About this bed and breakfast
Situated in Ohio, this lovely bed and breakfast for $249 per night is a great option for your next trip. This private luxury suite is situated on a 35 acre quiet, picturesque, country estate surrounded by forest Is ideal for a romantic getaway or an outdoor enthusiast looking for something exceptional. From amazing views at the pool and hot tub, to the upscale interior you'll find it all here! Located just a few minutes from old historic towns of Loveland or Milford where you will find live music overlooking the Little Miami River. Many come for the 70 bike trail or to just stroll and shop, eat at the outdoor restaurants and have dessert at the ice cream parlors. Big City nightlife can be found in Over the Rhine just 20- 30 minutes to downtown. Cincinnati is home to the Cincinnati Reds or River bend outdoor music center. Also popular must see are Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum or the Cincinnati Zoo, and the Cincinnati Aquarium. Milford has some nice romantic restaurants, a brewery that overlooks the Little Miami River featuring food and a full bar and live bands later you can stroll over to the old fashion Ice cream parlor! There are so many restaurants to chose from including Italian food at Padrino's Italian restaurant. Loveland has so much to offer too! There are a lot of new indoor and outdoor restaurants including, outdoor bars, craft beer pubs, restaurants, rooftop bars with bands and a new Grater's Ice cream parlor. Also, don't forget to check out the famous and historic Loveland Castle!! It was hand-built by one man and it is very cool. Most people who come to my place mention house incredibly quite it is back here. This is something that really helps you relax. One more thing to mention is that there is a covered bridge just about 5 miles from my house that makes for aesthetic photos and it is very beautiful!

This place was so lovely. Immaculately clean, it exuded beauty at every turn. From the charming gated entrance to the estate, winding through serene horse pastures and woods, to the warm and tastefully decorated suite. It’s inviting and cozy. The meticulously kept grounds were nothing short of breathtaking, and the pool, an oasis. The hosts capture the essence of hospitality and pay impeccable attention to detail. Extra amenities that you don’t usually find, from a selection of teas and coffees, to a few delightful breakfast snacks. Our stay here was a refreshing escape, giving us just the reset we needed! Would absolutely stay again. Perfect couples getaway!

This little piece of paradise was everything me and my fiancé wanted and more. Such a peaceful place with beautiful scenery. Everything was absolutely clean and ready for us when we got there! The hosts were great about communication and very kind people. The pool was an added bonus that we utilized the entire weekend. We both would very much like going back for a private getaway!

Everything was perfect . We had great conversations with the owner and felt we had great privacy. Beautiful and fully furnished housing. Caught fish and kayaked on the pond. Great adventures, drinks and eats all within 15 minutes. Highly recommend hiking Rowe woods and biking the Little Miami trail. Hope to return soon. Thank you!!

This is a nice little retreat. Very relaxing with a pond, pool and hot tub at your disposal. Getting into town was a breeze and there a ton of food and entertainment options within a short drive. Looking forward to booking again in the near future.

What a great time! The property is gorgeous, Diane is a fantastic host and the entire time we were relaxed. We loved the warm pool and hanging out in the hot tub. The rental was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable! Diane let us play with the dogs and the cats were there to hang out with us too! We will definitely be back!! We loved it!!

Very peaceful
We had a very relaxing stay. The wife enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. I really enjoyed the fishing at their well stocked pond. I caught my personal best large mouth bass. 5.84 pounds. We will definitely go back.

Mini Resort
This is one of the best properties we have ever booked for a vacation. We enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and just sitting on the porch and by the lake, walking trails and just relaxing. We also enjoyed chatting with Joe and Diane. They definitely have a gift of hospitality!
If you like the big city, Cincinnati is only a 30 minute drive. If you like small town, Loveland and Milford have some quaint boutiques and unique restaurants. There are miles of bike and walking paths in both of these nearby towns. If you just want to relax, this is the place you want to visit for your next getaway! It was awesome!!!

We loved staying here. It’s beautifully decorated, cozy and very well stocked! Also they left us wine and Valentine’s Day candy. So super nice! Beautiful property and wonderful people! I would love to come back in the warmer months!

The other reviews on this property/the hosts are not lying. The pictures do not even begin to do the land justice! It's so beautiful, peaceful, secluded, and special. Joe and Diane are exceptional hosts who will go above and beyond for you. We are already discussing booking again. The kitchen truly does have every single amenity you could ever want, the bed is extremely comfortable, the living room and Roku on the television just make for a perfect time. The interesting trinkets and fun little activities bring a charm that even bed & breakfasts don't have. Thank you guys so much!

We enjoyed our 2 night getaway. Far enough out of town to be quiet and serene, but close enough to enjoy all the Cincy and the surrounding towns have to offer.
