Classic oceanfront beach cottage with open floor plan and panoramic views in a beautiful setting. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outside deck with pergola and picnic table. Private walkway to the beach and additional oceanside seating area perched above the dunes. Outdoor hot/cold shower, Charcoal grill. Wonderful location convenient to shopping and local attractions. This is a perfect spot on the beach and especially ideal for a single family. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Smart TV in living area, wireless internet, dishwasher, washer and dryer. AC and ceiling fans. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this house. Loved how open the living area was - good for family meals and game nights. The home was clean and the a/c worked great (although the bunk room could use a fan). The location was perfect! While the shrubs were nice for privacy, they were overgrown and blocked 85% of the beach view. Deck and outdoor furniture could use a freshening up. Overall a very nice place to stay.

This is our third time staying here. We love the ease and laid back atmosphere of this house. Perfect for a family of 5 with three active kids. Well equipped and everything is comfy.

The location is perfect! It is very close to the pier and things in Emerald Isle, but just far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful the entire time that we were there. It felt as though we were the only people anywhere around when we were at the house and on the back deck. The house was great, very clean, and the listing was very accurate. We loved it!

Hi, we really enjoyed the location, direct access to the beach, coffee on the boardwalk benches, fishing off the beach.. etc. very nice. Thanks for an easy process in and out!

Very nice house. Feels private even though other houses and public access are close. Beach is nice and wide and not crowded. House was clean. Appliances seemed fairly new. Beds were comfortable. The only negative is very minor — the living room is not very comfortable. Turtles hatched during our visit. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family of my wife and I and our college age kids and their friends thoroughly enjoyed the property. While the paintings are a big topic for conversation, they could be of concern with younger families. The area was amazing. The Beach was awesome and clean.

This was our second time staying at this cozy, perfect for a family of five beach house. Convenient to everything but the best part was the beach and the homey feel of the house!

We gathered with 3 generations ranging in age from 6 to 75. The house provided everything we needed with a great location. Kitchen was well stocked. The beach was pristine and we loved that it was not crowded this time of year (April). Great family vacation, would book again.

The cottage was comfortable with easy to manage access to the beach. The cottage would benefit from the services of an exterminator for bugs, specifically ants and roaches. Overall, it was a very nice property.

We decided on Emerald Isle since we have friends who live in New Bern. NC. The house, the beach and the weather could not have been better. The house was perfect and cozy! Great vacation all around. Can't wait to go back!

NEEDS UPDATED, COCKROACHES BOTH INSIDE AND OUT.
VERY LITTLE FRONTAL PRIVACY ( NO DRAPES OR BLINDS)
CARPET DIRTY. FLOOR (LAMINATE) FILTHY. WATER PRESSURE TERRIBLE. ENTIRE DECK NEEDS REPLACED. VERY CONCERNED ABOUT SPLINTERS. THERE WERE (2)15 DOLLAR LIGHTS FOR ENTIRE BACK OF HOUSE. THERE SHOULD BE SAFETY LIGHTS ALL THE WAY TO THE LANDING AT BEACH LEVEL.. NEEDS PAINTED INSIDE/OUTSIDE/UNDERNEATH. DIDNT SEE SMOKE OR CARBON DETECTORS.

We really enjoyed our week at the Pink House. Great location, bright, well-appointed cabin and comfy beds. The back deck was private with great rocking chairs and picnic table we used every night for dinner. Easy check-in.

This oceanfront home was beautiful rustic and peaceful! The pink house is on a private part of the beach, so it’s not really crowded, the neighbors were so friendly. Whether your coming as a couple or bringing the whole family... it’s a trip you won’t want to pass up.

We wanted to stay together/apart since COVID 19 had us in 3 different states and apart for a year. Half of us stayed in our new home in Morehead City and half at the beach house for the first 7 days to quarentine.New Years was celebrated together. The sun rises and sunsets were awesome. The weather was great. Cold or warm, sunny or rainy, each day was beautiful on the beach.We highly recomment the Pink House. It has such great ability to cook in due to COVID 19 and be outside when the weather cooperated.What a scerene way to end an otherwise difficult year.We look forward to celebrating here again.Debra and Jim H

We had a wonderful time at The Pink House! After a year of isolation, no travel, and stress, this was the perfect soul restoration week that we needed! The home is just as pictured - that stunning view of the ocean as you open the front door beckons you out onto the beach. We barely got our things out of the car before heading down the private walkway to the beach! Communication with the host was seamless and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked (the only thing that would have been nice to have would be a blender). Each bedroom is well decorated. Quiet neighborhood with easy access for travels to either end of the Island to The Point or to Fort Macon park. We also made trips to Swansboro and Morehead City - both easy trips up the road from this home. Will definitely stay again!!

Location is beautiful. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy both beautiful Emerald Isle as well as family and friends. You will not be disappointed with the pink house. It is very comfortable. Pack your suitcase and enjoy a great beach home!
