The home was clean and comfortable, and it's so nice to arrive and find essentials like salt and pepper, some spices, paper towels and a kitchen with everything needed to cook. There's even a hair dryer, iro and ironing board! We also lucked into coffee for the coffee maker and detergent, and were happy to leave what we didn't use for the next renters as well. We enjoyed the town of Breckenridge and its various shops, and restaurants, and ventured off to Vail, Rocky Mountain, The Dunes and more- Colorado isnt just for skiing! The condo was perfect for our family. Great location close to town, and the condo was spacious. The humidifiers in the room were a nice touch. We will definitely book this place again next time.

We were so excited to plan a last minute trip to Breck for spring snow, and were so happy with the wonderful accommodations. Everything was as described and what a great location. We will be back!

Our experience with the property lived up to the advertisement and positive feedback from others. The layout was great for a family of 5 and likely would work for even more. The bedrooms and bed setup was ideal. The kitchen was well appointed and it was a pleasant surprise to find many staples, condiments, and remnants from others filling the pantry and fridge. The location was ideal and Charter Sports was a great bonus just up the street. The only suggestions would be to offer some thinner pillows and it would be great if the swimming pool were warmer for the kids (but that's something out of control of this property owner).

My friends and I had a great time skiing Breckenridge in no small part due to this property. The house was perfectly located between the Snowflake lift and downtown, both within a short walking distance. It was so nice to be able to walk 2 blocks to the lift in the morning and home in the evening when your legs are spent! The house was very cozy, clean and well stocked. The layout was perfect for us especially with 2.5 baths. The garage was most appreciated for gear and convenience. We will definitely come back to this amazing property the next time that we are in town.

This was the perfect spot for 6 girls to get together for a ski/mountain weekend. We loved skiing down to snowflake lift and walking the short distance back. The hot tub and pool were spacious and well maintained. The townhome itself had nice beds, great living room, fit everyone at the dining table, and plenty of storage. We loved the location being so close to main street and the slopes and would definitely recommend.

This unit checks all the boxes. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, short walk to the lift and Main St. - will definitely attempt booking this unit again before looking at other options when returning to Breck! Justin was great. Zero complaints.

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 4 here. The townhome’s location is ideal with a short walk to town and the snowflake lift. The property was clean and very well stocked. We had everything we needed. we found the townhome to be spacious and very comfortable. We travel to Breckenridge often (winter and summer) and plan to stay here again. Thank you to our host!

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. It was centrally location between town and the snowflake lift. Very roomy and comfortable. The property was well appointed- had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property manager was very easy and he was very quick to respond to any of our inquiries. This is the perfect town home for a family. It has a very "home" feeling to it. It was very neat and tidy when we arrived and very well furnished with everything you could possibly need. It snowed the first night we were here and my kids enjoyed playing in the postcard like front porch area. The built in garage on the lower level is great for loading and unloading in the cold. Downtown is easy to walk to and ordering food usually comes in 10 minutes or so. Overall, this is a beautiful, secure, convenient, comfortable, warm and well kept home. You won't be disappointed.

Location is truly Amazing and convenient, walking distance from Main St and just minutes from Breck Ski resort & much more. More than enough space on every floor without feeling over crowded. Anything you can think of is already provided in the home. Small grocery store is just minutes from the home for additional food, personal items, etc. No issues with parking in garage or outside of condo. Photos of home do not do enough justice, home is very nice with updated furnishings and an amazing cozy feel!! Owner is extremely helpful. I am a 4 stars & up person when it comes to hotels & I Highly, highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!

The condo was great for our purposes. The location was excellent for exploring Breckinridge.

This was a very comfortable, convenient location for our adventures in the area. It was easy to book this property, and the host was very helpful when we had a few questions. My husband and I were traveling with two of my sisters. We found it a great jumping off point for visiting RMNP (west entrance), Maroon Bells Wilderness (driving through Glenwood Springs to Maroon Bells, then back over the Independence Pass), and Mount Evans (to Summit Lake and Mount Goliath with the bristlecone pines). There is also plenty to see in and around Breckenridge, and I enjoyed taking my sisters to some of our favorite places, such as Blue Lakes (where the mountain goats were still hanging out). We found the beds very comfortable, the kitchen well equipped (hurray for large mugs and a tea kettle!), and thoughtful extras like hubs to help us charge our devices and a first aid kit which came in handy at one point. We packed a lunch every day (supplemented with coffee and muffins from Clints!) and enjoyed eating at various restaurants in the area. Our favorite was the Blue River Bistro (found in the list of restaurants supplied by the owner) and we bumped into the sister restaurant, North Bistro, in Dillon where we enjoyed late night dinners after two of our trips to RMNP. Back at the condo, we found the living room a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day watching TV or reading. We have usually stayed in a timeshare when visiting Breckenridge but I wouldn't hesitate to rent this townhome again. It was so nice to be able to park right by the door, making loading and unloading quite easy. This was also a pretty good time to visit the area as it was less crowded than other times we have visited and the aspens were quickly turning color up in RMNP - especially the west side of the park. As an aside, we saw moose, bighorn sheep (including a ram), mountain goats, elk bugling, marmots, pika, mule deer, American dippers and other birds. We also saw a double rainbow up at Rainbow Curve in RMNP on a day that brought us sunshine, rain and snow up there! Thank you for making this lovely townhome available!

We had an amazing time staying at this property! It was a family of 4 with grandparents. The property was in a great location, we parked our car and walked pretty much anywhere we wanted to go! The host was amazing to work with! Highly recommend!

Townhouse was well provisioned and clean. Short walk to Snowflake lift and even shorter back to the house off Four O’clock. Owner very responsive and professional- highly recommended.

We just spent 5 days there and really wanted for nothing. Very well stocked kitchen (a lot of items left by previous renters, so check before going to the store). The location was great, near the bus stop and Main Street.
