About this house rental
Gorgeous corner unit on the 19th floor in the Tresor Tower just completely remodeled. 1 Master BR and 2 full bath 980 sq. ft with full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 balconies, Two high definition LCD tv's, wireless internet and pull out double sofa in living room. I will beat any reasonable price quoted for a similar unit. Our Prices Vary from week to week, on busy weekends and holidays prices do go up. If you need to be in a specific tower you would need to clearly specify this, as again I have several available. Included In price: FREE Spa Pass for 2 ($100/Day value) - (for the period of your stay) FREE Resort Fee ($35/Day value) FREE Crib is Available FREE WiFi (speeds may be impacted by number of users) FREE Valet Parking for my family and friends My cancellation policy is as follows: I will provide a full refund of any deposit assuming you provide me with at least 30 days notice prior to your arrival date. Refunds for cancellations within 30 days notice will be provided if I re-book the suite at the same rate and duration of the stay. Please consider travel insurance which includes COVID cancellation. Rates quoted are an estimate and vary based on length of stay and availability. Stays of less than 7 nights will likely result in a rate greater than what is shown. In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request. Cleaning will be $205 for departure cleaning and at your option $95 per interim cleaning. This property has never failed me and this trip was no different as the unit we stayed in was on par with the exceptional quality of the Fontainebleau.
The renovated rooms give a nice fresh feeling and our host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Host was amazing in communicating with questions at the time of booking in this last minute rental we made. 100% would book this rental again if staying at the FB. Loved have 2 showers and the jacuzzi for our family of 4. Pull out couch did fit 12 and 10 year old - a little tight, but no complaints. Very clean and housekeeping was responsive for extra blanket.
So happy we found this stay!!! Will be back.

This unit was in a great location with 2 balconies and it had been recently remodeled. It was clean and spacious and a much better value than staying in the hotel!

I enjoyed the condo and hotel amenities. Two spacious balconies with great views of Miami. Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. Large master bathroom.
The common area hallways looked to be recently remodeled - very nice.
I’d definitely stay here again, and it seemed like a great value compared to the hotel rooms. Everything is closely connected within hotel and tower.

Host was very responsive. Hotel service was terrible, we waited 2 hours for our lunch, after 3 days we received the blanket and pillow we asked for, had to wait 1 jr. to get our car from valet. the employees were very nice but could not handle the amount of people there.

The pictures do not do justice! More than enough space for the two of us! Location is great we took Uber a few times to the other end of Ocean Ave. The view was great at sunset. Definitely would stay again.

The property reminded me of a resort in Mexico. Staff at resort are very friendly and willing to help out. We didn’t have any issues with the unit we rented. Loved the space! The pool for the Tressor building was nice and quiet. Lots of food options within walking distance or getting an Uber if you don’t want to eat on the property. Housekeeping is not included with the rental- at the time we stayed it was offered every other day. We didn’t need it during our stay so we were only charged 1 cleaning fee by the resort for the checkout cleaning. Upon checkout they also asked if we requested any extra towels- we didn’t but am curious if that would also be an extra fee. The fee for cleaning is not told to you upon check in either. The Donna Mare down the street at the Cadillac has wonderful food!

The host, Christopher Kearney, is attentive and responsive to inquiries. That was appreciated, Thank-you, Christopher. The unit is substantially larger than a standard hotel room. Fabulous 180 degrees view of both the city and the ocean. The Fontainebleau ( Fountain Blue for non-French speakers ) is a massive property. I expected a crowd. For variety sake, I'd recommend you venture out a bit for chow.

Everything was great! The apartment was super nice and everything was as described. Figuring out where to park and how to check in took a bit of time (the tresor tower had a different owners entrance), but the separate entrance made the valet parking easier and less crowded. It was so easy to get to the beach and the pools and we walked around the city part too. We would definitely go back!

