I stayed here with some friends and family for my 30th birthday. The house is the perfect location-we spent so much time at the pool and beach-and still close to downtown St. Augustine! Phil is amazing host and was so accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Our family consisted of four adults and 2 kiddos (4 and 7), this home fit us perfectly! The layout of the beach house was perfect for us! Updated and had the comforts of everything you would have at home. I couldn’t keep my kids or mother out of the pool, it was so convenient and I’m not sure we will ever rent a beach home without a pool again! Evenings were fabulous sitting outside by the pool or up on the top deck and being able to hear the ocean ❤️ Phil was beyond amazing, we had to extend our trip due to my mom falling and breaking her leg and now my dad is staying in one of his downtown rentals! He has been nothing short of fabulous! This beach house is within walking distance to so many restaurants, ice cream places, The Beachcomber was so low key and quaint and right on the beach too! I could go on for hours about how much my family enjoyed this home, and we will definitely be back!! The house was amazing! We loved everything, the view, the pool, the hot tub. Right in the beach but a short walk to restaurants. Mayday ice cream is the best ice cream we have ever had defiantly go the few blocks down and try it! We will defiantly rent again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great view, easy access to the beach daily, and the backyard kept everyone busy during downtime. Things that are often overlooked when booking travel were in place and very appreciated. Tremendous supply of extra towels, blankets, trash bags, paper towels, detergent, pantry items, and supplemental Beach items. Will definitely look to book again next year.

This is the only place I ever want to stay! Beach and dunes are amazing (no driving on beach in this area) House is impeccable beautifully designed for two families - and the views!! 180’ floor to ceiling glass wall - huge balcony to watch sunrises. Wonderful pool spa & putting green - Phil is the ultimate host - always available has thought of everything you could ever need - so many special touches. Will definitely be returning

This beach house was absolutely perfect! The ocean views from inside the house and balcony are breathtaking, with the ocean only steps away. We (7 adults) spent most of our time, however, in the AMAZING pool and competing on the backyard golf green! Coffee shop, restaurants, ice cream and shopping are all within walking distance on well maintained sidewalks. Location, location, location!! Property manager Phil was extremely helpful and accommodating, even provided parking for us in downtown. Phil went above and beyond and was available and responsive throughout our stay. I hope we are fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful property again in the future!

Stayed here for a week with our family. The house is the perfect size and at a great location. House was roomy and the pool & back yard with putting green were excellent. We sre from the area and stayed at many different condos and homes at St Augustine & Palm Coast and this was by far a favorite spot.

Six adults stayed at this property, and it was nothing short of an amazing time. The house was beautiful, with an amazing pool and hot tub. The property owner was very engaged in making sure there was nothing further we needed while staying at the house. We are already looking at the calendar to see when we can make another trip.

Everything about this house was on point. Definitely what you expect of a Premier Host. The property was well kept, beautifully decorated yet comfortable. The views are amazing, private location. Very tranquil. Phil the very helpful, accommodating and available to answer any question. If you are staying the St Augustine area this home should definitely stay here. Better than any five star hotel in my opinion.

This was a beautiful property right on the beach. There was plenty of room for 6 adult family members. Everything was clean. Having stayed in other beachfront properties, we were pleased and surprised to find that supplies were very generous. For example, I'm used to having one or two dishwasher pods for a week's stay. However, this property had plenty of pods, laundry detergent, and even some coffee. It made our life a little easier. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! The large open floor plan worked very well for our party of 8 which included 3 adult children and their significant others. The view is amazing and it is nicely decorated. The beach is a quick walk over the dune. We loved the location. Restaurants, the surf shop, ice cream and coffee shop were all within walking distance. The grocery store is a short drive. Phil was very helpful throughout our stay. We were so sad to leave but would definitely consider this house for another beach vacation in the future.

Perfect. That is the best way to describe our week at this wonderful beach house. The house is appointed with everything and anything you could possibly need. It's only steps to the beach. We lucked out with a week of many sunny days. Plenty of space for hanging out with the whole family. Great food is all within walking distance. Phil, the owner, is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. We are repeat customers and defiinitely hope to return.

This is by far one of the best properties we have stayed in. The location is perfect - right on the water, close to downtown and shopping. This house is fully stocked! The kitchen had everything!!! Phil was very responsive and all the information was spot on! Will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous views of the beach with lovely ocean breeze on the balcony were the highlight of this property. The house was clean, comfortable, roomy and has the best stocked kitchen of any rental we've stayed in. We were 7 adults but had day visitors with kids (4 more adults and 7 kids aged 1-8) and were still comfortable. Spent all day on the beach - a bit too much walking in the sand for the 88 year old, but she was happy to watch us from the balcony. Great location, several good restaurants within blocks and a 15 minute drive to historic St Augustine, but we never even left to go sight seeing! Look no further if you want a dreamy beach vacation!

Lovely, clean house, very well stocked. Owners have gone to great effort to make sure you have all you need. One bedroom located downstairs and master and another bedroom are upstairs.

Phil was great to work with - personal attention, responsive communication, and genuinely excited for us to enjoy his place and our vacation. The house was perfect for our family of four (two adult children) but EASILY could have accommodated more. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and lots of privacy to sleep in if they chose or retreat to a quiet spot while, at the same time, the spaces to congregate together were comfortable and inviting. The house is well-stocked with anything we needed for cooking in the kitchen (we appreciated the quality appliances and serving supplies) and for spending time together (games, tv, etc). Finally, the location is FANTASTIC! The sweeping ocean views are to die for, and the side of the house facing the ocean is completely lined with windows so you get the expansive view from the kitchen, dining, and living room. The deck is perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, and for lounging in the sun through the day. It's a quick easy walk to the beach which was so nice for if we forgot something and needed to run back to the house. Easy walk to coffee shop and ice cream... easy drive to grocery and gas... and quick drive to downtown St. Augustine. We LOVED our stay and this house and hope to come back someday!
