Unit is a two story with two on suite bedrooms upstairs. Amazing deck off of the master bedroom, great place to have coffee and watch the sun rise or sip on a glass of wine and listen to the surf before turning in. Kitchen will make you want to eat in every night. Living room has two large sliding glass doors which help you take in the breathtaking views which leads you to another great deck off the living room. There is a half bathroom on the main level. The property offers 4 outdoor and 1 indoor pool, along with basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, hot tub, and work out room. The property is located 1.5 miles from the town of Kure beach: which offers dining, bars, shopping, fishing, and parks. Carolina beach is just 5 miles away were there is always something exciting happening. Downtown Wilmington is only18 miles away. This historic area is full of shopping, unique dining experiences, and breweries. This property is close to the Fort Fisher Ferry which will take you over to the charming town of Southport. Golf lover? There are numerous top ranked courses in the area. Kure beach is great for couples and families. Did we mention that this property is right on the beach.

Vitamin Sea unit was a perfect fit for the two of us with adult grandchildren popping in for a few days stay. Close for beach access and the Ocean Dunes facility with indoors pool was refreshing.

We Enjoyed our stay but unfortunately probably wouldn’t be able to book again due to the fact that the king size bed was too soft. My husband ended up having to sleep on the twin in the other room.

We found the property very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the condo was beautiful! The master bed was very comfortable. The unit was well stocked with paper goods. It also had plenty of towels for the beach and pool as well as for use in the condo. It was a good home base to explore the area. Angie was very easy to communicate with.

The beach house we stayed at was beautiful. Great views with 2 decks facing the ocean. Sunrise every morning was breath taking. The house was clean and everything you needed to have a wonderful time at the beach was right there. There were even two pools close by. The beach was steps away. Excellent beach house.

Vitamin Sea was beyond what we could have expected! The house was beautifully decorated and the ocean was right in our backyard. The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools so much. Thank you for sharing this special place with us!

This property is so well done that you feel at home immediately. Decorated beautifully and everything we needed was there. Plus a covered parking spot. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean. All on all we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend this townhome.

This was our second stay in this condo. It is very clean and well furnished with everything you need. So nice to have plenty of high quality towels, beach chairs, etc. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware and basic supplies. Owners are great with communication and very friendly and helpful. Dishwasher has been recently replaced. Love the indoor pool and rec center with playground for the kids. Location cannot be beat if you like a quieter vibe but with easy access to more activity up at Carolina Beach. So sad to leave!

Spent a week in this lovely place the week before Christmas. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with cold, rain and wind all week, but with the ocean view and comfortable house, we really enjoyed our trip. Local area is relaxing and lots to do even without the beach options. Thanks for letting us use your home!! Bring binoculars to watch the sea birds and dolphins as they cruise past the house!!

This lovely townhome is beautifully decorated in every room! We loved the Beach theme!!! One of our favorite things was to have a cup of coffee while sitting on the back deck(s) enjoying the amazing view of the ocean and oh what a view. The King Master suite bed was super comfy and place was very clean! We enjoyed every minute of our time there..... Great memories for our 10th anniversary! thank you again to Eric and Angela for allowing your place to be shared!! :)

We arrived during hurricane Nicole at night through the hard rain and wind. With all the rain we couldn't find the house at first, but with Eric's help we made it!. The house greeted us and made us feel welcome. We loved the ocean view and easy access to the beach. The house was well stocked with everything you could need. Very clean throughout and the bed was even quite comfortable. The off-season rates were very good. My wife wants me to mention that the decor was really nice. We found a great Italian restaurant called Vinnie's Pizza that I would recommend. Next time we come back to Kure Beach we would most certainly stay here again. We might do some surf fishing next time....it's only about 300 feet from the house!

We could not have asked for a better place to relax and listen to the ocean. Dolphins would cruise by and the pelicans put on a show. The pictures and descriptions were spot on. Don’t hesitate to book this location if you can find an open date. We want to thank the owners for allowing us to enjoy their home. They put great detail into the decor to make it homey and comfortable.

This place was a fantastic find. It was as advertised and right on the beach! The beach access was right next to the building. It is very kid and dog friendly. Overall, it was excellent! It was spotless throughout the entire place. We knocked off one star due to dirty dishes in the cabinets. We had to wash all the dishes before we could use them. Other than that, it was immaculate! We did not remove any stars for the master bedroom door not latching all the way. It’s not that big of an issue, but it makes it tricky to have mommy and daddy time at the beach. It would be more of a problem with a group that wasn’t related or needed more privacy. It is not walkable to the Kure Beach pier area for young children. But it’s a brief 3-5 minute drive. It’s one of our favorite places we have stayed, and it is now saved to our favorites list to return!

Nicely updated condo with beautiful views of the water! Very quiet area. Only other comments would be that the carpets need some cleaning and the dishwasher should be looked at as it didn’t get dishes clean (2 attempts and decided to wash everything in the sink)

I can’t put into words what a wonderful experience we had. The condo was exactly as described, the owners had excellent communication and we had everything we needed ready when we arrived. Thank you all again for letting us stay in your beautiful beach condo. This is our second time staying here and it was just as lovely as the first. They truly think of everything and we lacked for nothing. Plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. We stayed at a different VRBO in 2021 and it was owned by a company, you could tell the difference with this rental. The unit is clean and cozy. The location is fantastic and the pools were nice and never packed. We hope to come back next year. I already miss the morning view. Thank you again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. So nice being so close to the beach and also having a pool to use. We found the property just as described and very clean. Enjoyed the close proximity to the Aquarium at fort fisher and Carolina beach for more dining options. Would love to stay again.
