Place was stocked with everything we needed for the beach. Loved everything about the condo and location.

Nice spacious condo right on the beach with a nice pool. Never interacted with or saw a property manager. Just dealt with the owner for door codes. Would stay here again.

Overall, our experience was good. I think the housekeeper/ cleaning person could do a better job between guests. The condo itself is very nice and very well stocked. The condo needs a deep cleaning and some new paint. I did not let that ruin my trip. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable. The view is amazing. Thanks for sharing your home with me!!

We have stayed in this building 4 times just in different units the location is perfect

The owner (Lars) was helpful and responded quickly, property manager was proactive, polite and professional. This condo is cute and clean, well equipped, and the perfect size for our beach week. Great view, especially from the balcony. Loved having a full sized kitchen with everything we needed, in unit washer and dryer, cozy decor, comfortable beds, covered parking, secure facility, beach chairs and other beachy items and plenty of towels. Loved it!

This was our third time on the property. As usual, we enjoyed ourselves very much. I had a couple of questions when we got there. Lars response was very quick. Will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay, we loved the pool and the location of the room. Waking up to the sunrise on the ocean was the best part. And was very thankful that we were provided beach chairs and a umbrella!

Beautiful property with great amenities. It was exactly as described. Technology a bit more advanced than what we were accustomed to, but a few days without TV was great! Hope to return again next year.

The stay was amazing. The beach/water view was amazing. I loved the pool was located close... kitchen fully stocked with what we needed... spacious for our family.. and absolutely loved the washer and dryer. HOWEVER.. if you have a mobile infant/young toddler, I suggest bringing some sort of child lock. (I Purchased a lock that fit at the dollar tree honestly) My child was constantly getting into the entertainment center cabinet. The pack n play and highchair was super nice to have. Maybe a baby gate would be helpful for the kitchen? Minus that, the only issues we had was the master bed sheets were bleached stained and kept coming off the bed. Maybe it's time for new sheets for that bed? Also, you could hear upstairs neighbors during the day/early evening. During our stay, everything was being changed from key entrance to a keypad which is super helpful if you left your key in the room and you don't have to worry about taking a key to the beach. Overall, I would rate the stay 9.5/10 & definitely already thinking about rebooking for next year!

This property was as listed. The owners were quick to respond. They actual called on Saturday to check in to see if we needed anything. The condo was clean. Very quite neighborhood. The pool was closed for repairs which was disappointing but we still had a great time. The beach access was great. Enjoy sitting on the patio watching the sunset every evening.

The property is showing some wear and could use updating but was comfortable and useable for what we needed. We did have a couple of issues, the hall bathroom shower curtain kept falling down & owner did not send anyone to fix after informing him of the situation, leaving us with only 1 bathroom for showering for 4 people. Also the beach toys and umbrella were broken. The unit above us was under renovation and loud throughout the day making it difficult to do anything inside the unit and the infant with us to get any sleep. The owner needs to have a contact for someone in Florida if there are issues with the unit, he is outside the us and responses were always delayed.

Now to the punch list - no answer at check in - fortunate someone was exiting and let us into the building (no issues with the secure location so long as when you are ready to check in you get an answer). As stated the unit is nice but needs some TLC - Bedding and towels are very worn a mish mash (like things that have been left there over many years) sheets are worn out and pillows and cases were stained and worn out. Appliances are worn out as well the stove bezel is cracked and the microwave is stained inside. Pots and pans are a mix up and are worn out as well. Washer and dryer were nice and worked well. Towels are many styles and for the most part worn past their usable life. One other issue for non smokers (as most of us are nowadays) smoking is permitted on the balconies / patios - we had a chain smoker in the unit to the left and one floor down (1111) that made the use of the balcony impossible. Three smokers - one of the ladies was a chain smoker and lit one after the other from dawn to dusk. I went to the railing at the pool to take sunset photos and one of them came out next to me and lit up on the pool deck. Also there is construction on some of the units (hammering during the day) and the pool deck is under repair as well so sawing and construction around the pool. I am perplexed how folks are rating this 4+ stars - Agreed the location is and with appliances, towels, sheets and curtains the unit would be as well. Sorry for the long review wanted to give our impression of the property. If in the area eat at Guppy's and 1200 Degree Chophouse - both small and local - they top Ruth Chris!
