Overall nice spacious apartment near the beach. Well appointed and very clean. The mattress however doesn't have much support left in it so didn't sleep well combined with lots of light in the a.m. even with the blinds drawn

Very nice, clean apartment and perfect for a getaway for a couple. We were attending a friends wedding on Saturday downtown St Augustine but wanted to be able to go to the beach as well. This was perfect. Only 10 min from downtown and a block from the beach. We will definitely be going back.

Evrything was great except the TV. It buffered all the time and the voices were'nt in sync with the video. We just gave up on trying to watch anything. That wasn't why we were there though , everything else was fine.

Our hosts have a beautiful apartment that is very private with a private entrance. The amenities are above and beyond. Plenty of linens, kitchen wares, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. The easy walk to the beach is 4 to 5 minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return soon.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was a convienent location and very quiet. Easy beach access, then just a hop, skip and a jump to downtown. We enjoyed the Columbia restuarant and the Oak Park.

Easy to be in touch with Host. Everything you need was available. Just bring your clothes and go shopping for food. Excellent access and short walk to very nice ⛱️🏖️ Beach. Not crowded.

This rental was very clean and spacious. It's a shortly walk to the beach and a 5-7 minute drive to St Augustine. The property managers were very quick to respond to any questions. We highly recommend this property.

Very clean, nicely decorated, and close to several beaches and the downtown St Augustine area. Has all you need for a very pleasant and relaxed stay for 2 people. I wished it had washer/dryer and it would be perfect. Some mold spots in the shower grout. Unreliable wifi, but good cell reception.

Very comfortable roomy apartment for 2, very clean. A 4 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Minutes to restaurants and stores in Vilano or St Augustine. Lots of various things to do nearby. We loved everything about our relaxing stay at Matt & Micki’s and look forward to staying there again!

Nice location and comfortable place to relax and rest. Too cold for any beach activities but the ocean views, sunrises and sunsets over the Tolomato River (I think) were beautiful. Didn’t hear from the host during our stay, but not necessary because of the absence of any major issues. Maybe next time Mother Nature gives us a little more sun and warmth.

This was our first time using VRBO, so we were a little nervous. What a waste of nerves- Matt and Micki were amazing, with good communication and smooth check-in/out processes. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, and has everything you may need (and more) for your stay. The bed and pillows were super comfy, the shower head was awesome. The A/C is good and strong, giving a wonderful reprieve from the summer sun/heat. The beach is a few minutes walk, but just enough to stretch your legs. The beach was beautiful, clean, and not crowded (we went at several different times of the day). The list of restaurants was exremely helpful and gives local food options which we loved being able to support folks in the neighborhood. The drive into historic St. Augustine was all of 10 minutes. It was awesome to do a morning of the fort and St. George St., grabbing lunch at Florida Cracker Cafe (81 St. George Street - amazing burgers), then heading back to relax inside or on the porch. Thank you both so much for your hospitality and for making our quick getaway a great one - we enjoyed this FAR more than any hotel stay to date!

We loved the easy walk to the beautiful and uncrowded beach! This upstairs apartment was very clean and was furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and Matt and Micki were great hosts. There is so much to see and do in Historic St. AUGUSTINE and plenty of great restaurants to choose from.

This was a perfect location and space for us. Half a block to the beach, parks and hiking just up the road and a ten minute ride into Ste. Augustine. Hosts were friendly and timely, space was comfy, clean and spacious. If we come this way again we would definitely rebook here.
