Beautifully decorated two bedroom/ two bath golf/tennis villa (larger floor plan 1,254 sq.ft.), on the ground floor, just steps away from the private villa pool, and tennis courts at beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort. Accommodations include a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two queen-size beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedrooms and living room are all equipped with TVs, DVDs, high-speed internet and WiFi.. You’ll also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer for all the comforts of home! Our resort is one of the finest full service beach resorts in Panama City Beach, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools, 4 hot tubs, poolside activities & live music, Pizza Hut, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Hair Salon, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, basketball/shuffle board courts & 11 lighted Tennis courts. *** Please Note: Edgewater Beach Resort requires a Guest Registration Process and Fee, which will include one (1) parking pass for your vehicle.*** This condo is NO SMOKING, we DO NOT ALLOW PETS, and resort rules require that renters MUST be 25 years of age. Resort registration is required and will provide parking access. Rates Do NOT Include 13% Tax & Cleaning Fee of $150. Damage Deposit $250. We require a 50% deposit of the rental fee to confirm your reservation, with the balance due 30 days before your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel and we re-book the property, we will refund the rental fee for each day we are able to fill, less a $100 cancellation fee. Check in time is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:00am. My family and I visited PCB for a softball trounament. This was centrally located to all of the sports complexes, a 2 minute tram ride to the beach and a few feet to the pool. The condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay so much. Condo is bottom floor & updated with cute decor. We came for dance nationals and the condo was the perfect location. We could walk to the event center quick & access to the beach walkway was so close too! Definitely recommend!

Clean and as described. Pictures don’t do it justice. Very comfortable unit. Had everything we needed to fix small meals and cocktails. The King bed slept wonderfully. Easy in and out with luggage and groceries because there are no stairs to climb. Loved the easy, close access to one of the many Edgewater pools. Because prices have risen so much directly on the beach, this was a great bargain. A little inconvenient to get to the beach, but we were lucky everyday to drive over and get a great beach and pool access parking spot. Walked over to the beach one day and used the complimentary golf cart service one day. Thanks for the hospitality John and Liz!

Edgewater Golf Resort is just a short walk on a covered bridge to the beach. The condo was spacious and cozy. This particular unit is steps away from a heated pool and tennis court. We used the pool a few times, but we did not play tennis. At $15.00 an hour per person, we decided on skipping it for time at the beach. We enjoyed Edgewater.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo is nicely decorated and was well equipped. The owners were very easy to work with and responded fairly quickly. The condo wasnt far from the bridge that leads to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here for a week. It’s clean, has everything you need for a home away from home, and is an overall great place! The tram service is great and the people who run it are really nice! Owners are nice and we didn’t have any trouble our whole stay.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. This was our 8th year staying at this resort. Of all the places I’ve traveled, this is my favorite beach and my favorite resort. This unit in particular is one of the nicest we’ve had at Edgewater. Very clean, accurate description, easy contact with the owners. They had everything in the kitchen one would need to prepare any meal, even had laundry detergent and dish liquid plus dish washer tabs. The beds and pillows were very nice and comfy. The golf villas have a golf cart that picks you up and takes you anywhere you want to go on the resort which is very nice and it’s a free service. Very happy with our stay. Of course we’ll be back

We loved the resort and loved this villa! A quick walk to the beach and the main pool. Loved the quick access to a great restaurant, Starbucks, ice cream, and bars all on property! We will stay here again!

The property was amazing. Everything was so neat and clean. and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and everything you need is right there . We will definitely come back again

Would definitely recommend staying at this villa. It is extremely clean and comfortable. We had six in our group so we could sleep without the use of the pull out couch. Note that this villa is NOT in one of the three towers on the beach. It is across the street. However, your parking pass is good at the towers. In addition, they provide golf cart shuttles to take you from the villas to the beach. The resort pool has live music and DJ's throughout the day and is open until midnight each night. The resort is conveniently located within a few miles of many restaurants and Pier Park. I would recommend staying here and will certainly book this location again on my next trip to PCB.

My family and I absolutely loved this property. The pool right outside the patio door was very nice. And having the shuttle to and from the beach and other places on property was a godsend. John and Liz were great to work with. We will definitely look at this place for future vacations.

I can’t say enough good things about this vacation. To start the owners are the nicest I’ve ever dealt with. They were both so accommodating and helpful to anything we needed. The villa was updated and a real home away from home experience. The kitchen was fully equipped for any type of meal one would want to prepare. It’s located in close proximity to both a pool and a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone to stay and our next trip to PCB we will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great time at this condo! Beautiful place. The pool right outside our doors was so nice and the trams to the beach worked well each day! We did have extremely noisy neighbors above us we could hear moving around furniture and running down the halls most nights so just be aware the unit walls are pretty thin! Our kids loved it and want to come back to this place next year too!

This was the best vacation my family and have had in years. I'm so sad to leave this beautiful villa. Everything was so well kept and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay comfortably. The beds were so comfortable and kitchen were fully stocked. My children were in tears because we had to leave. We're definitely making this villa our permanent go-to for future vacations (if available). Thank you to Mr. and Geiss, they were wonderful and very attentive for all of needs during our stay.

The pictures of the villa do not do it justice. It’s very nice and clean. You have everything you need in the house. There is a pool right outside the back door and was rarely used and we mostly had it to ourselves. This villa gives you the best of both worlds in regards to location. It’s very quiet and peaceful however a quick walk or tram ride gets you right to the beach and to other things to do at the resort. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back in the near future.

My husband & our 2 daughters stayed here for a 5 day vacation in PCB. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The owners were very accommodating at check in and quick to respond when needed. The location was perfect to restaurants, shops, beach, and the pool & tennis/ b-ball courts were in our backyard! Very cute community, well maintained, & quiet. We will definitely stay here again! Pics don’t do it justice!

We had a wonderful time. We originally wanted to be in a condo looking over the ocean and were kind of worried that our location would not be that great. However, it was wonderful. The tram cars were always around, and you could call to have one pick you up to take you to the beach. The condo was very clean. They only items I think we could have used more of were dishtowels, as there was just one. But this was nothing that ruined our trip. There were a few little maintenance things like bulbs that were out. But all in all I rated this a 4 star place to stay. Liz, one of the owners I talked to on the phone and she is super sweet and very helpful. Loved our stay. Thank you again for the use of your condo for our Annual Girls Trip.

Basketball court just outside as well as a very nice pool!! We have always stayed in the “500” building next to the bridge but not anymore!!! I love this up to date HUGE 2 bedroom villa! I loved the cookware and 2nd bedroom was bigger than the master!! Ground floor and we could not even hear the basketball games from inside. The pullout sofa was very comfortable also!!! Great updated place to vacation and will come again.

The pictures just don't do justice. This property is beautiful. It's in a gated condo area with guard and short walk to the beach . If you have someone with you that can't make the walk the resort offers a tram that will pick you up at your door and take you anywhere on the property. The resort even has kids activities and a splash pad. The condo was clean, kitchen fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The smaller condo pool was just outside the back patio door. Shower and bedrooms were huge. We LOVED staying here. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. The only thing I would have liked to have had were resort maps and resort info in the room like the tram phone number etc. 850-235-4044 (here it is for future guests).
