In the winter, a vehicle with AWD is HIGHLY recommended! Other Things to Note: In the winter, access to snowmobile trails is accessible at the end of the road via a trailhead. It is critical that all motorized vehicles remain on driveways or roads as the entire neighborhood runs on septic systems that are in the "yards" of the cabins.
