyed it again for 6 nights. Perfect location right in the North Village with access to literally everything in walking distance. Family of 4 (two teenagers) with a chocolate lab and this unit suits us perfectly. The loft with bunk works great for the kids. We found the condo seems larger than in the photos. The big TV is good for movie night. There is Netflix on the TV or you can plug in your own device in an HDMI port and stream whatever you subscribe to. So the condo is nice and the location is superb. If available, this is our go-to unit and we'll be back.

Staying at Dave’s is becoming a wonderful summer tradition for our family of 4 + dog. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable and meets our needs. Location is central to the village, yet still quiet as this unit faces Main St. The air con is a huge benefit, and we love being above Purebread! We had a minor issue with not having any extra garbage bags, but Dave was very responsive and resolved the issue quickly.

This property had everything we needed: location, a/c, w/d, full kitchen, parking, and overall comfortable!

Easy to communicate with owners. Location was convenient, amazing smells in the morning coming from the bread company downstairs. Having bunk beds is a bonus with the kids. Would come back again.

The apartment is in a great location, with plenty of space for our family of four. The kitchen is well equipped, there are a couple of supermarkets close by and there is also a huge choice of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Ski lifts are a ten minute walk away - the skiing was amazing! It was handy having the washer/dryer available and we enjoyed the communal hot tub on several occasions. Dave was an excellent host, he helped us out with early check-in/late check-out as we were travelling long haul. He was also swift to respond to queries both before and during our stay 🙂

We had a great stay in whistler at Dave and Karen’s place. The location wast great, close to a grocery store and liquor store and the playground for the kids. The loft is a great set up to add some separation for a family. Dave was very responsive when I reached out a few times during our stay. We hope to stay again.

The dishwasher was broken when we arrived. Dave, the owner, offered a $50 rebate which I thought wasn't sufficient given a family of 4 eating in for all meals for a 4 night stay but was better than nothing so I didn't say anything. We then requested a late check out which they obliged BUT after a day of skiing on our last day, the building code didn't work. (I also forgot my phone and couldn't contact the owner.) We had to wait outside and ask people to let us in. After 45 minutes of convincing people we weren't burglars, someone let us in. Luckily the door code to the suite still worked. Very stressful with 2 tired young kids under the age of 8. I told the owner what happened, and that the building door code did not work. He accuses me of lying and then places the blame on me for forgetting my phone! (He took no responsibility!) I guess simple human decency has gone out the door and just apologizing for the inconvenience was too much which is all I ever wanted. In his words, "My contract ended with you at 11AM. I don't believe we have anything else to discuss." If you have a young family, don't stay here. You can hear everything in the hallway and even inside the unit. The place is very echo-y, you can hear everything, it is a very long walk to the gondolas, especially for the young kids, and the kitchen is not very well stocked for cooking family meals. If you appreciate human decency, don't stay here because if anything goes wrong, you won't see it. The owners don't seem to care, and it seems like it is a rotating money rental for them. The events of the last day didn't put me off staying here again, but my dealings with the owner regarding the last day did put me off staying there ever again. I would rather my money go to people who treat each other respectfully.

Overall very good location, directly cross street from Olympic skating ring. Free parking but big SUV might need some skill to squeeze in. No pub or restaurant nearby, quiet at night. Some people were talking loudly at hallway at midnight, but guess that's not controllable. Only recommendation for host is maybe leave couple Kleenex at unit for renter to use. We can only find three rolls of toilet paper, and that's not enough. We end up buying some at grocery store.

This property is very fantastic. It is nice and large so you can hangout comfortably. It is also in a perfect location in the village. I will be staying again.
