Situated in Pigeon Forge, this charming condo for $120 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Right in the heart of Pigeon Forge, a 1 minute drive from the Parkway, this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo sleeps up to 6 people (max 4 adults). Super quiet, seventh floor with awesome views of Mt LeConte in the Smoky Mountains National Park. Whether you are looking to hike the beautiful trails in the national park or cruise up and down the Parkway for all the attractions, this condo will be the perfect home base. Within minutes by car, you can get to these nearby attractions on the Parkway: Country Tonite Theater, Titanic Museum, Hollywood Wax Museum, The Island, Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Show, Dixie Stampede Dinner Show, and lots of places to drive go carts, ride bumper cars, and go mini-golfing. There are also many, many restaurants all along the Parkway. It's only 4 miles to Dollywood and 1 mile to Tanger Outlet Mall. The trolley has a stop at the end of the condo complex drive, near the Dunkin' store. Gatlinburg and all its shops and restaurants and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are both a short 20 minute drive away. This 932 square foot condo has everything to make you feel right at home. The master bedroom has a king-sized pillowtop bed and wood laminate flooring. There is a huge ensuite bathroom with a double granite vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and jetted tub. The alcove just off the dining area has a bunk bed that is perfect for younger children. A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the main living area provides those last two spots for sleeping. There is also a half bath. If you don't feel like going out on the town, cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Do a little grocery shopping, and prepare a delicious meal. Clean-up is a breeze using the dishwasher. We provide dishwasher tabs and dish soap, too. Be sure to enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony that overlooks the Smoky Mountains. Enjoy open Wi-Fi throughout the condo unit. We have cable TV for both televisions and a DVD player for the bedroom television. Our cleaning service uses disinfectant cleaners on all kitchen and bathroom surfaces while wearing single use gloves. They clean the floors and provide laundered towels and bed linens for your use as our guest. If you need to do a load of laundry, there is a stacked washer and dryer. The condo complex has one outdoor heated pool open from April-October, a hot tub, a playground, outdoor grills, picnic tables, a volleyball court, and a walking path. There is also a second enclosed pool that is open year round, so you can enjoy swimming even when it's chilly outside. Please bring your own towels for the pool. The complex has a NO PET policy that is strictly enforced. The condo and balcony are non-smoking and no vaping! If you are interested in renting, in your booking request, please share some information about your reasons for wanting to rent our 2nd home. It helps us when making a decision to rent or not. IMPORTANT NOTE for 2024: any guests participating in car shows in any of the surrounding cities will not be able to park trailers on the condo complex property. Property was clean, had the basics that was needed for a stay. It was just three of us so it was good for what we needed. Condo is right next to the elevator which is super convenient for hauling in your stuff but is a bit noisy of you are a light sleeper. Good news is that this condo is on the top floor so not a lot of elevator traffic. Did not really affect our stay, just a note for any light sleepers. Our child loved the bunk beds in the converted closet, they felt like they had their own special space. Overall pleasant stay.

This condo was perfect for my family's visit to Pigeon Forge. We had two kids, two and under, so they weren't ready for the bunk beds, but there was plenty of space for pack n plays. The location is amazing - right on the main highway and so close to many attractions. Jodi checked on me after our first night and was able to make adjustments to the thermostat to make our stay more comfortable. I would love to stay here again when we return to the area!

The condo was nice and clean, and contained all we needed for our short stay! Everything in the ad was accurate. The check in and check out process was simple. There were no surprises, except that the pool was closer than I expected and the poolhouse felt like a sauna on the cooler fall days (which we appreciated, as we were nervous about allowing our child to swim when it was so cool out for fear he'd freeze when he got out, or we would freeze watching or joining him.) The location was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!! I have absolutely no complaints! Only praise! Thank you for allowing my family to stay!

The condo was very clean. The bed slept well and the kitchen was well stocked for anyone who plans to use it. The only downside was we didn't have the ability to regulate the air conditioner at night time and it became humid and hot. The property manager has the thermostat set at 74 and did offer to lower it to 72, but it still became humid and the bedroom seemed to be the hottest room in the condo.

I was here for the Bluegrass Festival and the Condo was perfect. Easy to get to the LeConte center and any where else we needed to go. The condo is exactly as described! Host was great! Already booked again for December.

We took our son to Pigeon Forge for his birthday and knew we wanted to stay at Mountain View Condos again. The property is great for families! Jodi’s condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. She texted to ask about the check in process and I told her that we were hot during the night as the thermostat had an automatic setting for 74 degrees. I asked if the setting could be changed and she very kindly changed it so we would be more comfortable. We would definitely stay in her condo again!

For starters, the location is fantastic. You are in the middle of everything. The view from the back deck makes you forget you are in the middle of town. The master bed was so comfortable. Everything we possibly needed was provided.

This was a fantastic condo! 7th floor with beautiful views on both sides. It’s In the back of the complex, close to the pool and very quiet.
The condo was well stocked with everything you would need and more. They also have rolling carts to bring your gear to and from your unit. The condo was very roomy especially the master bath. The shower could have been bigger and the shower head in a better location, but the huge tub made up for it.
Easy access to everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer.
We plan on vacationing in Pigeon Forge next year and will book this property again!

My family and I had a great stay at this property! Overall we were pleased and I would stay here again. A few things to consider if you are thinking about booking this condo...
There are blinds, but no blackout curtains and it faces east. If you go during summer I would bring a sleep mask.
There is a washer and dryer, but they are tiny. I would not plan on doing a large amount of laundry here...but I was glad to have it for the few things I needed to wash.
This unit it right next to the elevator, which you can hear from the master bedroom. It wasn't terrible though, I was the only one in my family that really noticed, and I am pretty sensitive when it comes to sounds.
I thought this condo was a good value and that I got a little more than what I paid for!

We had a great stay! The condo was very welcoming and comfortable. It was fully furnished and had all that we needed to enjoy our stay. The kids loved the bunk beds. The fold out couch bed was also very comfortable which is unusual for a couch bed! Every evening the kids enjoyed the pool and play ground. We will definitely be back.

The property itself was nice. The condo could have been a little cleaner. (Syrup on counter, used dryer sheet on floor, dirt on bathroom floor). Indoor and outdoor pools and surroundings including bathrooms were dirty. It would have been nice to have screens on the patio so the door could be open since there are no windows. Everything in the condo worked as it should and we had everything we needed. Centrally located. We did have an issue with keypad not working but it was quickly remedied by the host. Overall would stay again.

This property was absolutely PERFECT for my Husband and I. We’re always on the go when we come to Pigeon Forge, but it was so nice to just pop in for a quick lunch or a short nap as the condo is located right off the main strip. Everything was VERY clean and the condo has everything we could need including choice of coffee maker to use. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and in the evenings. Jodi is a great host. Communication was great and we look forward to renting from her again. The whole process was seamless.

My husband and I stayed at Mountain View in March 2023. The condo was amazing! Everything looked exactly like the pictures, but only better. The elevators were quick, the condo was stocked with all the necessities, it was spacious, incredibly clean, and just perfect for us. The location is so convenient to many attractions and yet was quiet and relaxing. The host was very communicative and helpful. I have nothing but nice things to say!!!
