Situated in Emigrant, this lovely villa for $212 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation far from traffic and noise but still want to have a variety of activities to choose from, this is the place you want to spend your vacation. When you wake up in the morning and see the beautiful mountains out of your window, you will know why this area is called ‘Paradise Valley’. The view is breathtaking of the whole Valley! There is a bakery, general store, post office and three restaurants within one half mile. Recreational opportunities include hiking, biking and Blue Ribbon trout fishing for native Cutthroat and Brown Trout on the world famous Yellowstone River. The Yellowstone River is only 1/2 of a mile from your front door! There are also several hiking and biking trails accessing the Galatin National Forest. In the winter, these trails can be accessed for cross country skiing. Bridger Bowl ski area is under an hour drive away. World famous Chico Hot Springs is only three miles away. There you will find a wonderful, large, relaxing hot pool which is drained nightly and filled with fresh warm mineral water daily. If you have any problem with achy joints, you will most likely find relief here. Chico Hot Springs also hosts a 5 star restaurant for which reservations are recommended. Their number is 1-800-HOT-WADA. Avalon Villa 11 B, built in 2006, is approximately 1200 sq. feet. The villa contains: Airconditioning Free WIFI Fully equipped kitchen Living room Flat screen television with vcr/dvd large assortment of movies Washer and dryer 2 full bathrooms 2 bedrooms--Master bedroom has queen bed. Second bedroom has one queen and one full bed. Linens included. Year around activities available: Summer: Horseback riding (at Chico) Fly Fishing Yellowstone River 1/2 miles away Yellowstone Park, 30 miles away White-water rafting Excellent hiking and backpacking trails close by Winter activities: Sled dog rides Cross-country skiing Down hill skiing (Bridger Bowl Ski area) The ski area includes excellent beginner, intermediate and black diamond skiing! It is 40 miles away. Year around activities: Sightseeing and bird and animal watching. Chico Hot Springs is 3 miles away. Your family will love the pool! After a day of activities, picture yourself relaxing in one of the five leather Lazy Boy recliners in the living room. There are movies to watch and some reading material provided. Free WIFI. UPDATE: Corona virus..........Social Distancing For our guests protection! The recent corona virus has encouraged us to have stepped up our asepsis procedures in doing additional cleaning areas such as hand rails, door knobs, counter tops, television remotes, hand leavers on the Lazy Boy chairs, water faucets, etc with bacteria-virus killing products. These procedures will be done after every guest leaves. This is the perfect place to practice social distancing and enjoy some beautiful scenery. Check in is done by the guest.

My family stayed in this cute townhouse over NYE weekend. This place was so clean and cozy. The pictures do not do it justice! There is a huge kitchen and dining area, multiple sofas, a balcony to sit on - along with a patio, and a gorgeous view of the mountains from the sliding doors. Even though it’s a townhouse, we saw no other people during our stay so it still felt as private as a house or cabin. Also, minimal cleaning requirements (dishes in dishwasher, laundry by the washer). Overall a great stay, definitely will return again!

This was a great location for our Yellowstone stay. Just 30 -35 minutes from the North entrance. Nice bakery and BBQ close by. Everything you need in condo for a park stay for four adults. Bernie communicated very well over all the details.

Great property and location!

Stayed here with my boyfriend and two friends for a long weekend. We were in town for some concerts at the Old Saloon in Emigrant and can’t say enough great things about the property, location and host! Bernie was super communicative and very generous/helpful throughout our stay. Property was spacious and even has AC which is nice during the summer months in the valley. Townhouse is walking distance to Emigrant restaurants and bars. Thanks again for a great time!

Great place to stay. Some minor inconveniences completely out of the host's control. Like North Yellowstone entrance being closed due to flooding. Also the downstairs TV remote was missing I suspect due to the last guests. The place itself was perfect. Emigrant is small peaceful place but a couple of wonderful places to eat real close and Livingston is just a 20 minute drive. Also the views of the mountains were amazing. Bernie worked hard to make sure we knew there was still plenty to do without the north entrance being open.
