Great communication with property owner. The unit was not just clean, it was truly spotless. Woke up to a few inches of snow one morning and the front steps were shoveled before I had my first cup of coffee!

The place is perfect for a couple or single person to stay in Denver. The space is so thoughtfully designed and stocked for guests. It's so clean, nice quality towels and linens. Great location. Would 100% recommend!

This is a small place but very effectively laid out for comfort. Bed was comfortable. Seating was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nicely and obviously recently remodeled. Very appealing space. Parking was never a problem.

Property was in a nice older neighborhood, well cared for, well supplied, and extremely comfortable. Parking was not an issue at all. I had previously spent 30 years in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver, and it was fun to experience the Washington Park area and visit with son, daughter and their families. Great time.

Really enjoyed the stay! The unit was remodeled very nicely and they did a great job with limited space. It was the perfect space for us to reacquaint ourselves with the city we hadn’t been to for over 20 years. Quiet neighborhood with countless dining options nearby and parks galore throughout the city. We Highly recommend this spot!

Dakota Flat was perfect for my stay. I came into town for a show at Red Rocks and was in town for 3 nights. I was a solo female traveler and the home and neighborhood were very safe and quiet. One morning I walked to Washington Park and back, many people out exercising or walking. There was also always a parking spot out front. The night of the red rocks show I got back around 11 pm and not only was the spot out front still open but I could have parked anywhere up the block. John was very responsive and accommodating; he was able to let me check in an hour earlier even though I hadn't requested it in my booking. I would absolutely book here again!

This place was adorable! Better than advertised! I loved my 5 day stay here. I was solo, and I do think that it’s best for 1-2 people. The sink in the bathroom is adorably tiny so it worked for me. Very clean. Very reliable. Excellent location. I took a jog one morning and the beautiful Washington park is only two blocks away! It was a true delight. Very safe neighborhood! The host is very responsive and will answer any questions you need! Thank you!

John has created a perfect home away from home in this space in Wash Park. It is functional and efficient for one or two guests. The kitchen had everything needed to do some light cooking. The living area is comfy to relax after a full day. The bathroom is small, but completely comfortable. It was also nice to be able to do a couple of loads of laundry. Parking was easy right out front. If you feel like walking, there are plenty of options in a walkable distance - Wash Park, coffee, and restaurants. It’s easy to navigate to the highway, as well, for any exploring you might want to do. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a quiet part of town. Well appointed kitchen with necessities. Washer and dryer a plus. There is small seating area around back with 2 chairs, table and grill. We walked to Washington park and found coffee (brew perks?) along the way. Street parking was no problem and just a handful of steps to enter the property. The bathroom is a bit tight for anyone who is tall

This property is the end unit of an historic set of row houses. If you are new to Denver, you would never visit this neighborhood, but you should. It's convenient to everywhere and walkable to several Denver institutions like the Kentucky Inn and Pub on Pearl, among many others. The unit is renovated and very quiet and comfortable. The owner/manager was very responsive; check-in and check-out was seamless.

All previous reviews are accurate. The place was clean, check in easy, and didn't even have to do any extra cleaning to check out. Usually when I stay at a VRBO they want us to take out the garbage and either start a load of towels/sheets or at least pile them on the bed. We were not asked to do any of this. We had to leave pretty early for our flight so that was nice.

John’s place is truly a gem. It has everything you need for your stay…a beautiful patio, a fully stocked kitchen, comfy bed and even a snuggly blanket to curl up with on the couch. So cozy. The neighborhood felt very safe and walker friendly. Close to everything. If you love Italian, check out Bruno’s on Broadway. And I love the ducks…see how many you can find if you stay there. A++!!!
