Welcome to one of the Country Clubs best vacation get-aways! This beautiful one bedroom condo overlooks the public three par course in the Continental Country Club. This home boasts all new granite counter tops, paint and furnishings, leather seating, fireplace, and private deck. Kick back with a good book and take in the beauty that surrounds you. A super comfy Queen-size bed, i and more beautiful views await you in this single level condo. *Fireplace is currently not operational* ***Home does NOT have a/c but is equipped with central heating for winter months*** ***Club Amenities are available to guests but the HOA does require an extra fee for usage. Please inquire before booking*** *For all stays 10 nights or longer, the cleaning fee will be double the regular amount for a deep clean after guest departure.* *If there is an amenity that is out- of -order that is advertised in the Home’s listing, that is not available to you due to unforeseen circumstances. A 10% reimbursement of the base rate will be offered as compensation* This home is central to all the fun in Flagstaff and within minutes of Flagstaff's best restaurants, boutiques and sightseeing. Undeveloped forestland, with miles and miles of biking and hiking trails, and abundant wildlife, is around the corner. Points of interest within 5-40 minutes include: * NAU * Sedona * Slide Rock * Oak Creek Canyon * Walnut Canyon National Monument * Lowell Observatory * Lake Mary * Sunset Crater * Wupatki National Monument * AZ Snowbowl & Scenic Sky Ride * Downtown & Historic Route 66 The Grand Canyon - 80 min away Sedona - 40 min away We live locally and have the home carefully prepared for each guest. We are easy to work with and offer this home as a location to make yours a memorable trip to Flagstaff. Please call or email for more information and to secure your reservation today. Thank you! -No Smoking: Evidence of smoking will carry a fine of $500.00 -$25.00 for not departing the home at the designated time of departure. $35.00 for each additional hour after the first hour. -Items left at home wanted to be shipped back to owner: Cost of shipping +$50.00 flat fee -No Parties: We have a strict "No-party policy". Fine of $500.00 and guests will be asked to depart from the home immediately. -If early check in is available, it is $100 to check in after 1 pm. If late check out is available, it is $100 to check out at 1pm.

The condo is a small but very cozy for two people. My wife and I loved our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. All around a great place to stay. Would recommend to any couple looking to get away for a weekend.

Listing should state that there is no A/C and only an evaporative cooler. I know it's Flagstaff, but it is still Arizona and Flagstaff gets in the high 80's in the summer heat. Would not have booked if I had known this. The property has A/C just does not work.

This condo was perfect in my opinion. I loved the balcony views, the size of the condo, the location, neighborhood and so much more. The owner was easy to communicate with too. I would definitely stay here again!

Great launching point for all things Flagstaff and Northern Arizona. Quiet location with nice view with all amenities. Mason was easy to work with and a great host. Good Couples Condos! We hit Sedona, Slide Rock Park, Walnut Canyon, Meteor Crater, Winslow Arizona (for Eagles fans), Petrified Forest, Painted Desert, Navaho National Monument, and Monument Valley- lots of driving but well worth it! Love Flagstaff (plenty to do locally) and will return. The open ceiling concept may bother some if someone wants to sleep in-but we were fine.

My family stayed here this past week and had a good time. It's a good location to get to Sedona and the Grand Canyon rather quickly. The condo was clean and relatively well stocked for your basic needs. The ceiling is an open style so the living room, kitchen and bedroom have no sound barrier. We saved money by getting groceries and cooking there. Fireplace doesn't work and no garbage bags as others have mentioned. I left garbage bags and a few other things for the next person. Bring your own washcloths if you need them. Nice towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Not sure if the pool/hot tub are available to everyone or not. There was no "guest card" provided for that. Would stay here again. Thank you!

The towels all had a moldy smell to them. We had spiders and spider webs throughout the home.

Comfortable & quite clean. Missing some conveniences such as coffee, wash cloths, dish cloths or paper towel.

Wasn’t an actual one bedroom it was a loft converted just with walls thrown up and open ceiling. There is no privacy. Wouldn’t have booked if the pictures showed how the room truly was. Fireplace also didn’t work so that was extremely disappointing..

We enjoyed our stay. We just needed somewhere to sleep while we went skiing at snowbowl. I was a little disappointed there was no toilet paper anywhere in the property lol.

It was a great value and very well suited for a road trip with a buddy. It had everything that we needed and had good quick and responsive communication with a local manager.

A nice condo with an inviting terrace. Very quiet, except for the furnace, which was quite noisy when operating.
Limited amenities like toilet paper, tissues, dishsoap, dishcloth. We were unable to operate the fireplace. The bed was very comfortable! The condo was clean and tidy and the rental cost was reasonable. We arrived at night and had a bit of difficulty to find the place. A blown up map would help. A nice condo overall!

It was relaxing, private, quiet with all the amenities that was necessary to enjoy our place of stay.

Location was great but this place is greatly in need of some serious cleaning: carpet was filthy, cobwebs and dust in air vents, all dishware, pots/pans, eating utensils, etc. needed washing.
Also, there was construction going on at the property so it was very noisy . All in all, an unpleasant experience.

Great Location
The condo was very basic, but fine for us. The location was Fantastic! Beautiful views, located within beautiful woodsy quiet neighborhood! Close to the Continental golf resort, baseball fields, hiking/biking trails.

We were disappointed to find out that in order to use the condo/resort amenities (pool), we would have to pay an additional $250 when the listing made it appear that this was already included.
There was also no AC, so if you're not ok with relying on the breeze coming in through the few windows, this may not be the listing for you.
The location was perfect though. It was a great jumping off point for tge grand canyon and Sedona.

Our goal was to unplug, sleep, walk, relax, and get out of the heat of the valley. We were able to do it all. The quiet neighborhoods were perfect for daily walks. When we wanted to walk in the trees we could do that too. The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils for our cooking needs. We used the couch bed to watching TV and naps, which was nice. The wifi was a little slow but usable, basic cable was good, the fireplace was awesome!!!! The balcony had a really great view even though we were in the middle of the neighborhood. The mountains and trees were above the view of the rooftops. It was nice to have a washer and dryer right there because we always pack minimally. We could wash a small load. We had covered parking directly in front of our unit. On the cleanliness side, the ceilings were vaulted. Everything above arms reach was quite dusty, visibly dusty, including the air intake filter. My husband has bad allergies and this was a problem for him. Thank goodness for allergy med and lots of tissue. We were happy with our stay over all. We would go there again. The neighborhood really was beautiful and it's close enough the stores we had everything we needed. Thank you.

My Husband and I spent four nights at this condo in Flagstaff. It was clean and comfortable, and the property manager was helpful and prompt when we had a question. It is in a beautiful location and was the perfect place to stay to enjoy both hiking around Sedona and in the mountains near Flagstaff.
