The renovation includes: Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances, cabinets refaced in the kitchen and bathrooms, new carpet, new tile flooring, 42' flat screen television mounted in the living room, wall-mounted flat screen televisions in the bedrooms, professionally decorated, and new furniture throughout. Free wireless internet service! A perfect villa location in Kingston Plantation. Located right next to the St. James Park pool in Building 1 and as close to the beach as you can get before paying high-rise rates! Enjoy the privacy that comes with each bedroom having its own bathroom. It's a short stroll to the beach along a paved path that makes pulling those beach carts or coolers a breeze. Our unit is 100% smoke free. Our no smoking policy is strictly enforced. Parking right outside the door in our designated covered carport makes access to this beautiful villa convenient for unpacking. Entrance is on the 2nd floor. One flight of stairs. Your rate includes all bedding and bath towels. Our location provides peace and quiet in the beautiful park-like setting of St. James Park with shade trees and two lakes right by the villa. The pool for the neighborhood is right next to the villa. With just a short walk, the setting changes entirely as you reach the Embassy Suites hotel on the property and enjoy the restaurants and bars. Then it is right over the dunes to the ocean. No pets allowed. Minimum age for renting is 25. Full Day Spa and Hair Salon on site. Gated entrance with 24-hour security. *IMPORTANT* The Hilton/Embassy Suites' pool, pool deck and Kiddie water park are only available to guests who book directly through Kingston Plantation/Embassy Suites/Hilton. This turned out to be an excellent choice for a group of coworkers attending a conference. Everyone had their own personal space. The place was very clean and convenient to all thing in and out of Kingston Plantation. Parking was plentiful and close. We will definitely consider this unit again in the future for work and personal stays.

The place was better than I expected! So nice to have 3 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms, was great for my family of 5. We didn't have any issues, but when an air conditioner had to be serviced (which took 5 minutes), kevin called to make sure it would be ok. He was very considerate. We will definitely book through him again the next time we come down! Thanks!

The property was warm and welcoming and in a very secure area. We were a 1 minute walk from a great family oriented pool (mostly shallow, so the kids loved it) and a 10ish minute walk to the beach. Appliances worked great for our cooking and cleaning needs and the check in and out process was effortless. A wonderful vacation for our family.

This is a great place to spend vacation, location is just amazing. the only reason I am not giving it 5++ rating is cockroaches. we are used to seeing those when staying in SC, but they appeared too often this time. (1-3 bugs a day).

The condo suited our family of 5 well. It was laid out nicely, had big bedrooms and pretty much everything we needed. It was clean and in good condition. The owner was incredibly responsive and friendly - probably the fastest communication I’ve received from any of the VRBOs we’ve rented. The only thing I would have liked to see was some beach gear given it’s within walking distance of the beach (primarily beach chairs).

When arriving to the property the individuals working the gates were extremely kind and helpful. The location was perfect for families close to Walmart for any last minute necessities or groceries, very short walk to the beach. The pool was right outside of the condo and having a handicapped mother in a wheelchair it was heartwarming to see the wheelchair/ handicapped ramp all the way into the pool. A few hiccups when first arriving to the condo due to previous renters not following directions, the property owner was notified and quickly had them resolved and it was very appreciated. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to the opportunity to do so in the future! Thank you 😊

This was our family’s third stay in Kingston Plantation. This is by far the best location! It is close to the pool and the beach! We rented a golf cart as we normally do and honestly it was not needed at all. Thank you for a great stay!

The accommodations were lovely. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There were lots of beds and 3 full bathrooms. Having our own kitchen and washer and dryer was very helpful. There is a pool very close to the room which my teenagers appreciated. And the short walk to the beach was fantastic. Kingston plantation is a lovely location for shopping, golfing or beach time. This accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a nice family getaway.

Condo was exactly as pictured, clean and perfect for 3 couples with 2 children. It was right beside the pool, close to the oceanfront, and in close proximity to lots of restaurants and fun things to do with the family. We would definitely stay here again!
