Nestled in Kootenai County, this charming bed and breakfast for $150 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. We are located just 1 mile from downtown Post Falls. Even though the owners live in the main house which is 70' away, the home is very private and we will stay out of your "business". Both owners are Registered Nurses and work full time at their jobs and businesses. The guest home has one king size bed, gas fireplace, air-conditioning, washer/dryer, covered back porch and a flat-screen TV in the living room and bedroom. Free wireless internet. There are two inflatable twin beds available for the kids.

This was such a beautiful and quiet spot. The views from the back patio are stunning. The house was very clean, spacious, and quiet! We felt like we were up in the mountains by ourselves, but still close and easy to get to both Spokane and Couer D'Alene. The hosts were flexible with our timing which was much appreciated.

This was the nicest VRBO I’ve ever been in. Beautiful view, clean, private and had everything needed. Loved the outdoor space - nice to unwind on the patio. The inside was beautiful - the photos don’t lie! I’ll be back next time I’m in Post Falls visiting my niece!

Very nice for a couple. Deer wandering through, birds chirping yet only a few minutes from major stores. Perfect getaway Spring to Fall but steep driveway in Winter could be a challenge.

Beautiful little house. Clean and tidy. Owner introduced himself warmly. Had snowcones! The view was gorgeous, although we saw no elk, the neighbors are quiet. Would absolutely return here and highly recommend

This place was perfect for our stay! It's a darling guest house. The kitchen is really big and beautiful! The bed so comfortable. The host was so nice. We had a couple of minor requests that he immediately resolved. An added bonus was that we had family very, very close and I had no idea when I made reservations. Thank you so much Jim for being an A++++++ host!

Tucked away in an adorable area but so close to everything. Pictures don't do this charming little bungalow justice. Our host was super accommodating, never bugged us and this place is equipped with everything you may need. We loved it and hope to return!!!!!!

Jim was an excellent host and very responsive. Our stay at the Cottage was for 60 days and it was Great experience. We have never stayed at a nicer/cleaner VRBO. The Cottage was very private. The view from the main room through the slider of the Pine Tree filled mountains was outstanding. The tall/vaulted ceilings gave the Cottage a roomy feeling. The inside/outside of the Cottage is so well taken care of it gives the appearance of being brand new. From the walk-in bedroom closet to the full kitchen with every pot/pan/utensil you will ever need; every aspect of the Cottage was well thought out. The internet is fast and reliable. Hiking trails, by car, are minutes from the Cottage as is the local lake/river where there is swimming. Also, the Cottage is only 10-15 minutes from Beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene. 60 days is more than enough time to kick the tires on any VRBO. Our 60 day experience was a 10 out of 10 (Exceptional). We will be back. Thank you Jim for all the effort you placed in your VRBO that made our stay a memorable experience.

Just a few short miles from downtown Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene, yet a definite feel of being in the country. Clean and well maintained with all the amenities we needed and then some. Plenty of space to have family and friends over for a barbeque!

I had to come to town for a family emergency and needed a place to decompress while my husband came to visit for support. This was the perfect place and set-up. It was nice and quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you to the hosts. I wish I could stay here longer but just having that quiet place for the weekend was a good recharge. We will definitely keep this is mind for future needs.

Beautiful little Gem with peaceful setting

We had to travel to the area for a surgery so needed to stay in the area for almost a week. This place was perfect for my husband and I. It was very close to town and the hospital but yet seemed like it was miles away with the beautiful setting. We were so comfortable and the home was welll stocked with everything we needed. It was a nice clean and quiet environment to return to after my surgery. Pictures don't do this cottage justice and it's been one of the nicest well loved/cared for places that I have rented. Great communication with the host and I would highly recommend! Thank you.

I was helping my daughter and her family move to the area and this cottage was less than 10 minutes from their apartment. It was spotless, the bed is so comfy and I loved the flannel sheets given the cold weather. The kitchen is very well stocked and it was easy for me to cook as I had everything I needed. I also like that there is both a traditional coffee pot and a Keurig. Jim left me with a few k-cups (and a few other goodies) which was wonderful as I had not had a chance to go to the store but I could at least gave my coffee in the morning. If you stay here you won't be disappointed! I know my husband & I will be booking here again!

The place is perfect. Card table and 4 chairs for extra diners or games, Gas fireplace to keep you cozy. Kitchen has everything you need for most cooking. Quiet area with deer roaming thru the yard. Great Hosts.

This was an incredible find! Completely off the beaten path but not inconvenient or hard to get to. Literally tucked into a country neighborhood where your neighbor is the owner and their sweet, friendly dogs. Super easy to find, spitting distance from Post Falls "downtown" and easy access to either CDA or Spokane. Hotter than blazes while we were there but there was AC. Super comfy bed, excellent shower, well stocked kitchen. Runners, lots of great routes, easy to access. Run down into downtown, across the river and pick up the Centennial Trail and run for miles and miles and miles on perfectly flat paved rail trail or run up into the hills along the generous shoulder on the roads.
