Our home has been professionally decorated and designed, and is equipped with everything to make your stay in Orlando the most enjoyable experience possible. This stylishly furnished vacation home has many small personal touches and amenities that will make your stay like a home away from home. You will love coming home to this comfortable and well-appointed condo after a long day at the parks or conventions. THE SPACE Newly renovated condo. New floors, paint and living room plus remodeled master bathroom. The open-plan well equipped kitchen, dining and living area means you can seamlessly cook, chat and watch the 60" HDTV. The sleek kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you might need to whip up breakfast or a gourmet meal. A comfortable dining table seats 4 and there is also extra seating at the bar. Just beyond the living area is a furnished, oversized lanai with lake view providing additional lounging space to relax with a cold drink after a long day at the theme parks. A cozy den offers a separate area to relax with a book and has 2 of the cutest single pull out sofa beds. A handy desk is located off the dining area to catch up on work or check the reviews on all the local attractions and restaurants. BED & BATH The elegant master suite boasts a king bed with a plush pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, ceiling fan and 37" flat screen TV. There is a vast remodeled en-suite bathroom with designer tiling throughout, large walk in shower, his and hers vanities, an oversized soaking tub and screened toilet. The 2nd bedroom has a 2 double beds with a 37" flat screen TV plus an en-suite family bathroom. The environment of the property was quiet and cozy. It was refreshing to see signage that encourage quiet hours, which helped our stay be pleasant and restful. This was exactly as advertised. Very comfy and amenities were outstanding. Close to Disney and shops (i.e., grocery stores). Perfect vacation spot! Highly recommended to those thinking of visiting Disney or the Orlando area, especially those with families.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and felt like home. The location at the property was great, steps away from pool and clubhouse area. I would definitely stay here again when in Orlando.

This was our second stay at Vista Cay. It’s incredible. This property is decorated beautifully, and so comfortable with the choice of furniture, from couches to the beds. I love the ground level access, as well as the balcony view of the lake. The walking trail is so lovely to take in the views and get exercise. The area is very safe and inviting. The place is also just next door to the pool, which is so convenient. The property manager was kind and always helpful and available. There is a Walgreens less than a block away and a gas station and Chick-fil-A just across the street! Highly recommend the property and would absolutely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the unit! It was a great layout and very spacious. We spent most of our week going to the theme parks and found this location to be very convenient. The Publix is a few minute walk away and there was also a good breakfast spot called @ The Diner in the same shopping area that we hit a couple times.

The online pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It is so spacious and roomy. Totally modern look! The lake and walking path right outside patio is beautiful and quiet. The moon at night over the lake is beautiful! Unit is located right near pool but you don’t hear any pool activities. Door to unit is safely located inside its on secure hallway. Building was never noisy. Publix right near by as well as Orange County Convention Center - perfect for us. Easy drive to fun parks! Book this place - you will be happy you did!

The property was great. It had everything we needed included. I just had to go to grocery store and get food. The property manager was excellent meet all my needs and was user friendly. The property was clean and very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

The unit exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Although we didn't get to use the amenities the unit was next door to the clubhouse which would be very convenient! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, property manager was attentive and quick to respond....we will definitely be back again

The property was beautiful. Our condo was immaculate and set up nicely. The pool was nice. There is even a pool for very small children. Hot tub was ok. The only real complaint I had was the fact you were not allowed to bring your own alcohol beverage to pool area. I can understand to a point, but if you want guests to purchase alcohol from the poolside bar then make it more affordable. Other then that it was a great place to stay

We are frequent visitors to the Orlando area, generally renting anything from 6 to 3 BRs for family visits to Disney. This visit we wanted to focus on Universal, so Vista Cay was totally new to us. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had made an excellent choice, in fact we all agreed that this condo was our all-time favorite of the many accomadations we've rented in Orlando. The apt. is spacious, immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Furniture, including beds, were inviting and comfortable. The area itself is bonus, easy and quick access to restaurants, grocery stores and best of all, 10 to 15 min drive to Universal. The host was quick to answer questions and even made a "house call" to fix a malfunctioning TV within 15 minutes of our call. I'm sure we'll be back!!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, very spacious condo. Felt like home. Everything has been thought of. Very well equipped kitchen, laundry room within the condo, lots of dishes, pots & pans...etc Lin the condo manager is always incredibly responsive and very sweet. This stay is a MUST. You will not regret it! We will book it again for sure!!
