Equipped with a working washer and dryer, you will never have to worry about running out of clean clothes. An addtional queen size blow up mattress on a bed stand. Kitchenette equipped with microwave, refrigerator/freezer, toaster oven, coffee maker and kettle. Bathroom has a hair dryer and amenities. Satellite TV and Wifi included. Parking and private entrance into a lovely courtyard . We have a gas Bbq grill in the courtyard area for your enjoyment. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views with many biking and hiking trails . Peaceful and private. Enjoy day trips to Sedona and Jerome. Don't let your family vacation be anything less than exceptional. Allow us to give you the best experience of your life. Small pets allowed.

Such a lovely place, with amazing views. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. It felt so spacious, roomy and welcoming. Host was great and flexible with our arrival plans.

I make monthly trips to az to visit my horses. The place was nice my biggest complaint would the host being overly involved, she lives right next door. She made comments on what i ordered on instacart and about not having a party despite being there by myself. Also made a comment about me being hungover. If it werent for the host this would have been a 5 star stay.

We needed to visit Phoenix for a combination of work and vacation. This was a good location for both with its close proximity to the golf resorts. The residence was exactly as described on the site. No surprises and that was a good thing.

Beautiful and wonderful place to stay. It was decorated with care and really made me feel like I was staying in somebody's home. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the soft, fluffy towels. Very quiet and peaceful at night. I really appreciated the washer and dryer to do some laundry mid-way through my trip. Quick bike ride or drive to McDowell Sonoran Preserve for outdoor enthusiasts, as well as a lovely sitting area outside to enjoy morning coffee. 100% recommend!

The casita was very clean and comfortable, with all amenities listed available. The courtyard was adorable - allowed for private outdoor seating. Terri was excellent in communicating and friendly. She made sure everything was as expected. Check in and check out was easy and convenient.

This is a lovely neighborhood, very close to mountain bike trails and hiking. Terri was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. We stayed for a week, so having a washer/dryer was a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely casita
The property was lovely. There was more than enough room and the photos don’t do it justice. There is also a beautiful patio for outdoor enjoyment. Terri is a gracious host who responds quickly to any questions and truly cares that you enjoy the stay at the property. It is located close to several trail systems for hiking and biking. Great experience on all levels!

We had a delightful and very comfortable stay with the added benefit of the property being in a very quiet area and close to our relatives. All amenities were in excellent condition and we felt very pampered. We recommend to anyone.

My best friend and her husband stayed since we had a full house for my sons graduation. My friends stayed at this casita as a perfect over flow spot!! They absolutely loved it. They had privacy and they felt it was perfect!

Privacy in a beautiful area. Has everything you would need. Very comfortable Close to bike trails so you don’t have to drive to get there. Wonderful host. We love this place. Our go to place in Scottsdale.

Absolutely Amazing!
Terri was so fantastic to work with and was extremely helpful with things around the community! She put together a list of great restaurants and grocery stores around the area. The whole facility was clean and tidy, with a small kitchen that made our stay so much easier! 11 out of 10 would recommend!

Calista in North Scottsdale Foothills
Lovely spot in the foothills with all the comforts of home. Despite its remote location, we enjoyed the nearby spots, including the General Store for breakfast and the Pinnacle Grille for dinner, recommended by Terri. Terri responded quickly to texts and provided critical corrections to GPS directions. Visit the McDowell Sonoran Preserve a short drive away with a variety of hiking trails, trail maps, clean facilities, and parking. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets followed by starry nights.
