Two family rooms and a kitchenette in the basement gives you plenty of room to hang out. The kitchen table seats 8, plus 4 at the bar. Three picnic tables on the deck seat an additional 24. The yard is a full 1/2 acre, with tons to do! Play a game of volleyball on the professional net, have a great game of outdoor ping pong, play on the play structure, relax in the hammock charts or make some s'mores around the large gas fire pit (seats 16). This is one of the nicest, largest yards in Garden City - so much outdoor fun! There are 4 beach cruiser and a tandem bike in the garage which guests are welcome to use. When you're ready to go inside there is a speaker system, just plug in your iPod and enjoy!
