Located in Lake Oconee, this lovely cottage for $93 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. .AMENTITIES CROUCH COTTAGE ON LAKE OCONEE 1830 Armour Bridge Rd. 3 -16- 23 Greensboro, GA 30642 Cottage located 12 minutes to Lake Oconee Village Located off I-20 at Greensboro, GA - - 60 miles East of I-285 in Atlanta (1 hour drive) Cottage located within sight of and just across lake for Reynolds Plantation Cottage located in secluded cove with minimal noise or boat traffic. - Cottage has 2 bedrooms with a King, twin beds, pull out Sofa bed and a Futon. One Jack & Jill Bathroom. Sleeps 4 easily. - Cottage is fully equipped with 42 inch TV, Free WI-FI, Cable, Linens, Kitchen Utensils, Fish Cooker, etc. - The Cottage has a huge Deck that runs the full length of the Cottage. One BR opens to the deck. - Reynolds Plantation Dining available by Boat & Car. Just across the Lake. - Reynolds Plantation Golf & Tennis available. Other golf courses include Cuscowilla and Harbor Club. - The Lake Oconee Area, Including Reynolds Plantation and Great Waters, is one of the premiere Residential Lake Communities in the SE. - The Weather in this area experiences all Four Seasons. - Lake Oconee is 19,000 acres and considered one of the cleanest lakes in the SE - Lake Oconee is also considered the #1 Fishing Lake in SE with an estimated 450 # of fish per acre. - Located within 10 miles of the Oconee National Forest that has 39,000 acres of prime areas for hunting, camping, and hiking. - Located within 40 minutes of the Famed Augusta National Golf Course - -Home of the Major Masters Golf Tournament. - The Cottage is situated on 1.5 acres with 190 feet of Water Frontage. A Max Dock is attached and available for - - -Boat Docking, Sun Bathing, Swimming, Reading and Fishing. The area between the Deck and Dock/ Lake is large and flat for flag football, volley ball or other games. Level lot - -easy walking, etc. -- 14 ft Jon Boat w/ 10hp Mercury on site

Wonderful home in great location. Huge lot with lots of water frontage to enjoy. Owner was fantastic and assisted at every turn! Bravo! Will definitely stay again...

Lot on lake was beautiful. Cabin was cute and quaint, but not very well maintained. Much needed pressure washing outside. Spiderwebs, dirty vents, etc. owner had plenty of towels and linens and bed was comfortable, but chairs in living room were very old and uncomfortable. Dryer heat went out. Spent last 10 days without a dryer. Old microwave went out. Owner did bring us a microwave that we could “make do” with. We stayed gone a lot visiting family and friends, so we were able to make do. Would probably not go back.

Our idea for this get away was peace and quiet time by the lake away from the city. This cabin on the lake was just that. We got we wanted. To be able to sit on the dock to just read and soak up the atmosphere. The cabin itself was just right. We felt comfortable all round.

We had a great time. I loved the cottage and especially the area outside, it’s where we spent most of the time swimming, fishing, boating and around the fire pit in the evening. And we went to Oconee village couple of times for dinner and groceries- it’s about 15-18 minutes away. I really had a nice and relaxing getaway. Thank you, Terry.

Nice Cottage by the Lake
We enjoyed our long weekend stay in this cute cottage by Lake Oconee. Terrie, the owner was very nice and accommodating. He made sure that we got everything that we needed. Cottage is clean, fresh sheets, dust free environment and a full kitchen.
Fishing rods were available for us to use, thus we had a great time fishing at the dock. We also used the paddle boat to enjoy the water for a few hours. We made a bonfire by the lakeside towards the evening. Overall it was a really relaxing weekend with my family.
We will definitely keep going back to this place!

Nice cottage! Wonderful people to work with!
We enjoyed our time even with the overshadowing of Irma! She left a lot of debris and no electricity for about 27 hours but we were happy to be there! Terry is great!

great place to relax
terry the owner is very nice and helpful , the cottage looked great and felt like home . the dock was very nice and we caught catfish and sunfish and cleaned them at the cleaning station that is at the end of the deck of the cottage . we took our boat and caught lots of fish . had grilled salmon on the grill that was provided. this is a very nice place that Mr. terry has if you want to relax , fish, sunbathe, swim, or bring the kids and feel secure and have fun this is the place.

Adorable cabin in a great location!
Cabin was very clean and everything we needed during our stay was provided. Location was amazing, tucked into a quiet cove but also able to get to Gaby's at Reynolds Plantation (by boat) in a matter of minutes. Huge yard and a private dock with a paddle boat provided by the owner, Terry. He was great and very helpful when I had some trouble booking the cabin online. I have no complaints and definitely recommend this cabin to someone needing a nice getaway. Hope to be back again soon!

Perfect spot for the Masters
Halfway between Atlanta and Augusta, this place was perfect. My dad and I spent three nights here - close to Reynolds Plantation, tons of golf, bars restaurants within 15 minutes, under 1.5 hours to Augusta. Great TV, wifi, and nothing beats drinking cold beers while sitting on the dock overlooking Lake Oconee. I highly recommend staying here.

Great Cottage!
We enjoyed our stay at this cottage! It was relaxing and had everything you needed. It was just a great place!!! Terry was so nice when we called him. Hope to be back soon!