We loved our stay in this unit. First the views are amazing and there are two separate balconies. This was great because my hubby and I could relax on one while my teens enjoyed the other. This unit is also away from the noise of the larger pool area which was nice to escape when we wanted to. The owner was responsive anytime I reached out

I have to say reading past reviews I was scared about the check in process due to having a injury on both feet so can't stand for long periods but I had no problems. Checkin was fast & smooth no issues. This is 1 of the greatest trips I've had to Miami, I've sent referrals to my friends for these properties and will definitely stay again!!! i’m usually very satisfied this past visit I was very disappointed. I was already staying at the hotel prior to my initial check in for this particular room, after long hours of waiting to check in I finally get my key go to my room and I find another couple in my room. The couple was “ mistakenly“ given the wrong key. We had to call and have someone come up and physically remove the couple. I received no service, no apology and barely any acknowledgment of what happened. not only was this a big mix up by the hotel, with Covid going on you would think they would be a lot more careful and actually demand to clean my room after other people were touching everything. I had toddlers and my elderly mother with me so I only pray we stay safe and covid-free. The hotel was acting as if their advocates for Covid but would let such a big mistake occur like this. I won’t be going back anytime soon!

My husband and I have been staying at the Fontainebleau for years starting with the Chateau. When the condo's were build we loved staying in the Tresor one bedroom suites. In the past we reserved our accommodations through the hotel, which was and still is very pricey. This time we decided to check with VRBO and found our favorite suite owned by Chris. We were very happy to see the exact consistency in the layout and decor as before. We would recommend this property and would most certainly stay again especially at the price and extras that Chris offers. I would have like to have seen more utensils, coffee mugs etc. in the kitchen but I am sure a phone call to housekeeper or to Chris would have fixed that issue. Lastly, I am happy to report that there was not one hint of cigarette smoke in the condo as indicated in another review. Overall this is a wonderful condominium to stay at and we look forward to returning. The Fontainebleau hotel is one of the most elegant, enchanting hotels to stay at.

Stayed over a weekend at the end of September and would highly recommend considering this place if you're looking for a good deal in Miami. I looked at a few other comparable places at the Fontainebleau and not only did this place seem to be the best deal, but Chris was the fastest to respond to any questions and the booking process could not have been easier. I happened to like being in the Tressor Tower because it's a bit more quiet - I imagine rooms facing the main pool get a lot of noise from the DJ during the day. The suite was clean, large and very comfortable. Someone else mentioned that it smelled like smoke and it sort of does when you first walk, but the truth it that you really don't notice it after a few minutes (and I'm pretty sensitive to that smell). Spa passes are great and as I understand it you do not have spa access if you book through the hotel. Don't think I need to say anymore, the other reviews pretty much cover it.

My husband recommended Fontainebleau since he comes to Miami every year for a work conference. The hotel and the pools are amazing. The unit was just perfect and more than enough room for myself, my husband and our 3 year old; actually, there was more than enough room for another adult couple if the grandparents could have joined. We loved the views of both the ocean and downtown Miami! We stayed a full week and loved having the option to cook breakfast and also do some laundry when needed. There is a Publix grocery store less than 10 mins away which we stocked up on essentials for the week. You just need to buy paper plates/bowls if you plan on cooking/eating in the unit. We rented a car from Silvercar for the week and the valet was awesome. You call down for your car when you are about 10 mins from leaving; takes about 15 mins or less on avg to bring down your vehicle given that valet is crazy busy most of the time so just keep that in mind. My husband used the spa day pass almost everyday we were there because he loves saunas and the other cool stuff at Lapis spa. You have to pick up your spa day pass on the 7th floor in the owners lounge. A concierge there will assist you.
The only negative was that I could tell someone had smoked in the unit - I have a very sensitive nose (and am also 6 months pregnant) so I could easily tell. My husband bought some odor absorbers which helped a little, and we got used to the smell - however, you could tell when coming back into the room after an extended time out. The smell gradually decreased throughout the week so it wasn't a big deal. The staff throughout the hotel were great and our 3 year old loved talking to all of them! Overall, a great family vacation and can't wait to rent this unit again! Thanks Chris!!!

My husband insisted on staying at the Fountainebleau and we were so lucky to find this suite! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and we can't wait to return! The kitchen was really nice to have so we could cook meals and make our own drinks- the hotel bars are super expensive, so this was great. Waking up to the ocean view from your bed is unbelievable. The staff at the hotel bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. The owner Chris always responded quickly to questions and there were no hiccups in our stay. This was my first trip to Miami but surely will not be my last! Thanks Chris for a fantastic stay!!!

We loved the property. It was just the right size for 3 of us with my teenage daughter. The ocean views were spectacular. Our bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean. We liked having the extra hallway space for privacy. Chris was very responsive and got back to us in seconds when we had a question during our stay. We can't wait to come back!
