Great location. Living room television is very dated. Floors were dirty. Overall a nice location and a decent enough stay. It felt like the property needed some maintenance

A lizard was in the house when we arrived the third floor don’t get cool the garage was dirty the owner didn’t care she brushed it off. It was not worth the money that I spent the tv remote controls was broken she had a moldy refrigerator in the garage. It didn’t have the basics in the kitchen.

My family and I enjoyed our week’s stay at this location. It was conveniently located near the Orange County Convention Center where we were attending a dance competition, as well as Publix and restaurants. Ms. Helena sent a welcome text and the email with instructions were easy to follow. 5 Star Recommendation!!

We were overall happy with our stay! Perfect amount of space and convenient to the convention Center. Mom and kids upstairs Mimi and Pop on the lower floor! Loved having the full size eat in kitchen. Was well stocked with everything we needed. ( garbage bags, paper towels toilet paper etc) Grandkids loved the pool. Loved that someone came in the middle of our 9 days and changed bed linens and new towels. Also happy the washer and dryer were included. Came home with nothing dirty to unpack!!! I thought the stairs would be a problem toting up luggage, groceries etc. but we just made a human chain and passed everything up! No going up and down! Definitely would recommend and would stay here on our next Orlando trip! Thank you for hosting our family!

We love staying in Vista Cay because of its location to the Convention Center. This place was nice and clean although there were some tiny ants/bugs in the kitchen area that would come out if food was left out. We kept all food sealed and did not have a problem.

Everything was good. The place was easu to find and near some good places to eat and shop. My only thing was the A/C unit and Tv SAT. Both were a mission to turn and to get to work to my family's liking. Othet than that it was a great trip.

Upon arrival there was a stale odor, ants marching up the stairwell…and it got worse. Poor climate control particularly on the 3rd level with strict written instructions from owner to not lower thermostat below 75F or it would freeze the HVAC (& tenant would be responsible for damage). Ants swarmed in a matter of minutes any time there was food prep on the kitchen countertop, and also made their way to the vanity in the master bedroom on the 3rd floor. (Despite no food upstairs). Owner response time on day one wash inadequate and the solution was to send the Sup with a can of raid the next afternoon. After much disappointment and text communication with the owner, we were able to forego the remainder of our 9 day reservation with a less than satisfactory refund.
Although the location is good, the condo is poorly maintained, (refrigerator ice maker/water doesn’t work), obviously there’s an ongoing issue with ants since there were ant traps located throughout the kitchen, and multiple different sprays in the garage. HVAC unable to cool 3 floors. Additionally, Beds/bedding/towels need an upgrade .

Close to convention center. Home needs a deep cleaning to make it a 5 star. Beware there is construction across the street and you will hear it starting at 4:30am. Overall neighbors are quiet with one exception Friday night, there was a party until 2:30am.

6 adults stayed at this property and there was lots of space. Great walking trail and we went to the pool & hot tub every day. Close to orange county convention center.

Very close to all the parks and also to restaurants and activities. Owner was very responsive when I let her know about a torn shower curtain and it was replaced the next day. My only complaint was that I asked for the temp to stay at 70 (it’s a Nest) and it was consistently moved back to 75 or 78 (middle of the night, during the day). I keep my house at 70 at home. I don’t like to be hot and I cannot sleep when I’m hot. If you also like a cooler temperature this isn’t the place for you.

Excellent location-gated property. Beautiful pool, game room, pool table, etc. for the entire family. Publix, Walgreens and restaurants nearby. 3 story townhouse that allowed privacy for family members. Would definitely recommend.

This condo had more than enough space for myself and my adult children. I wish we had had more time to hang out there. Beds were very comfortable and the showers had great pressure. We also took advantage of the pool which was not crowded at all.

Access was easy and super convenient. Enjoyed the amenities at the property. Other then a few burnt out light bulbs, a chirping smoke detector and the fact that the A/C kept getting changed to 75 the stay was good.

Cleaning was lacking a little floors thru out the house, hair and mold in downstairs shower , also some repairs that need to be done , light in bedroom upstairs did not work , bed down stairs has a broken wheel so one side of the bed was about three inches lower than the other side , ice maker did not work

Location of this property was great for access to Universal, Disney, and the airport. We did not realize from the listing this was a three story townhome. Beds were uncomfortable and we had trouble getting thermostat to drop below 75 the first 24 hrs. Price was decent but would not recommend if you want to be comfortable during your stay.
